26/07/2024: It is all about expectations. Solid option for a visit to Cannes. Wont be the best hotel you stayed at, wont be the worst. Service was great. No major complaints. The pool is a major plus when you just want to kick it and relax….or when you arrive super early and check in is at 3 PM. Yes, you will wait until 3PM. Breakfast has some pastries and coffee is good. Dont worry about it if not included. Plenty of options in the area. Not too far from train station and beach. Again, solid.

04/08/2024: Disappointment on the kitchen side, I didn't travel this time. Skewer of undercooked shrimp, no details on the nature of the rice, if long grain, Thai, basmati, almost sticky. Salad leaves not big enough to wrap the spring rolls. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working, it was very very hot in the room, the fans were not sufficient... Come and test it yourself.

05/12/2024: A varied selection, not only sweets, there is, for example, black caviar. We bought macarons, 12 macarons = 34 💶

22/11/2024: A customer of Parisian boutiques, I thought I would find the same quality in Cannes. What was my disappointment to taste a tasteless quiche, a pan bagnat style roll garnished "like an SNCF sandwich" and all this at the same prices as those in Paris. My unfortunate experience tarnishes the image of this renowned brand and it is a shame. The only positive point is the welcome from the customers who are worthy of this house.

13/09/2024: Vraiment pas incroyable, une attente interminable pour seulement 4 plats qui en plus pour deux d’entre eux ( des salades Césars ) était pas top avec de la mayo à la place de la sauce Césars et le poulet pas très très bien cuit, pour les deux autres plats c’était correct, restaurant pratique pour dépanner mais sans plus.

11/09/2024: We take two glasses of white wine (Chablis), 11 euros each. They throw two scant glasses on the table, hot and without any accompaniment or snack. Never to see each other again

16/09/2024: We stayed two nights at this hotel in August. Upon arrival, we noticed our room’s air conditioner was not functional. We spoke to reception and they came to check and confirmed it was on. We left for a couple of hours, leaving the air conditioner on full fan, hoping to cool the room. On our return, the room was even warmer so we asked to be moved to another room. The room we were moved to was a staff space and had no light, an unclean bathroom, a mouldy smell and holes in the plaster on the walls. But it did have a working air conditioner and by this time of afternoon, we were not able to find an affordable alternative hotel so we agreed to stay. We were told by the reception staff that we would discuss a refund in the morning with the manager. The next day when we asked to speak to the manager, we were told she had left for the day. We asked the receptionist to please call her to confirm our refund. Over the phone, she confirmed that we would be reimbursed for our stay the following day. As we went to check out the following morning, we were told that the manager doesn’t work on Mondays and as we had a plane to catch, we had to take the receptionists word that it would be sorted on Tuesday. It has now been three weeks and we have sent a dozen emails which go unanswered. The few times we have been able to have a phone call answered, we face the same excuse of the manager not being there. I am imploring the manager to please get in contact with me about this issue. In the meantime, if you’re considering staying here - I’d choose somewhere else.

12/09/2024: The setting is the strong point, very flowery, a beautiful lawn, magnificent trees, on the heights of Cannes. Very pretty building, very nice location. Comfortable swimming pool area out of sight. Absolute calm. What a disappointment regarding the room (considering the asking price!). Although nicely decorated, the model is strewn with a multitude of stains of all kinds, including very questionable splashes on the drapes. The insulation of the rooms also needs to be reviewed. The staff are really lovely, especially the 2 young women at reception. The bathroom cleaning is impeccable.

25/08/2024: I'm booking online for Saturday August 24 for a dinner before the fireworks. The reservation is confirmed to me. Arrival on site, restaurant closed, without any specification of vacation, or other exceptional event. Too bad, I would have liked to go back for that evening... And the next day, I received the notification to give my opinion on my experience! A shame! In high season it's surprising, will there be a permanent closure? The telephone number is no longer assigned...

22/08/2024: The restaurant looks closed. Definitely ? I went there last summer and wanted to go back. I made an online reservation for last night, this was confirmed to me by email. However, when I arrived in front of the restaurant, it was closed and the telephone number was no longer assigned.

22/09/2024: Está en una bonita ubicación cerca de todas las tiendas y la playa. Tenían unos cruasanes geniales. También tuvimos jamón y queso y sándwiches de pollo al curry para el almuerzo que eran frescos y deliciosos. La joven empleada era muy agradable y servicial. Gracias Signature Boulongerie!

