30/09/2024: It’s a place where you want to see and be seen. The atmosphere is exceptional, it's relaxing and dreamlike, even with the crowds. The staff are friendly, although they don't need to be as it's constantly busy. Make reservations for meals a month or two in advance, but for starters and drinks without reservations, the bar is a great option. I had the roast sea bass and the Saumur Champigny and both were very exceptional.

18/09/2024: We ate very well during our stay during our vacation. Superb flavors and a little extra for the service 😉 We recommend!

08/09/2024: We could walk past it without stopping (very small, few tables, a small terrace on the edge of the semi-pedestrian lane of the old village of Colle sur Loup...) and we would be very wrong because the cuisine is superb (des tasty dishes, with daring but always successful compositions...) a real treat, a real surprise, a real good gastronomic moment. The 5 flavors menu (with little choice, but all the proposals are exceptionally successful in their flavors) at 65 euros is worth the detour. There are only a few differences with the 3 flavors menu at 57 euros but it would be wrong to deprive yourself of the appetizer and the pre-dessert (what originality, what delicacy!) One small downside, the wine list does not match the dishes offered (a Languedoc wine and a Graves at more than 40 euros per bottle, it is not good value for money] but that No matter the rest is exceptional, you have to go there.

16/04/2024: Superb place where the festivity is in full swing, special mention to the Barmaid Jessy, very welcoming, breathtaking charm, and very talented; who knew how to awaken all my senses with his sumptuous cocktails! I highly recommend !

03/12/2023: Nous y avons été pour leur brunch du dimanche et nous n’avons pas été déçus ! Buffet à volonté avec huîtres, crevettes, saumon fumé, burger a l’avocat. Vous pouvez commander des œufs ou omelettes à la carte ainsi que du sucré. Le personnel est adorable et très serviable. La nourriture est excellente. Nous reviendrons pour sur 👌🏼

26/11/2023: Je suis venu plusieurs fois et jamais on m a reconnu comme si c était mon 1er séjour , j avoue avoir été blessé qu on me demande si j étais un client de l hotel pour pouvoir accéder à l ascenseur qui menait à la piscine et au restaurant alors que cela faisait déjà plusieurs jours que j y étais

03/09/2024: It's no longer the bay star with the cuisine as incredible as the place! Aperitif served in 3 portions with a long waiting time. A piece of meat served just fried salad, no juice, nothing extraordinary for the price. A free children's menu on the menu which ultimately costs money but the price does not appear anywhere... The place closes and the staff has already left in their heads... What a shame :(

26/07/2024: Super warm and smiling welcome from the waitress, the hookah was served to us straight away with no waiting time, the Moroccan tea is excellent, I recommend this place 100% to all lovers of good hookahs. 👌

30/10/2024: Attirati dalle accattivanti foto trovate online, in un sabato sera di Settembre, siamo saliti in terrazzo per un aperitivo. La realtà è molto distante da ciò che viene pubblicato nei vari siti web. Ambiente sciatto e trascurato. Arredi esterni rovinati dal tempo, cuscini e divanetti macchiati, fioraie dimenticate a se stesse. Angoli kitsch con fiori finiti rovinati ed erba sintetica a fare da sfondo. Siamo arrivati verso le ore 18-18.30, l’apertura indicata nel sito ufficiale segnava le 17.30, abbiamo trovato lo staff completamente disorganizzato nonostante ci fossero altri 4 ospiti già seduti ai tavoli; chi sdraiato sui divanetti esterni, chi mangiava, chi chiaccherava in gruppo, chi fumava, chi nemmeno in divisa ma con abiti fin troppo casual; una normalità che indicava, non un’ eccezione alla serata, ma una consolidata routine; atteggiamento confermato dal fatto che nessuno si è minimamente ricomposto davanti a noi ospiti. Se il servizio bar risulta discutibile la proposta del tapas bar è alquanto improbabile; non esiste una reale cucina, almeno nello spazio del rooftop. Lo staff assembla i piatti su un tavolo esterno lungo il lato del terrazzo senza tanta curanza (contesto assurdo, visibile dal vano scala). Andando a pagare la situazione del bancone era davvero confusionaria, oltre al disordine sopra i banchi di lavoro, la scena più impattante era il vassoio delle patatine fritte gettato lì, nel mezzo del disordine, con un cumulo di ciotole sopra ad esso. Mi spiace non aver immortalato l’immagine ma volevamo solo andare via. Un vero peccato.

04/10/2024: Petit restaurant avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, un véritable havre de paix ! Les plats sont simples mais délicieux, préparés avec des ingrédients frais. L'atmosphère intime et le service attentionné rendent l'expérience encore plus agréable. Parfait pour une pause gourmande avec un panorama magnifique. Une adresse à ne pas manquer!
