And what can I say about the dishes? A true delight (that's an understatement!), with constantly renewed culinary surprises.

03/10/2025: I had a fantastic solo dinner here. The chef/owner was so accommodating and made some great recommendations. I had foie gras to start and asked about what wine pairing to have. He said ideally a sweet wine but since it was a starter I opted for a rosé instead - however, when he brought out the foie gras, he also brought out a little pour of some sweet wine which was a lovely touch!
Definitely recommend, it's a little out of the main area but that makes it even better!

09/08/2026: The restaurant is revealed at the end of an uninviting corridor, but the inner courtyard is very pleasant for a lovely evening. The cassoulet was excellent and the service efficient.
Highly recommended!

06/08/2026: Great place!!! We are a family of four. We went to La Préfecture very late, when they were about to close. They were extremely kind to offer us a meal with whatever plates they had left. The food was delicious; everything is homemade. Really tasty! The staff is really nice and the place is awesome!

09/08/2026: Le Clos reminds you that while a restaurant is a place to eat (a good one in this case), it's also a place (superb), an atmosphere (fantastic), and service (exceptionally attentive, high-quality, and kind!).
In short, to paraphrase the saying "What more could you ask for?", I would answer, "An evening at Le Clos, Your Grace!" Absolutely fantastic, and on top of that, remarkable value for money! Run (after making a reservation)!

22/07/2026: I ate there in 2019, and again last week. The experience was completely different. The quality has declined. Oh well. It's still a good place to spend some time on the terrace with a glass of wine.
21/07/2026: M.I.A: Best Interlude in Albi. Mia is also the name of the charming young woman who served us dishes worthy of this restaurant's reputation. And in particular, a delicious and surprising wine called "Tandem".

23/07/2026: A truly wonderful experience. The service was incredibly fast and friendly, and the terrace was lovely. The confit pork and vegetarian lasagna were perfect! The balance of flavors was flawless, and the little touches of originality were delightful. For dessert, the strawberry parfait and the melon/watermelon salpicon were incredibly fresh and fruity, and the balsamic reduction was divine! The prices reflect the quality and service, but we highly recommend it!
22/07/2026: We had dinner at Cascarbar. The waitress was very nice, however, our vegetarian lasagna was very disappointing… The dish shouldn't even be called lasagna since it had nothing to do with lasagna. The manager was unfriendly.

05/08/2026: Bobo Bakery has been a great finding in my trip to Albi. Everything I’ve tried has been excellent. The croissants are flaky, buttery, and absolutely delicious. The fig bread is outstanding—full of flavor and perfect with breakfast or cheese. The pastries are all beautifully made, fresh, and taste amazing.
You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients and put care into everything they bake.

01/06/2026: We hired Amélie and Olivier for my daughter's communion! We opted for the cocktail reception, and everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and very fresh.
We had a fantastic layer cake for dessert, which was the perfect ending to a wonderful evening!
Thank you again to "Mangeons Bocal" for your professionalism and kindness! We'll definitely use your services again!
21/05/2026: We chose Amelie and Olivier as our caterers for our wedding, and what a great choice it was! We and our guests thoroughly enjoyed everything from the drinks reception to dessert; the buffet was delicious.
They were very helpful beforehand with any questions we had.
I recommend them 200%!
