26/09/2025: A place full of happiness. Even when the days are a bit gloomy (weather and car breakdown 😊), the Jardin des Lys casts a golden light over everything. We felt very welcome and received great support. A wonderful place. We had a great rest in a beautiful, clean room, and in the morning we were greeted with a delicious breakfast with homemade yogurt and jam made from the garden fruits. Thank you for everything 🫶🏼

24/02/2026: Hello, we just discovered this little restaurant by chance while looking for a crêperie near Futuroscope. It was a great experience; we were warmly welcomed and had a very good meal. The galettes and crêpes are delicious, as is the warm Camembert with its accompaniment, and the potato with andouillette sausage, all at a reasonable price. Thank you.

10/02/2026: Excellent food, generous portions and very well cooked, top-notch service (even though we were a large group!). The price was also very reasonable; I highly recommend it.

06/02/2026: Too noisy. Seated at a drafty table. One wine was unavailable and replaced with another without our consent. We were moved mid-meal so we could take off our coats. The food wasn't bad, but it was greasy. Not great at all.

18/03/2026: A very good restaurant offering a set menu for €15.50, including a starter, main course, and dessert. The dishes were excellent, well-prepared, generous, and of good quality. I recommend it.

20/11/2025: You can tell there's a lot of thought behind it. It was good and efficient! €15.50 for the lunch menu: starter + main course + dessert, right on the banks of the Vienne River. I highly recommend it.

02/12/2025: We celebrated a birthday 🎂 on November 29, 2025, and it was magical. The restaurant was fantastic 👍🏼 The owner, who also cooks, is incredibly professional; the service and preparation were delicious 😋 The staff is very professional. I highly recommend this restaurant.

24/02/2026: This restaurant deserves to be better known! Ideally located between Neuville-de-Poitou and Poitiers in Cissé, it's easily accessible with ample parking. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming; you feel right at home with Chef Hubert Varvoux, his wife, and the entire team. They know how to make guests feel welcome, and the food is excellent too, like this beautifully presented fruit gratin for dessert. Even other restaurants in the area don't take the time to create such a thoughtfully designed and beautifully presented dessert. The pretty butterfly... The prices are very reasonable (you pay more these days at fast-food restaurants... without the quality of a restaurant like this). And the ingredients are sourced locally! So, next time you're passing by, stop by this Auberge de la Cour d'Hénon!

14/03/2026: We were tempted this Friday by the "lobster" menu currently offered by the Chef at Savignois, and frankly, it was a delight! The dishes were beautifully presented, the flavor combinations were surprising at first glance but blended together perfectly 😋 We left feeling satisfied and very happy to have tasted these dishes and discovered these flavors. Thank you to the Chef, for whom sharing his passion means creating dishes for sharing and customer satisfaction. The service was excellent, and the couple who run the place are incredibly welcoming. The Chef came out of the kitchen towards the end of service and shared a "digestive" secret with us! 🤫 I gave it 4 out of 5 for the atmosphere because I found the dining room a bit dreary; it lacked a bit of energy compared to the bar area. We will definitely be back for the quality of the food!! And in the summer, because the terrace will be much nicer 😉
