02/10/2026: Philippe and the rest of the staff were very friendly throughout our visit, explaining each dish in detail and ensuring we enjoyed the experience. The food was high-quality and very well prepared at a reasonable price. The atmosphere was lovely and pleasant. They made the reservation easy for us via email, and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend it. They speak perfect Spanish, which was a bonus. A superb choice.

22/09/2026: A wonderful discovery this Monday at lunchtime. The dishes were presented, prepared, and served with a professionalism rarely found these days, even in some "top restaurants." We particularly appreciated the warm welcome, the relaxed yet intimate atmosphere, the presentation of the dishes by someone clearly passionate about their craft, the seamless service (no waiting between courses), and the attentive staff.

08/09/2026: First and foremost, I want to highlight the excellent welcome from all the staff, despite our late arrival for lunch. We enjoyed the salad and dessert of the day, which were both delicious. The terrace is a real plus. We will gladly return to try the evening menu. Thank you.

20/09/2026: The experience started badly with the terrible attitude of the younger waiters, probably new hires or seasonal workers, rude, bored... I realize the job isn't exciting, but don't make those who come here to have a pleasant time pay for your dissatisfaction. If you drop your menu on the floor, pick it up and put it back together normally, without slamming it on the table. Thank you. You can even smile and apologize. Nothing happens. Thanks to the more trained staff, things went better. The dishes were good. Good value. A nice location.

11/10/2026: The daily menu only has two options, the food is quite mediocre, and all the dishes come with bagged salad and awful frozen potatoes. If you offer a salad with shrimp as a starter, don't use lettuce again; peel the potatoes by hand—it would be much better. And serve the cod, for example, with a sauce instead of rice and, again, bad lettuce. It's not about filling the plates; it's about providing quality and flavor. The service is very friendly and attentive, though the kitchen is a bit slow, which is understandable if it's busy.

16/08/2026: Le Petit Bouchon is a small and cozy restaurant, with a somewhat cramped space and tables that aren't very large, but where the service truly stands out. The attention was excellent: quick, friendly, and very kind throughout the entire meal. The presentation of the dishes follows a fairly similar style, as they all came with a mixed salad and skin-on fries, cut into wedges. The salad came with a dressing of a flavor that was difficult to define, which didn't quite win us over, and the potatoes, although they looked homemade, weren't a big hit with us either. We tried several dishes. The veal liver steak, served with a garlic and parsley dressing, was tasty and a good choice. The veal escalope alla milanese was decent, although perhaps a tad dry. The rib-eye steaks were the least impressive: they were cut a bit too thin, were somewhat tough, and weren't cooked to our liking. Regarding the price, I wouldn't consider it an inexpensive restaurant, although it's probably within the usual French standards. In short, it's a place where the service clearly stands out above all else, with excellent and friendly attention, but the food is somewhat inconsistent: some dishes work well, while others could be improved.

13/08/2026: We took a day trip to Albi and chose this little restaurant for lunch. Amazing! The food was exquisite, local, and plentiful. I recommend ordering from the set menus, as it's excellent value for money. The owner was wonderful. She was very friendly.

25/08/2026: A fantastic find thanks to our Airbnb hosts. We went on Saturday for lunch and enjoyed it so much that we went back the next day. The staff are lovely, and the dishes are delicious and beautifully presented. We highly recommend it!

05/08/2026: Bobo Bakery has been a great finding in my trip to Albi. Everything I’ve tried has been excellent. The croissants are flaky, buttery, and absolutely delicious. The fig bread is outstanding—full of flavor and perfect with breakfast or cheese. The pastries are all beautifully made, fresh, and taste amazing. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients and put care into everything they bake.
