17/01/2026: The welcome was good, no complaints there. Unfortunately, the pizzas were truly awful: too greasy, sickeningly sweet, impossible to finish. We ate two slices and the rest went straight in the bin. Paying almost €30 for that is outrageous. A huge disappointment. I definitely don't recommend it.

14/01/2026: My wife and I came for our first raclette of the year, and we were absolutely delighted. The server—a huge thank you to him, by the way, it was perfect—advised us on the cheese selection and even offered to prepare a charcuterie platter to go with it. We have no regrets about accepting; I'll be back very soon for our second raclette of the season! I highly recommend this place.

24/01/2026: I'm forced to leave at least one star to give a review. And that's already far too much! What a disgrace! We called three weeks in advance to book a place at this establishment, an hour and 45 minutes away, and it was simply closed! Of course, no one answers the phone. Thanks for ruining our wedding anniversary, because at this hour it's hard to find anything else!

11/01/2026: Hello, an espresso (Senseo flavor) for €1.90 in a shopping center without a great view seems excessive, doesn't it? For comparison, even by the sea (Saint-Martin-de-Ré) an espresso costs €1.70. And I won't even mention the price of a 50cl bottle of Oasis. Have a good day.

14/12/2025: After several meals there, I noticed once again that the trays and cutlery were dirty. I ordered some fromage blanc, and there was a piece of chocolate cake stuck to the back of the spoon. My tray was covered in small orange bits. I will never return. This isn't the first time I've noticed the dirty cutlery and trays.

10/07/2025: We had a pleasant surprise at breakfast because there were gluten-free items 😊. Something you don't find everywhere in this type of establishment. The staff were very attentive and pleasant. We will be happy to come back during our next stay.

10/12/2025: Great atmosphere, perfect for drinks with friends! The place is friendly, you feel right at home as soon as you arrive. Special mention to Benjamin, the waiter, always smiling and extremely pleasant. His warm welcome makes the experience even better. I highly recommend it!

10/12/2025: A real gem! I love this café: the atmosphere is always so pleasant, cozy, and friendly. The staff is welcoming, the drinks are great, and you really feel at home. It's become one of my favorite places to relax or just enjoy a nice time with friends. I recommend it 100%!

09/03/2026: Not surprising given the reviews the manager dishonestly contradicts, but I can confirm, having ordered two pizzas last night, the dough wasn't good. For a pizza maker, that's a disgrace. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. You won't get a receipt or anything, I mean, I'm just dreaming of your unbelievable responses.

09/03/2026: I bought a three-cheese pizza tonight, and it was a very pleasant surprise. The crust was light, perfectly cooked, and the cheese was generously portioned with a good balance between mildness and a strong flavor. A delicious, simple, and satisfying pizza. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

08/03/2026: Interesting promotions, but be warned, if you have a pet… it’s €30 per night. I still haven’t gotten over that astronomical amount. For me, it meant €30 for my wife, €30 for me, and €30 for our 10kg dog.

05/03/2026: Had a great stay here for a couple of nights. The property is on the outskirts of the city and within a quick drive to Poitiers. There is a large retail park too within a 5 min drive. The room itself was very comfortable and spacious with. Smart TV to keep the kids entertained. Rooms were all clean and tidy. Slight issues with the day 2 clean as the sheets weren’t changed (had asked for it in the morning) and tea/coffee set not refilled (with no cups at all). But it was all resolved after we spoke to their friendly and helpful staff later in the day. Breakfast buffet was very good and tasty with a large spread Is cheese and cold cuts to supplement the hot food. And the restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful with glass all around. Would be back.

22/02/2026: Something amazing just happened to me… Fire alarm at 11:30 PM. So far, so good. I get dressed, leave my room, and walk around the hotel. No one's come out of their room. I do another walk around the two floors, still no one. I think I'm all alone… I go back to my room, and the door is locked… I don't have my phones, my watch, or my socks… Total disaster. I waited outside for forty-five minutes. I found a group of young people who helped me call the number on the door, and someone came to open it. The fire alarm had indeed been triggered in my room. The guy asks me, "Did you smoke in the room?" I look at him and say, "I've never touched a cigarette…" He asks me, "Did you take a shower?" I said, "Well, yes..." He said, "Ah, well, that explains it..." Note to self: "Never book a hotel at this hotel again." I find out the next day that the person who intervened that night was none other than the owner! He should think about selling and doing something else with his life!

02/03/2026: Extremely expensive for very ordinary products, cleanliness that leaves much to be desired, and five employees who sat at the counter chatting and laughing amongst themselves for the entire hour and a half we were there… frankly, what a lack of professionalism! Avoid at all costs!

26/02/2026: Very disappointed. We entered this bar on February 26th at 2:10 PM. We waited approximately 15 minutes without a single server paying any attention to us. Only three tables were occupied. We were completely ignored. We left without having ordered anything.