11/09/2024: Je laissais environ 10€/jour car j'aime beaucoup les brioches pralines . Les 2 jeunes femmes blonde et brune très sympas. Le personnel à changé. Ce jour j'ai eu affaire à 2 nouvelles , une bien l'autre brune et plus jeune , odieuse. J'ai demandé à faire réchauffer la brioche au micro onde , ayant entendu dire a une cliente que le four ne marche pas ( depuis longtemps). Le micro onde il ne marche pas non plus !!!! De qui se moque t'on ? Comment garder une clientèle si on ne lui fait pas plaisir ? J'ai fait la remarque et la jeune femme est devenue insolente, odieuse . Je be pense pas revenir tant qu'elle sera là. Elle doit apprendre le commerce .

31/08/2024: When we read the reviews, we tell ourselves that either we don't like our appearance or we were unlucky that day. We are a well-traveled couple who are usually cheerful and polite. However that day, having decided to stop there to have a cocktail, we were first received by a first waiter, who refused to let us sit on a table in front, explained to us that these tables were intended for 4 people. So we did so by going to a table that he pointed out to us, further back. We had not yet had time to order when 2 young girls sat down at the same table which we were refused, and this same waiter smiled at them as he went to take their order. Then another waiter came to take our order and shortly after served us. We therefore consumed and paid as soon as served (at our request however). We had been consuming for about ten minutes, when to our surprise, this waiter came to clear our drinks, leaving us with an empty table. So we decided to leave, not knowing if it was to make us understand to consume again, or to suggest that we not stay. Regarding the 2 cocktails, one was very good and well prepared, but the other was quite tasteless, giving the impression of a glass of water with a fairly clear mixture of fruit juice.

22/09/2024: Been coming to Cannes for 30 years and introduced dozens of clientele to this restaurant. Never been plain sailing on every occasion but nothing in life ever is. However, upon my arrival with my wife we decided to eat here. We ordered and our waiter was excellent but it was in between shifts and then we had another who was also very pleasant indeed. My partner’s food turned up and my very simple salad didn’t, fine! I asked and then 10 minutes later a meal turned up that I didn’t order. 15 minutes later after my partner had finished I said I didn’t want food as the moment had passed. I asked the manager to reflect this in the bill and he immediately threatened me with the police. Sorry is there a food police in France I don’t know about? This man was nothing short of demented, super aggressive and said he didn’t care for us or our custom. Lovely man. Like to meet him on a dark night down my road.

22/09/2024: Restaurant bien placé certes mais les prix sont abusés. 16euros un dessert waouh ….14 euros un cocktail encore waouh!!! Les plats sont bons. L’accueil est sympathique mais sans plus. Manque le sourire.

21/09/2024: Very friendly and efficient waitress, I enjoyed my Milanese very well served, very good value for money. In addition, there is a pedestrian lane which avoids noise and exhaust gases.

14/09/2024: The location is nice! The food came in at different times. One of the dishes was forgotten for 10 minutes and came in when some of the party had finished eating. The half chicken was dry and poorly seasoned. We ordered crepes for dessert, which were also quite boring.

31/08/2024: We have been coming to Cannes on vacation for over 20 years. I sometimes bought baguettes and cakes from this store. This year, several times. Last time, on August 30, 2024, I bought and ate cakes here. The door to the room where the products are prepared was open and I saw with the greatest surprise and disgust how 1 mouse was walking through the trays in which the products were put in the oven: baguettes, croissants, etc. I told the lady selling that they had mice, and she said she knew! It's incredible! These people should know what microbes and what diseases these animals can transmit. And the health authorities should do more checks!

12/08/2024: The worst inedible pissaladière in the world ended up in the trash. €3.30 really poorly spent

27/11/2024: Absolutely filthy vegetarian steak. We had to throw everything away. No steak, just two slices of tomato and a salad leaf. As a bonus, a sauce that is way too spicy. To avoid for vegetarians!!!! 21 euros in the trash

25/11/2024: Hello so I ordered on uber eat last night in the name of kader two menu 1 with guacamole but I had something else instead and cold cold fries The 2nd humberger was good but also cold so it's unacceptable To have all that for 38 euros anyway

23/08/2024: Extremely disappointed with this experience. When we arrived, no one to welcome us. Server alone, overwhelmed and stressed... The prices are much too high for the quality and taste of the products. It's a shame the setting is cute but we won't set foot there again, that's for sure.
