09/06/2026: Stopped in here for a drink, and we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and great cocktails. With happy hour from 3-8 each day, Dolce Caffe is a great place to stop in for a drink, with an offering of tapas.

23/05/2026: Discovered today, good food. Excellent Caesar salad and superb bruschetta. Fresh and delicious fruit cocktail. Friendly and welcoming service. The only downside, which is in no way the fault of the establishment, is the proximity to the road; the exhaust fumes and noise from the cars are a shame.

10/05/2026: What a pleasure it was to be invited to stay at this hotel. The entire team was warm, professional, and attentive: from the reception staff to the valet parking attendants, including the restaurant and housekeeping staff—those unsung heroes who also deserve recognition for their often discreet but essential work. I would especially like to thank Fanny, who looked after us at the Fitzgerald Bar. Thanks to her kindness, her smile, and the quality of our conversation, we had a dinner that was as pleasant as it was enjoyable. A truly wonderful memory.

29/06/2026: I arrived on Monday, June 29th at 10:15 PM, even though the restaurant closes at 11:00 PM. Upon arrival, the manager seemed annoyed because there were supposedly too many people… even though there were only 3 cars at the drive-thru and 5 people inside. As a result, the self-service kiosks inside were closed early, as were the doors, and only drive-thru customers were allowed in. It's unacceptable to turn customers away 45 minutes before closing time. Then, I waited 30 minutes to pick up my order. And as if that wasn't enough, when I got home, I realized half of it was missing. This isn't the first time items have been missing, either. Between the reception, the wait, and the order errors, the service is truly appalling. It's unacceptable.

26/04/2026: Fish and chips were okay unfortunately my dish was a disappointment. There were blue plastic stripes on my plate and the fries were not fried long enough / partly frozen.

23/05/2026: We had a great experience at Ben Burger at first: the cook was lovely and offered us several options to customize our burgers right at the register, which was really appreciated. However, the cashier's attitude unfortunately spoiled the experience a bit. We simply asked if it was possible to lightly grill some onions, and he replied "no" in a very curt tone, raising his eyebrows. It's a shame because just before, his colleague had kindly offered us several choices and alternatives. The burgers are still good, but a more pleasant and consistent welcome from the staff would make the experience much better.

26/04/2026: We came to eat and frankly, it was delicious and piping hot! We thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish. We were served incredibly quickly, and everything was spotless: the tables were cleared almost immediately; as soon as the customers left, someone was already cleaning up, which was really appreciated. The whole team was so kind, welcoming, and friendly, which was lovely. We had a wonderful time in a great atmosphere. I've read some reviews and honestly, I don't understand this negative feedback at all. Thank you to the whole team for the warm welcome and excellent service; we'll definitely be back!

11/04/2026: If I could give zero stars, I wouldn't hesitate. My colleague and I came to eat. The welcome was incredibly cold; I had to insist that the saleswomen behind the counter even acknowledge my greeting. There was absolutely no friendliness. I ordered a green salad with smoked salmon and asked if it was part of a set menu. Her lack of enthusiasm didn't encourage me to order more. The salad, by the way, was clearly not worth the price: poor-quality salmon mixed with green leaves and a tasteless dressing. In short, a very bad experience that we certainly won't be repeating!

04/05/2026: Avoid at all costs! The dish arrived cold. We ordered linguine with lobster and mussels, and it was awful!! The pasta was plain and sticky, with no seasoning, no sauce, not even butter, and the lobster was empty. I have never eaten such bad pasta.

23/01/2026: Hello, I visited the small town of Valberg, a very family-friendly resort, perfect for skiing and enjoying beautiful views. I ate at the Chalet Suisse restaurant and really appreciated the warm welcome. All the servers were friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain the dishes. The food was fresh and full of flavor. The owners were very kind and attentive to their customers. The atmosphere was warm, elegant, and comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a day of skiing. I truly enjoyed this place.

12/06/2026: Quite disappointed with the food. We came specifically before the lunchtime rush hoping for freshly made burgers, but after a 5-minute wait we received barely warm burgers and soggy fries. We were also disappointed by the taste of the Coke… in short, just not our day, maybe…
