No soundproofing, you can hear everything in the neighboring rooms (TV conversation, toilet, etc.).
Practically impossible to sleep with the proximity of the highway we are lulled by the noise of trucks not to mention the trains.
Room aging but clean every day.

22/06/2024: Small and usually friendly bar but very opportunistic attitude towards pricing, especially when you’re English. House bottle of wine (€24 last month) charged at €38. Plus two halves of beer at €9 each (normally €3-€4 each). Questioned bill at the time and were told quite firmly that the price was correct. Won’t be going back - can’t afford it at those prices!

18/09/2024: Second time visiting here to eat. We both had a galette ( savoury) and a crepe ( sweet). Both freshly made and really good. There are very few restaurants in Montmorillon that offer veggie options. The owner of the restaurant who serves is also friendly and helpful.
24/08/2024: Very warm and professional welcome.. Magnificent terrace with a beautiful view of the river.. Excellent, very delicious pancakes.. Top meal.
Best creperie in the region. Bravo and thank you.
I highly recommend without hesitation.

Lunch on a shaded terrace and enjoy a beautiful setting, nothing better to have a good time.
A friendly and efficient waitress
And simply delicious dishes,
with a gizzard salad as a starter that would make some restaurants in the South West green with envy,
and to follow a beef skewer with pepper sauce for me... yum-yum!!
And a pork pluma (and its little vegetables) which delighted my man's taste buds...
An exquisite strawberry Pavlova was served to us to end this delicious moment.
We recommend and will come back with pleasure.

30/08/2024: The kitchen is disgusting. You can see through the strips of salmon and the ramen broth is tasteless.
29/08/2024: A must-see at each of our visits to Futuroscope. Several dishes tasted and always a real treat. Very good service and a lot of kindness from the employees whether for consumption on site or to take away. The manga atmosphere is a plus for fans. We highly recommend this restaurant.

29/08/2024: Very beautiful view of the lake and the greenery. We were only able to appreciate it from the inside having been informed that all the outside tables were reserved (we stayed more than an hour and several outside tables however remained empty...)
Pasta dish with pesto bathed in oil... a little heavy.
Clientele of regular golfers who seem to be better regarded than people passing through.

All three of us agree, very warm and friendly welcome, the couscous was excellent and plentiful, the bill was reasonable with the aperitif, drinks and desserts, thanks to the Marmite Berbère team.
01/08/2024: Simply the best cuckoo clock you could find. The truth! A delight, generous and very very very good and accessible. In addition, the lady who manages the establishment is very friendly!
I recommend it!! A treat .

06/09/2024: Visiting with a friend and we were both walking with 2 dogs. Pleasant surroundings, happy staff and a very nice Plat De Jour (€15). Will come again when I next visit, if you're coming for lunch, get here early, it got very busy!
