13/02/2026: I wanted to thank Caves Rembrandt in Nice for their support during the planning of our wedding. Too often, the wines offered at weddings are quite standard, and I really didn't want to disappoint our guests. So I went to Caves Rembrandt, near my home, and received excellent advice. With a budget of around €10 to €15 per bottle (a little less for rosé and white, a little more for red and Champagne), we were able to select wines that I consider truly exceptional for this price range—a special mention for the red, a Beaujolais whose quality I hadn't suspected and which had been made by Mr. Jeff Carrel himself, a big name in winemaking whose other wines I later discovered. I also greatly appreciated the explanations about the winemakers, the grape varieties, and the terroirs: Mr. Delmazo is undoubtedly a true enthusiast who loves to share his knowledge, and this comes through in his advice. We were even able to arrange for delivery directly to Languedoc, which saved me a lot of hassle with transport. In short, perfect support from start to finish — a huge thank you for everything!

Max is a true connoisseur; you tell him what you like, what you're looking for, and he'll find THE bottle (or bottles) that will make you happy. Personally, I've never been disappointed, and he's hit the nail on the head every time. He also has a huge selection, which is just fantastic, whether you want to try something new or rediscover a favorite wine. Thank you for your professionalism and passion!

05/02/2026: Excellent lunch; the salmon carpaccio and sea bass were both exquisitely delicate. The sea bream with beurre blanc sauce was delicious, both for its light and subtly flavored sauce and the perfectly cooked fish. The shrimp and potato appetizer could have used a little extra sauce (perhaps a touch of spice) or a Japanese seasoning to enhance the flavor of the shrimp and potato. The service was impeccable. The waiter was very attentive. Thank you for this wonderful lunch. We will be back.

19/03/2026: Excellent traditional Niçoise restaurant! Everything is homemade and the service is incredibly friendly! It's a real pleasure to spend an evening there, both for the warm atmosphere and the delicious food! Bravo! I recommend it 100%!

29/01/2026: I've been a few times already, and it's always a pleasure! The traditional Niçoise cuisine is delicious and unpretentious. You can tell the chef wants to please. Dishes you don't often see! It deserves to be much more popular.

22/03/2026: A warm, intimate place with a very flexible menu. Just one minor point about the floating island dessert: it had caramel sauce on top instead of caramel. But that's a small detail; everything else was truly wonderful, including the prices. Given the owners' reputation and the restaurant's location, many could have benefited. This makes it a welcoming, trustworthy place that makes you want to return.

28/02/2026: Edit: This is due to our experience with either we believe to be the manager or the owner. We tried the other day to go in for dinner. She asked if we had a reservation and we said no. She irritatedly responded with "No no no no no no no. Sorry, there's no availability." There were clearly several tables available. She pointed us to one of her other restaurants that she said had the same food and prices. We unfortunately couldn't go since we didn't have Euros. We tried again tonight and we unfortunately forgot to get a reservation, but figured since the lunch service below review from lunch - she wasn't there btw) was so great we figured to give it a go. Also there were a lot of people attending the last day of the carnival, so we thought they may have some space. We tried again and got the same no, that it's booked. However this time, it was 30 minute until closing. There were plenty of empty tables in the restaurant, outside and on the second floor. We left and observed if there were anyone else going in. A group of people popped in, didn't seem to be turned away (albeit we're not sure if they had the "reservation" or not. Was very offput by the manager/owner's rude behavior, and given the experiences that happened twice now, it's very interesting how she's treating us. Too bad (maybe she favors French people 🙂) --- The food was amazing! I loved how from the appetizer to the dessert, everything was very light. They have a unique blend of flavors and everything tested very fresh. Definitely saving for the next time we visit Nice!
