04/09/2024: We stayed for a one night stopover, but would happily stay longer. The site is very quiet yet is only a short distance from the road and supermarket. Can walk into Civray through the park. The campsite restaurant is amazing and a step up from normal campsite food. The river is pretty and full of wildlife.

Nous y avons été avec nos 2 petites filles et y retournerons sans hésiter
L' endroit est agréable près des jeux pour enfants

16/08/2024: Terrasse sous les hall, super à l abri et agréable. Produits maison , ou bien local super bon. Pizzeria, pasta,ou plat traditionnel avec viande. Moins de 50 euros à 2 avec boissons c était cadeau.
14/08/2024: Nous sommes arrêter il y a 1 an et nous y sommes arrêter aujourd’hui c’est trjs un vrai régal et découverte pour le cocktail un accueil chaleureux.Merci à vous continuez comme vous êtes

29/06/2024: One Saturday morning, we met there with friends, drinks in hand, and had a few drinks.
What a pleasure to see beers served, going beyond the limit of glasses, thanks to their generosity and lightness, we stayed there. We'll come back to that.

27/08/2024: We booked yesterday for today and were not disappointed at all with our choice. Very well received, delicious meal (bavette and 1/2 duck breast chosen at our table), children's menu with a REAL chopped steak. Excellent desserts, notably the pastry of the moment recommended by Madame, delicious apple/walnut cake.
Little attention for the children, smiling service, top notch. THANKS.

Friendly staff, the service is well done, the dishes come together nicely, not easy when it's a large table

02/09/2024: Just the best meal! Very good and fast service! a very nice lady at reception so disappointed not to be able to see them when we return from our vacation because it will be the weekend!
08/08/2024: Great, we stopped there by chance and we don't regret it at all, quite the contrary, the owner is friendly and welcoming, the service is fast but not too much, the appetizer buffet is copious, just like Excellent value for money meal. To recommend without reservation, and the icing on the cake is no problem parking.

17/09/2024: Hotel restaurants often serve ordinary food in surroundings without charm: not the case here! Friendly but professional welcome and service. Interesting dishes with quality ingredients on the set menu: not cheap but appropriately priced for the level offered. The combination of hotel with an excellent restaurant will make this a regular overnight stop for us.

08/09/2024: Very good food, the staff is friendly, the fresh seafood (excellent) and very good quality wine by the glass (God knows this is not always the case). The meats are very well cooked and respected. Homemade fries with homemade béarnaise 👍.
The desserts are very good too.
In short, if I come back to Vienna I will have a good address.

22/08/2024: Great little restaurant, home-cooked meals and very competitive prices, passing through, with family, colleagues and friends, this restaurant will satisfy you.
An extra fresh buffet, and different daily special meals every day, I recommend
21/08/2024: The terrace is pleasant, the welcome is very friendly, the starter buffet is very good, but the food can sometimes be a little disappointing (poorly prepared fish, almost cold and full of bones, and random fried vegetables).
It remains a good canteen at a reasonable price.

08/07/2024: When I was there a week ago there was no female toilet available. I was directed inside the pub to the back where there were two disgusting urinals but no sit down toilet. I can’t believe this is even allowed in France as it is totally discriminatory and does not meet gender equality. Pretty shocking.
