04/08/2024: Disappointment on the kitchen side, I didn't travel this time. Skewer of undercooked shrimp, no details on the nature of the rice, if long grain, Thai, basmati, almost sticky. Salad leaves not big enough to wrap the spring rolls. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working, it was very very hot in the room, the fans were not sufficient... Come and test it yourself.

23/08/2024: Extremely disappointed with this experience. When we arrived, no one to welcome us. Server alone, overwhelmed and stressed... The prices are much too high for the quality and taste of the products. It's a shame the setting is cute but we won't set foot there again, that's for sure.

09/09/2024: Hotel is located right by the harbour with beautiful views from the room balconies or from the breakfast room. The selection was quite rich for the breakfast, covering the preferences of many cultures. Rooms have a sea inspired Victorian feel which is chic. Overall great place to stay in Cannes

16/09/2024: We stayed two nights at this hotel in August. Upon arrival, we noticed our room’s air conditioner was not functional. We spoke to reception and they came to check and confirmed it was on. We left for a couple of hours, leaving the air conditioner on full fan, hoping to cool the room. On our return, the room was even warmer so we asked to be moved to another room. The room we were moved to was a staff space and had no light, an unclean bathroom, a mouldy smell and holes in the plaster on the walls. But it did have a working air conditioner and by this time of afternoon, we were not able to find an affordable alternative hotel so we agreed to stay. We were told by the reception staff that we would discuss a refund in the morning with the manager. The next day when we asked to speak to the manager, we were told she had left for the day. We asked the receptionist to please call her to confirm our refund. Over the phone, she confirmed that we would be reimbursed for our stay the following day. As we went to check out the following morning, we were told that the manager doesn’t work on Mondays and as we had a plane to catch, we had to take the receptionists word that it would be sorted on Tuesday. It has now been three weeks and we have sent a dozen emails which go unanswered. The few times we have been able to have a phone call answered, we face the same excuse of the manager not being there. I am imploring the manager to please get in contact with me about this issue. In the meantime, if you’re considering staying here - I’d choose somewhere else.

12/09/2024: The setting is the strong point, very flowery, a beautiful lawn, magnificent trees, on the heights of Cannes. Very pretty building, very nice location. Comfortable swimming pool area out of sight. Absolute calm. What a disappointment regarding the room (considering the asking price!). Although nicely decorated, the model is strewn with a multitude of stains of all kinds, including very questionable splashes on the drapes. The insulation of the rooms also needs to be reviewed. The staff are really lovely, especially the 2 young women at reception. The bathroom cleaning is impeccable.

02/05/2024: I'm so sad that my favorite sushi restaurant has become one of my biggest disappointments. To start, the portions of salmon in the sushi have been reduced. Conclusion we only eat rice and cream cheese (California smoked salmon, chesse and pink tataki) Secondly, the “new” store manager is unprofessional, she shouts at ALL the employees in front of customers constantly. And to finish, I highly recommend the Asia Keo in Mougins which does justice to the brand and where you will taste sushi like those from Asiakeo in Cannes a few months or even years ago.

04/09/2024: Wir haben diese kleine Vinothek im vergangenen Jahr kennen und lieben gelernt. 🧡 Dieses Jahr gab es eine Wiederholung. Und auch jetzt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Toller Service. Guter Champagner. 🍾 Mit ausgesprochen guter Empfehlung seitens der Bedienung! Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder…

14/09/2024: Accueil et service pas chaleureux. J’ai pris une assiette avec 4 nems à 16,90€ qui n’était même pas accompagné de vrai feuilles de salades et la menthe était abîmée. Un coca à 5,50€ … c’est bien décevant sachant que nous sommes dans une brasserie

06/09/2024: Pour une visite à Cannes, repas bon et rapide. Le fait des sur le boulevard n'est pas dérangeant. Personnel sympa et attentionné. Accès PMR.

02/09/2024: A Cannes tutto è carissimo, soprattutto per mangiare. E questo diventa un problema. Ma questo posto ci ha salvato. Fanno delle buonissime crepes e sanno fare anche la pasta. Prezzi onesti e personale gentile. Vicinissimo al centro.

14/07/2024: Very good pizza, (queen and oriental) fast service despite the columns of pizza that I saw delivered by delivery man during my preparation. Reception when taking orders rather friendly.

21/08/2024: Literally one the worst owners in the world of FNB, he started shouting at me because i did not say hi and was very rude. He was standing at the entrance of the restaurant, with a very bad personality for all his customers, even the waiter inside told me that this giy is arrogant so apparently he does not treat the employees in good way
