22/09/2025: Excellent time spent under the pine trees. Very local atmosphere. Impeccable service despite the number of customers outside for a waitress (always smiling). Hearty dishes, well presented, local and tasty cuisine. The gourmet coffee is exceptional. I can't wait to come back.

07/09/2025: We had a wonderful week at this campsite. The managers are super friendly and always attentive. The mobile home was new and very comfortable, which made our stay enjoyable.
One small drawback regarding the pool: the rules aren't enforced the same way for everyone. For example, Nathalie told us that jumping or playing with a ball wasn't allowed. My daughter kept hers in her bag, but one morning, while a group of children were already playing with a ball in the pool, she wanted to take hers out. She was then asked to put it away. This made her and other children feel unfair, which was a shame.

06/10/2025: The worst dining experience of my life. Upon entering the restaurant, you already feel like you're bothering the owner, who never gives up a smile or a sense of welcome. When the dish arrives, it looks like the cook dropped the large bowl of salt into the dish, INEDIBLE. In no way does this reflect the taste that's supposed to be there on the menu. The toilets are filthy and dirty, the light knobs and handles are full of grime and dirt. I had to go elsewhere to wash my hands because it was so unsanitary.
27/09/2025: The owner was closing up bit still made me a hot n spicy chicken curry with fresh ginger and lots of onions with boiled rice it tasted awesome thanks to the owner really appreciated it and had a beer while I waited for my takeaway.

23/08/2024: I'm sincerely disappointed.
The pizzas were almost okay, and that's the only positive thing.
The delivery man gave the wrong address and arrived 20 minutes late. He also added, "I don't care, I'm not the one who's going to eat cold food."
It's unacceptable.
What's more, he had to eat our tiramisu because it was missing from our order.
It's appalling to have to deal with people who are so bad at their job, a job that isn't that complicated after all.
I do not recommend this pizzeria.
22/08/2024: Ordered a pizza in English late in the evening. It was ready quickly and looked appetizing and tasted very good to us.
We can recommend the pizza.

15/09/2024: Nous sommes des habitués, pour la gentillesse du personnel et l atmosphère quiétude de ce restaurant. Nourriture de qualité, la dernière fois c était donc un accident.... C est pour cela que nous sommes restés fidèle.
Une simple remarque peut être que si plat servi dans une assiette chaude cela refroidira moins vite ?
12/09/2024: Nous avons pris du risotto aux courgettes ( fade, ris nageant dans le jus des courgettes...), porc du général tao( porc pas croustillant, chips d'aubergine huileuses et une purée de framboise en quantité exagérée ce qui dénaturait l'équilibre du plat) et un dorade trop cuite avec une purée de pomme de terre au citron, ou le citron dominé. Trois plats, trois ratés...pas envie de tenter les desserts. Passez votre tour!

03/09/2024: After a nice bike ride, we stopped and ordered two beers. €17, high price, no price card offered. I asked to go to the toilet and the manager, who was not pleasant, told me that it was not possible because it was cleaning for the evening service and therefore categorically refused.
Take advantage of it because one day you will no longer have tourists!
03/09/2024: The service is deplorable. We had 3 different waitresses with the impression of annoying them. We had to call them several times to order.
Frozen fries are undercooked. It's impossible to remove an ingredient that doesn't suit you from a dish (for example, the apple in the hot goat's cheese salad due to allergies. You have to take something else according to the waitress).
It's still decent if we ignore the negative points.

18/12/2024: Très bon accueil pour un samedi soir en décembre. Ce restaurant est chauffé et deux entrées sont offertes pour la bienvenue (deux toast avec foie gras + une soupe potiron excellente !!). Les serveurs sont au top et le service est rapide! Pour une fois que la viande est bien faite dans un restaurant ! Je recommande !
11/11/2024: Nous somme aller un Dimanche; Le service du plat un peu rapide a peine commencé l'apero que les plats son arrivé,la Souris d'Agneau tres bien malgré l'assiette creuse pas adaptée et tros peu de frite, a peine 50 gr. Sur les paravents il est marqué Crêperie mais pour les crêpes salées ( Jambon Fromage normalement ce sont des galettes de Sarasin ) et seulement 3 crepes salées et quelques sucrée il ne faut pas marqué Crêperie.La crêpe arrivée froide et vraiment pas le gout de crêpe et le gout camouflé avec beaucoup de gruyére.

14/09/2025: A Giens institution that is no longer one: ordinary cuisine served on cardboard plates and all at an excessive price. A waiter without a smile to boot. A real disappointment compared to what I had experienced... Opinions can be subjective, but serving €25 dishes on cardboard, seriously?! We shouldn't make fun of customers too much, after all...

03/09/2024: WHAT A DESAPPOINTMENT !!!
We have been coming to Chamo for years and tonight was the last time...
The ice cream cups are no longer spectacular 3 scoops in a small cup of whipped cream a semblance of coulis a Russian cigarette... that's fine the margin must be very good sir!!!!
Staff who are not at all organized and who are therefore overwhelmed
And for some not very pleasant!!
Customers are obliged to clear the tables themselves during installation and if we ask for it to be cleaned it is done with annoyance and with a rag that the waiter takes out of his pocket and which therefore has to clean all the other tables before yours without seeing a bucket of disinfectant!
For the ice creams it's a bit haphazard because the waiter doesn't know what he's serving you and says so.
Besides, my husband always looks for the pistachio and flaked almonds in his…apparently the PINCH of chopped hazelnuts must be cheaper!!
Really as much in other years I took photos and was delighted to be at the chamo leaving a good comment as much this year NO.
And above all, keep your credit card in hand as soon as you have finished the young lady will come and collect it, meaning LEAVE NOW!
No more wondering why your competitors' queues are getting longer!!
