21/03/2026: For our trip to Speed ​​Park, we decided to eat at Benburger. I don't understand the negative reviews I've seen. The burger (Black) was EXCELLENT, with quality ingredients, crispy fries with a unique shape, and most importantly, UNLIMITED (with the set menu, from what I understand)!!! The service was perfect, which naturally created a great atmosphere. I highly recommend it, and thanks again for the extra fries.

02/01/2026: Yesterday I saw the "happy hour" advertisement, I threw up my aperol, pina colada and mojito. The pina colada was sour, the aperol was half a glass and there was an orange in it that was dirty with something white, maybe coconut cream, it looked like it had cheese in it, I asked to change my aperol, it wasn't as it should be, 50 ml of aperol, 150 ml of prosecco and 100 ml of sparkling water, I left without finishing the drinks, it's better not to say happy hour, I'll pay $10 for a glass!

08/04/2026: The manager's friendliness is nonexistent, the portions in the boxes are minimal (4 lettuce leaves), and the hamburgers are getting smaller and smaller. They're not filled properly. You order in the dining room and get takeout, and they clean the chandeliers while you eat. And no ice cream.

It is precisely for this reason that I am writing to you today, deeply disappointed by a recent experience. During my last visit, I simply asked for a little more onion in my sandwich—a modest request, which I even offered to pay extra for so I could enjoy my meal exactly as I liked it. To my great surprise, the employee on duty categorically refused, citing “rules” and “procedures,” as if a small extra portion of onions could disrupt the smooth running of your establishment. Seeking a reasonable solution, I reiterated my request, offering to pay the equivalent of an extra portion of meat. Despite this, the refusal remained unchanged, with no flexibility or willingness to satisfy a loyal customer. Beyond the refusal itself, it was the attitude that I found particularly unpleasant and unprofessional. This rigidity, coupled with a clear lack of courtesy, is completely at odds with the positive experiences I had previously enjoyed at your restaurant. I find it regrettable that a simple gesture—adding a few more onions at the request of a customer ready to pay—was treated with such coldness and intransigence. I sincerely hope that this situation can be taken into account in order to improve the welcome and quality of service, which, until now, have been the hallmark of your establishment in my eyes.

23/01/2026: Hello, I visited the small town of Valberg, a very family-friendly resort, perfect for skiing and enjoying beautiful views. I ate at the Chalet Suisse restaurant and really appreciated the warm welcome. All the servers were friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain the dishes. The food was fresh and full of flavor. The owners were very kind and attentive to their customers. The atmosphere was warm, elegant, and comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a day of skiing. I truly enjoyed this place.

22/03/2026: Back in Cimiez after 10 years... we just had to go back to Multari... the pan bagnat was excellent and the cereal sandwich was amazing... we went back before leaving and they were all gone... a victim of its own success. Thanks for the free can of soda.

07/04/2026: The restaurant is still partially open for drive-thru service. I found myself inside because nothing was closed or marked off, even though the restaurant is undergoing renovations. They're removing all the glass LED panels, and the glass dust is getting into the kitchen and onto the food. And they still dare to serve customers! It's totally outrageous. There are no controls whatsoever, food is being prepared without gloves, and there are no covers for the work. All the glass dust is getting into the kitchen and onto the food. They dare to sell this for us to eat; it's clearly a food safety scandal. Where are the hygiene and inspections?

06/04/2026: Arriving at 11:30 on April 6th, we placed our order and used the wait to wash our hands. There was no soap in the restroom, so we asked at the counter if it could be refilled. It took 10 minutes for the message to be relayed, 10 minutes for an employee to go to the restroom… still no soap… and another 5 minutes for the soap to be changed. Our food was cold. The staff seemed inconvenienced. A word of advice: hire a different kind of staff…
