01/12/2024: Adorable team, although the ice creams ordered were no longer there, they made sure to compensate for this lack as well as leaving a little note to apologize!

21/01/2026: Very few people on January 20, 2026, around 8 PM. We ordered 4 Ambergers burgers, 2 fries (one with cheddar), and 2 drinks. We waited 20 minutes for cold fries. They were reheated upon request, which didn't bother the staff. If possible, serve them hot, and a smile would be a nice touch.

19/01/2026: Always a long wait, sloppy sandwiches

10/12/2025: A 25-minute wait at the drive-thru around 3 pm for half-cold cheese; it's a shame I couldn't turn around, I wouldn't have bought anything.

10/12/2025: Unbelievable, 20 minutes to be served! And when everything arrived, it was cold!!!!

05/09/2024: The waitress forgets the sauce and slips away then I notice that the drink served is not the right one either and no ice cubes... That's a lot of misses for a small, simple menu... be more involved or consider changing of job. It's a shame ..

28/09/2024: McDonald's gets worse and worse. Not only are the burgers less and less good, but they are served barely lukewarm. More than 20 minutes of waiting for 1 menu and 2 Happy Meals at 2 p.m., and they still manage to forget things. When we make a bonus comment we get a bad response.

20/09/2024: The worst Mac Donald in France. Horrible. The burgers are pressed and are only 1 cm. It doesn't look like anything. Burger ordered Greek received. The team barely speaks French. Tables not washed. This is unacceptable.

01/09/2024: I was in a bit of a hurry because of work. No time or desire to cook. I go to McDonald's, it's supposed to be quick and the kids like it. Result? I waited a good half hour, while the restaurant was practically empty, I had order 3. The Big Mac arrives cold, I take 9 nuggets, they are hot, no worries on that front. Except, there are 8 and not 9.... disgusting. It's a take-out order. So yes we have to check, especially in these kinds of brands. I didn't think to count, but that shouldn't happen. No more Mc Do in Oyonnax.

31/08/2024: Very disrespectful staff they openly disrespect by making fun of the customers if they have a look that does not fit into their morals it is not normal to have to ask if in the end we can take the order for the reason of the mockery made by the staff it is not even tolerable that people who do not know how to behave in society work in contact in professions where contact with people is necessary.

02/09/2024: Saturday evening Lamentable service I ordered cold fries half an hour later I asked for hot fries, they let me reach 20 minutes they serve other customers they really didn't respect me, discrimination advises you to go to other McDonald's there are 2 others
