10/12/2025: A real gem! I love this café: the atmosphere is always so pleasant, cozy, and friendly. The staff is welcoming, the drinks are great, and you really feel at home. It's become one of my favorite places to relax or just enjoy a nice time with friends. I recommend it 100%!

10/12/2025: Great atmosphere, perfect for drinks with friends! The place is friendly, you feel right at home as soon as you arrive. Special mention to Benjamin, the waiter, always smiling and extremely pleasant. His warm welcome makes the experience even better. I highly recommend it!

07/05/2026: I had dinner on Thursday the 7th in the evening. I waited over 20 minutes for my shallot steak; you really shouldn't be in a hurry! Luckily, I wasn't in a rush that evening 🤣🤣 My little girl's breaded fish was undercooked, so it wasn't good 🐟🐟 The only positive point was the very friendly cashier. I wouldn't recommend this Flunch.

02/03/2026: Extremely expensive for very ordinary products, cleanliness that leaves much to be desired, and five employees who sat at the counter chatting and laughing amongst themselves for the entire hour and a half we were there… frankly, what a lack of professionalism! Avoid at all costs!

03/05/2026: A very ordinary "Paul" I usually stop at Paul bakeries, and this is the second time I've stopped at the one in Poitiers. The first time, at 11:30 am, they had practically no sandwiches left and weren't planning on making any more... Today at 11:00 am, there were four decent kinds of sandwiches (a mix; the bread was dry but fresh, butter, ham was okay). We ordered two almond chocolate croissants (disgusting, dry pastry, almond paste was awful!). The staff was very indifferent. I also stop at the Paul in Orléans Saran, and it's the complete opposite: different kinds of bread for the sandwiches (Viennese, pan bania). You can tell the staff and management love what they do, and that makes all the difference!

20/04/2026: Honestly, I don't know what I did to the lady, she was so nice and polite. The lawyer was rotten, it seemed like she didn't want to give me anything (I'm black). Tell me, I didn't even dare go back myself, I thought, it's okay, just leave it.

13/04/2026: Well, the promise seemed appealing: healthy food, a nice place…it might have been true at one point. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. The welcome was mediocre, the coffee really wasn't good, and out of six free tables, three were dirty. The pastries looked completely mass-produced and were really unappealing, apart from the freshly squeezed orange juice, the handmade sandwiches (like all bakeries, right? And so far removed from your decor: photos of "homemade" dishes that you absolutely won't find here), and the salad bar (okay, you create your own salad)—nothing special, just like the chips and candy sold at the register. In short, disappointing and quite expensive. We weren't expecting the moon, but still…

22/02/2026: Something amazing just happened to me… Fire alarm at 11:30 PM. So far, so good. I get dressed, leave my room, and walk around the hotel. No one's come out of their room. I do another walk around the two floors, still no one. I think I'm all alone… I go back to my room, and the door is locked… I don't have my phones, my watch, or my socks… Total disaster. I waited outside for forty-five minutes. I found a group of young people who helped me call the number on the door, and someone came to open it. The fire alarm had indeed been triggered in my room. The guy asks me, "Did you smoke in the room?" I look at him and say, "I've never touched a cigarette…" He asks me, "Did you take a shower?" I said, "Well, yes..." He said, "Ah, well, that explains it..." Note to self: "Never book a hotel at this hotel again." I find out the next day that the person who intervened that night was none other than the owner! He should think about selling and doing something else with his life!

02/05/2026: The food was really bad; we offered a small suggestion for improvement and didn't even apologize. The waitresses were very friendly, but the owner... was very rude to his staff. Don't order the pasta; it comes with a carafe of water (the sauce is watery).

07/04/2026: I've come here several times for waffles because they're very friendly, unlike at Crêpes Eats where some of the waitresses are haughty. But today I noticed my tray was very dirty. It disgusted me; I didn't even finish my waffle, which was served cold! It's disappointing because I think you have everything you need for good service!

11/01/2026: Hello, an espresso (Senseo flavor) for €1.90 in a shopping center without a great view seems excessive, doesn't it? For comparison, even by the sea (Saint-Martin-de-Ré) an espresso costs €1.70. And I won't even mention the price of a 50cl bottle of Oasis. Have a good day.

01/05/2026: The bouncer and the bar owner smoke illegal substances in public, insult their customers, don't even let us use the restroom for two minutes, and come to open our door even though we're girls

30/04/2026: It's harder to get into their restroom than to cross a border -> thanks to the customs officer keeping watch from her counter. What kind of behavior is this? Please don't treat your customers like dogs.

05/05/2026: I regularly have my coffee on Tuesday afternoons at this bakery; the saleswoman is very pleasant. The pastries are good and well-prepared.

29/04/2026: I ordered a chicken burger and received a mini chicken nugget that wasn't even half the size of the burger. Plus, I've never seen a nugget so greasy; it was absolutely disgusting. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

25/05/2025: We arrived with 12 people instead of 10. The staff were unpleasant and exasperated because one person was in a wheelchair. Given the reception, we ended up leaving without ordering.

25/05/2025: The welcome was unacceptable, disrespectful, and vulgar. One of our friends was in a wheelchair. She was called a pain upon arrival because this hadn't been specified in the reservation. The restaurant was almost empty. We had booked for 8, but there were 12 of us. We were in training and staying at the hotel next door. That's 4 extra covers. The waiter pointed this out to us and informed us that we would have to wait anyway because he only had one cook. We got up to leave in the face of such a lack of professionalism.
