11/08/2024: The best experience of Poitier. Finally staff that knows how to serve correctly at the table. We were plesantly surprised by the appitizers (2×) and friandises at the desert. Royal portions. The vegatarian dish could be made a little more in balance, but quality was good. Excellent main course, and finally deserts that were a real treat. Well done!

22/08/2024: Great little restaurant, home-cooked meals and very competitive prices, passing through, with family, colleagues and friends, this restaurant will satisfy you. An extra fresh buffet, and different daily special meals every day, I recommend

21/08/2024: The terrace is pleasant, the welcome is very friendly, the starter buffet is very good, but the food can sometimes be a little disappointing (poorly prepared fish, almost cold and full of bones, and random fried vegetables). It remains a good canteen at a reasonable price.

14/11/2024: I did a world whiskey tasting, very good atmosphere, the host is an experienced and above all passionate oenologist. The presentation is very well done. Generous tastings 3-4cl for 6 whiskeys and accompanied by an appetizer that matches the choice of whiskey. I will go back ;) Arranging a driver to take you back is safer.

30/08/2024: We spent one night in this hotel on August 17, we had a great welcome. The rooms are good, clean, comfortable with good bedding. Despite the presence of the road, we were not disturbed, the soundproofing is effective. A code system allows you to enter and exit the hotel, practical for us who were having a wedding in a superb estate less than 5 km away. I recommend this hotel and thank you again to the owner for his welcome

18/09/2024: While passing through, I stopped there to eat in the evening. Absolutely fair value for money. And above all the good humor of the owners which is priceless!

13/12/2024: Très bonne cuisine Le service y est très bien et discret Cuisson très bonne Du choix de qualité. Adosser au golf peut donnée une certaine vue pour les amateurs de ce sport.

12/11/2024: Super repas, de très bons plats. Burger avec pain du boulanger voisin. Assiette de fromages locaux, moelleux au chocolat et baba au rhum, c’était délicieux. Un accueil chaleureux. La salle est agréable avec vue sur le golf.

24/11/2024: Venions tous les ans déjeuner dans ce restaurant avant de faire nos "emplettes" chez Mitteault et ce, depuis de très nombreuses années.Certes, l’ensemble cuisine-accueil-attente-service s'était lentement dégradé ces dernières années ainsi que le rapport qualité/prix. Mais nous ne nous attendions pas à une telle déception ! Service démesurément long, assuré par un personnel très peu professionnel, cuisine très quelconque... tout cela pour 38 euros dans un environnement très très bruyant!..Conséquence du changement de propriétaire ?.. Dernière visite... bien entendu !

03/11/2024: Déjeuner partie restaurant gastronomique. ensemble correct, avec des tarifs relativement correct. Par contre personnellement, j'ai trouvé les plats un petit peu juste en contenu. Et regretté que beaucoup de choses annoncés sur la carte soient manquantes. Exemple en entrée, un cèpe coupé en deux . Belle sauce et présentation et met raffiné et tres bien cuisiné. Mais un seul cepe... on prend le temps de le savourer.... En plat principal dans un menu a 38euros quand meme. Il y avait 4 choix.. 1 tournedos 1 steak. 1 poisson et une viande de porc. OK au final il n'avait plus de tournedos. Plus de steak. Le poisson etait remplacé par un silure. Et la piece de porc annoncée etait remplacée par une autre partie du porc. Servi avec une puree de courge faisant l'equivalent du contenu d'une petite cuillere pour le plat principal. Heureusement il avait aussi deux cubes de polenta. Mais c'est quand même un petit peu léger même si c'est joli dans l'assiette et très bien cuisiné. Heureusement le pain etait très bon et nous en avons mangé pas mal...sinon honnêtement je serais sorti du repas avec la faim..

05/12/2024: Delighted to have discovered this pizzeria. The owners are friendly and the environment is pleasant. I opted for a medium-sized Savoyard pizza, it was quite generous and very good, what's more, with extra honey. I recommend

30/10/2024: What a pleasure to see Poitiers opening up to new concepts! Mimosa offers vegan and gourmet cuisine, accessible to everyone, in a warm and welcoming setting. I had the opportunity to enjoy an iced Matcha latte (on request) and a slice of vanilla apple pie, served in pretty dishes 🍎 A real delight! With its soothing atmosphere and the kindness of the team, this tea room is the perfect place to enjoy a gourmet break alone, with friends or family, and to discover a new culinary approach. It's time to be open to change and give way to curiosity! Looking forward to following the evolution of the decoration and discovering the famous mural 😊 I will come back with great pleasure! 21/09/2024: Came one evening in September 2024. Very good restaurant which aims to be more bistronomic. Who says bistronomic, says low quantity for prices that I find quite high. Gravlax at 12€ but light in quantity (only 5~6 small pieces) Dish €18 Dessert €9 Wine 6€ Here ~45€ starter + main course + dessert + wine If you have a big appetite, despite the quality, refrain. Nevertheless, very nice place, very friendly, impeccable service. A pleasant time spent. Don't forget that the restaurant also has a wine bar with a menu full of all kinds of French and FOREIGN references, which is quite rare.

11/09/2024: One of the best places to eat in Poitiers and in Vienne. Very good value for money. It's real cuisine at least and it's increasingly rare. A very good team in the kitchen and perfect room service, in a good mood. Lots of choice in wines. Let's hope that this good level is maintained over time.

26/08/2024: No consideration for customers. It's shameful, not a look, not a piece of attention that signals the fact that we have taken into account the arrival of the customer. Not a small gesture, with a shifty gaze, the staff avoids encountering a possible manifestation from the customer.. Overwhelmed, no time, not a word to warn or apologize for the delay... We question the organization of the service, never seen such ignorance!... after 3/4 hours without contact with the staff, we draw attention to ask if we still have a long time to wait to at least have the card and possibly something to wait.. we We place the slate on the table and we are told curtly that we must wait our turn to take our order, including for a possible aperitif! Reservation for 12:30 p.m., we preferred to leave rather than stress, it is 1:30 p.m.... we warn of our departure and the reason... we have no excuses from them, we are just overwhelmed, that's how it is , there’s nothing we can do!! Conclusion: we will never go back, that’s for sure! What a shame that the previous owners left with their kindness, attention and professionalism!

24/07/2024: Magnificent atypical hotel. The restaurant is magnificent as are the rooms. Family room no. 200 is really great for a family. We have our personal space. Small downside about the breakfast... The price is not in line with the products offered, too expensive in my opinion. More seasonal fruits, raw vegetables, a choice of other cereals, bacon and sausages with a more appetizing color...
