27/08/2026: Lovely setting on the banks of the Clain. We were greeted and seen off by an unpleasant manager; luckily, the young waitress was very friendly. The salad was poorly washed and lacked dressing. Despite a good previous experience, this time we should have stayed home!

03/09/2026: I've been a customer for over a year now, going there daily for lunch. I usually get a pizza, chorizo, chocolate fondant, and a regular can of Coke. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I recommend it to everyone! 😉😁

10/09/2026: One star because I can't give zero. I find it unacceptable that Domino's Pizza made a mistake with our order at 7:51 PM. We ordered four pizzas, but they brought out five and charged us for all five. I noticed there was one too many, so I asked for a refund. The manager told us it wasn't impossible but that he would give us a credit note. I insisted, telling him I wasn't interested and wanted my money back. Stubborn as he is, he wouldn't listen. Anyway, avoid this place.

29/08/2026: The only Domino's in Poitiers that delivers near my home… Order placed at 8:10 PM, delivered at 10:00 PM. The pizza was cold. I called at 8:50 PM and they estimated 30 minutes… pizza arrived 1 hour and 10 minutes later. According to Domino's France terms and conditions, and I quote: “The store is committed to respecting the stated delivery times. However, if your delivery or the preparation of your pizza is delayed by more than 30 minutes (compared to the stated delivery time, the delivery time, or the availability time), please contact the store.” No compensation whatsoever, NOTHING. This deserves 0 stars.

27/08/2026: We will order pizzas when you provide your delivery drivers (who are working hard to deliver perfectly, well done by the way 👍) with working payment terminals.

16/08/2026: We arrived half an hour before the official opening (8:00 AM, it was Sunday). The cashier opened the shop well before 8:00 AM, which allowed us to prepay for the LPG. We had access to a bucket of clean water to wash the windshield. The icing on the cake was that the cashier (Valentin) was incredibly friendly, smiling, helpful, pleasant, and professional. Thank you to him! The prices for gasoline, diesel, and LPG (€0.979) were reasonable. The service station was clean and well-equipped, and in the shop, all the items were impeccably displayed.
