07/07/2025: This was my first experience at this restaurant. The mussels were very good and consistent. The fries were good. The crème brûlée, on the other hand, resembled a flan. Friendly staff.

24/06/2025: Good welcome, the meal was good, well served. Good experience.

10/07/2025: We had a pleasant surprise at breakfast because there were gluten-free items 😊. Something you don't find everywhere in this type of establishment. The staff were very attentive and pleasant. We will be happy to come back during our next stay.

08/12/2024: Perfect 👌 From the welcome to the payment of the bill to the meal, we had a pleasant time. The staff is polite, responsive and caring. The starter, main course and dessert are exquisite and the portions are generous. The service is fast without being rushing. We enjoyed this experience. We highly recommend this address if you want to treat your taste buds. The prices charged are reasonable given the quality of the service. We will come back later with pleasure.

29/05/2025: Unpleasant, racist, casual towards young girls to whom he promises a job in exchange for intimate relationships, absurd to see such unfounded comments, this head teacher is horrible and dishonest.

11/12/2024: For me without a doubt the best address in Poitiers and the surrounding area! The spa and massages are great, as for the restaurant 🤩 a marvel every time!!! A regular ritual for my wife and I for years and it's not over 😉 happy holidays to the whole team!

01/12/2024: An extremely poorly maintained hotel! The manager is blatantly incompetent; despite his promises to do what was necessary, nothing was done before our arrival. The staff, while friendly and understanding, cannot compensate for the management's shortcomings. The bedroom terrace is a real disaster: slippery moss covers the floor, making the place dangerous. If you are looking for a clean and well-managed hotel, go ahead, because this is definitely one to avoid

19/01/2025: L'accueil est bon, service rapide et efficace, bon burger. Tarifs corrects. Le cadre est sympathique, ambiance pub londonien.

20/09/2024: We find the same atmosphere in all offices in France. The decoration differs but the spirit is the same. The prices are reasonable and the staff is pleasant. We rarely go wrong when choosing Le Bureau to eat.

25/05/2025: We arrived at 12 instead of 10, rude staff, exasperated because one person was in a wheelchair. We ended up leaving without ordering given the reception

25/05/2025: Unacceptable, disrespectful, and vulgar welcome. One of our friends was in a wheelchair. She was called a pain in the neck upon arrival because this hadn't been specified when booking. The restaurant was almost empty. We had booked for 8; in fact, there were 12 of us. We were in training and staying at the hotel next door. 4 extra covers. The waiter pointed this out and informed us that we would have to wait anyway because he only had one cook. We got up to leave in the face of such lack of professionalism.

28/11/2024: Varied buffet, super good dishes. I give 5 stars because it really deserves it. People always know how to express their discontent but rarely when they are happy. VERY satisfied, we will come back.

15/12/2024: Sachant que c'est un restaurant d'insertion j'y allais en étant prêt à être assez conciliant....or tout s'est avéré très convenable : les plats étaient bons , le service normal et le prix très civilisé....donc pour déjeuner que demander de plus ?Je conseille toutefois d'arriver assez tôt ou de réserver.

03/09/2024: Thank you Mickael and the whole team for the welcome and the quality of your service on a Monday, the only restaurant open in this historic landmark! Let's go back to the comments of some previous customers. It is regrettable to read these harsh and unjustified comments, some of which are Local guides and do not deserve this title... The owner's responses are an example of moderation and restraint. Thanks to the Dutch for teaching us empathy ;-). I recommend to the authors of these remarks to try the table of a Michelin star, but they will probably not even be invited to sit down. The value for money at St Savin is unbeatable!!! Thanks again to Mickael and good luck for welcoming some French customers. You deserve the 5 stars in this review

25/08/2024: For the cuisine it is extra delicious and fresh, the service should not be confused with cook with server, family atmosphere and respectful of the environment

20/10/2024: Very disappointed with the quality of the product! My partner and I received pancakes that were hard and not fresh... which makes you wonder if they weren't bought in a supermarket!
