Price are quiet high for the quality
03/04/2024: It was great, typically Disney and good value for money. The burgers were good and tasty and so were the drinks. Really good for a restaurant in a leisure park :) We were very satisfied. The food came quickly and we were well served.

04/04/2024: We were excited to head into a cool restaurant with a great atmosphere. We were able to get seated relatively quickly. Service initially was ok then basically had no service for 20-30 minutes. Food was dry, kids nuggets were dry, to top it off I woke up in the middle of the night with food poisoning. Not a good way to spend our time at Disney.

02/04/2024: Only 4 burgers to choose, no possibility to modify anything and almost 20 minutes with the place filled less than 80% for 1 burger and 1 wrap.Screens were not working and employees didn’t speak english. Terrible experience better go to other place
30/03/2024: We've never experienced anything like this before. Employees were so confused and overwhelmed. Eat lukewarm. The fries are so soft. The tables were sticky with dirt. Passes as disgusting...

when there is a buy one free menu promotion
impossible to be served without a 50 minute wait
This is what the unfortunate waitress told us when we arrived.
"I warn you it will take 50 minutes before we can serve you
obviously with only 2 waitresses in the room and a manager who doesn't leave her cash register it can't be worked out
and again I did not have time to see the number of staff in the kitchen
I think it was the last time we went there
advice if you are not in a hurry and you like to wait a long time for your dishes go there with your eyes closed otherwise move on there are other restaurants around that are worth it

01/04/2024: Amazing restaurant, exquisite choices, not only for all ages, but wacky choices too, such as the sweetcorn soup with crème fraiche, crispy bacon, and smoked popcorn. Many reviews have claimed to say the soup was 'cold', but for us, it was at the perfect temperature. We managed to acquire a perfect window seat above the shop next door, and as soon as we received our starters, the mini parade started, and it seemed we got front row seats! Mains was perfect portions, and for desserts my pineapple upside-down cake was warm (lovely). Overall an absolutey brilliant experience, magical and excellent service, we really couldn't ask for better. Thankyou for bringing this disney magic to us, we'll be back :)
31/03/2024: Nice restaurant. We had a slightly impertinent waitress. He cleaned our table without having finished the plate, even taking bread. A little annoying and made us feel uncomfortable.
As for the food, delicious but scarce. The price is very high for what it offers. I stay with others from the park.

Large and very spacious.
Positioned in cinema type, all stages staggered, and with 4 screens in continuous production of cartoons.
About the food.
The worst food we have ever tasted in our lives.
The burger is like a shoe sole, bad and strange tasting. The three different types that we have ordered.
From what we have sensed, I think they don't even make them there, but rather they come already assembled (prefabricated) and they only heat them.
The fries, cold and very bad, with some of them having a "suspicious" flavor.
Coca-Colas like water, without any flavor.
On average about €15-€18 per beard, between menus and the little ones.
For that price you can improve that quality a lot.....
They won't catch me another year.
To highlight something, the treatment of the waiters has been very good.
And the Spanish woman who assisted us has helped us in everything she could.
01/04/2024: Chicken nuggets are sooo good! On the other hand, the chips were cold. Quite expensive for that kind of quality

29/03/2024: It's frankly disastrous... we've been going to the drive-thru every Friday for weeks and each time something is missing!! The sauces, the drinks, the tenders... it's incredible...!!! Honestly don't go there... find another one, we'll do the same...

05/04/2024: And there you have it... I wanted to trust MC do de serris again... what a big disappointment. ..
I ordered through the app. 40 min delay in delivery (as usual.) And as usual also error in the order.
Products are missing.
Obviously, it's impossible to reach them by phone. They don't pick up and the voicemail is full (you surprise me!). .
In short, I recommend the BK at the Clos du Oak. Much more serious.
04/04/2024: Definitely don't order here! We ordered from this store via Lieferando on April 3rd, 24 at 6:45 p.m. and the delivery did not arrive. We waited for hours and nothing happened. The delivery is still open at Lieferando and it still says "Your delivery time will be confirmed shortly." Just cheeky. We also paid €50 for two people, which is just overpriced!

04/04/2024: I ordered a burger meal without most of the ingredient due to the language barrier and I went back for an exchange. They gave me a new burger with everything without questioning and very politely. I would recommend this eatery for their service
04/04/2024: The food is amazing! The vegetarian version with breaded mozzarella is crazy! Only small problem: the queue and the wait, each time I went there it was very long (up to 45 minutes of waiting one lunchtime)

04/04/2024: We came for dinner on Monday April 1st. The staff was understaffed (only 2 in the room) and they did everything to limit the waiting time. They were smiling and attentive to customers despite a full room and a lot of work. Well done to them.
02/04/2024: Really good and comforting! Great atmosphere and super clean restaurant! A big thank you to the waitress this afternoon who was adorable!
