08/01/2026: So, we stopped by chance during this winter period and had the pleasure of discovering a little gem.
The welcome, the service, the food and wine pairings—everything was perfect.
They even had a little something for the dog.
In short, a place I'll definitely make a detour to next time I'm in the area.

07/12/2025: Mélanie gave us a wonderful welcome, we had a great time, and the meal was delicious. The steak tartare was just a little too heavy on the sauce, otherwise everything was perfect. We'll be back as soon as possible!

Refined, original, homemade dishes prepared by a fantastic chef! We feel right at home and enjoy a delicious meal every time. Melanie always welcomes us with a smile and good cheer.

23/11/2025: This is the second time I've walked through the door of this place, and the third time is already a given! Pleasure, delight, and authenticity are always present! My favorite pizza, which I've enjoyed many times in Italy, tastes of generosity, true to the person who brings it to life here! For me, it's a renewed pleasure, a new ritual! Grazie 🫶🏻

it's off to a world where the palate will encounter concentrated smoky and spicy flavors
a bold cuisine
very powerful and subtly spiced
a magnificent setting
a lovely welcome
plus, it's suitable for young children
who can enjoy the children's menu with cuttlefish and potatoes
very good
the only downside
it's a bit cold at the table in winter
and we actually prefer wild boar in a stew, and less so in the pinkish sliced form, it's a personal preference and besides
to each their own
I highly recommend this restaurant and the welcome from Mélanie and Julien!
31/12/2025: A wonderful discovery in the heart of Gruissan. The welcome was charming, and the cuisine was of very high quality. We thoroughly enjoyed the squid needles and cuttlefish quenelles. The service was very attentive and much appreciated, especially with two young children. We'll be back!

Tonight, it was octopus with chorizo cream and cuttlefish grilled.
Congratulations to the cooks! It was excellent!
Special mention to Kerwann for the waiter. Smiling and kind, he understood everything about the job of a waiter, which is not easy! See you next year!

Professionalism is a pleasure, and it's very good!
Octopuse with chorizo cream, delicious, and the mussels!! Definitely the best since my last time in Belgium.
The bread was also delicious, which is rare these days.
Homemade fries to boot 🙏
In the end, the owners offered us a digestif with a smile 😀

12/10/2025: We had cold beer on the terrace then returned later for lunch. Our table was inside to get shade from unseasonably hot sun. Soupe de poisson and spaghetti al vongole were very good. Desserts and coffee were good, especially the cafe gourmand. Our waiter was quite slow and we had some long waits. Requests for more water and a bowl of water for the dogs were made several times before appearing.
18/09/2025: Loved it here, the food, the service and the setting was just perfect for our anniversary meal. We would thoroughly recommend it.

30/08/2024: Terrasse ombragée où nous nous sommes arrêtés suite à une visite au marché. service super rapide par une demoiselle vraiment très gentille avec nous et notre petite fille de 3 ans. Les plats étaient copieux et très bons ( +1 pour les gambas à ne pas louper), notre fille a adoré les lasagnes, petit mot du patron en partant également. Merci encore, on reviendra à l’occasion de futures vacances

18/11/2025: Last evening we had a wonderful meal at le plan B. Everything was delicious, thanks to the creative chef, with a complexity of local ingredients that really came together. It has a relaxed atmosphere, the service was attentive and very friendly, and the live musician was perfectly suited to the atmosphere. Easily the most delicious, most enjoyable meal we've eaten in France in years. If you are fortunate enough to find yourself in Gruissan village, you will not be disappointed with a meal at le plan B!

23/10/2025: Excellent couscous in a warm atmosphere.
21/09/2025: Very bad experience. I had ordered two portions of lamb couscous to take away, announced at €24 per portion on the phone and displayed at the same price on the restaurant's blackboard. When it came to paying, the price had suddenly increased to €54 on the pretext that a lamb shank had been added. I explained to the manager that this was not justified since it was lamb couscous after all and that she should have announced it to us on the phone and not changed the price at the last minute when we came to collect the dish. She immediately became angry and told me that if I did not want to pay the price she had just announced, she would remove the shank from the dish. She then started to open the dish and try to remove the shank, which is totally inappropriate and unprofessional. In addition, the hygiene leaves something to be desired (linen and underwear lying in the middle of the restaurant). A shocking attitude that made me leave without my meal, very disappointed by this lack of respect and seriousness.
