07/08/2026: Not going too well tbh. 1. Told me I was upgraded to a deluxe room but it’s the same category I booked and paid for. 2. Checked in, walked down to the water and the bar refused to sell me a glass of wine because it was closing in 30 minutes. 3. Dinner w fireworks was nice but the glass of champagne they offered at walk in ended up being 45 euros - would’ve been nice to know that. 4. Ordered a burger at my sunbed with sauce on the side. It had sauce on it, no problem mistakes happen. But they took it back only to bring back the same burger with the sauce sloppily wiped off. They didn’t even have the courtesy to make a new burger. That said, the wait staff at the sunbeds is very good. I extended my trip in Antibes and am currently looking at moving hotels. These missteps are unacceptable at 1380 euros a night.

02/06/2026: *This review is for the “Burberry” Beach Club only. Not the hotel* The hotel website and Instagram had an extensive marketing description of the “Burberry Beach Club” , touting “Burberry reinterprets the hotel's Art Deco glamour through its iconic Check pattern, revisited in Belles Rives' signature blue. Parasols, sun loungers, armchairs, and even the historic 1920s elevator are adorned with this new graphic identity. Exclusive logos also grace the famous jetty and the gates of the private beach.“ so we decided to book loungers for the day. Upon arrival it became clear that the ONLY things with Burberry branding were a pair of water skis (among the 5 other non-branded ones) and a small ice cream cart in the outdoor restaurant area. NOTHING ELSE. Shameful false marketing and very surprising that Burberry would allow their name to be misused like that. In addition to the lack of anything Burberry that they claimed they had, the service was appalling. We had to hunt down someone to get a menu and after ordering, it took an hour to get a citron pressé and a cappuccino after asking 3 times for them. We were not alone in having the complete lack of service as the chair next to us was furious as he waited 45 minutes for ice that he had requested and finally got up to get it himself, only to be chastised by the bartender. The location is nice as is the hotel, but avoid the beach club!

23/09/2026: My favorite spot for a good cappuccino on the terrace. It's been 20 years and it's still a pleasure. The welcome is warm. Great atmosphere. The management has changed, but the new team is doing a great job. The whole staff is very pleasant and smiling. It's truly appreciated.

17/10/2026: 15 minutes for a Big Mac, who are they kidding? Worst McDonald's in the world and I've been to dozens and dozens!!!! Shameful.

17/10/2026: McDonald's is getting worse and worse. We pay more and more, and they can't even provide decent service. I ordered through Uber Eats, they forgot half the order, and you get ice cream with the tablecloths. A tiny bit of tablecloth, not even a teaspoonful—it's outrageous!

16/09/2026: We stumbled upon this charming café where we had bagels and a drink; both were delicious and made for a perfect lunch. The prices were very reasonable, and the atmosphere was pleasant and sunny. I highly recommend it.

08/08/2026: What a fantastic place. Atmosphere super cozy, toilet clean. Very customer-friendly. And the waiter is also very attentive and fun. Highly recommended for a late drink!! (While you are sort of sitting in line for the Naya Cannes)

19/08/2026: A lovely establishment. It's a peaceful place to spend time. The servers are friendly and helpful. I recommend it.

18/08/2026: Terrible service. The owner/server would rather drink with his friends than take customers’ orders. Between the endless wait and the painfully slow service, he brings drinks one by one whenever he feels like it instead of simply using a tray. The setting is nice, but overall, definitely not recommended.

05/10/2026: I went in to buy a cookie, and the saleswoman's attitude was barely decent. I felt like I was bothering her, and she walked away while I was paying by card, saying from a distance, "It's all good, it's gone through," without a smile. I ended up retrieving my purchase myself because it was difficult for her to hand it to me, and again, her attitude was appalling. Lost customer.

02/09/2026: Café & Thé terrace on the main square of Grasse, not too crowded, friendly young waiter, good tomato juice very well presented, served with 4 condiments around it!

21/08/2026: We had ice cream and drinks. Everything went very well... The owner even let my daughter make her own ice cream behind the counter. We had a lovely time.

01/08/2026: The food was a disaster and not recommended. The service didn't speak English and the atmosphere was tolerable. The burger tasted like fish and the seafood bowl consisted of chicken and sausage.

27/07/2026: Excellent restaurant! The owners are incredibly kind and the food is perfect. I recommend the paella, and my wife had the grilled sardines. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. And had a wonderful evening. Thank you both so much.

12/10/2026: Outside you're eating with the pigeons! Inside you have to eat in your swimsuit because it's so hot and there's no ventilation! The service is appalling! In short, avoid it! 🫡

11/10/2026: Good food, not long of a wait. Very reasonable prices. Made a good change from the UK McDonald that I am used to. However there was lots of rubbish left on tables and people pushing in front of you in queues. The lady who brought me my order wished me a good meal in french and English.

28/09/2026: My favorite place for a quick lunch! I love the hot dogs, they're delicious and generously topped, but the cookies are to die for!! I give them a 100% thumbs up, and the Nutella and whipped cream lattes are also divine! It's a very cozy and welcoming place, perfect for grabbing a coffee or an afternoon snack. I highly recommend it; there's always a great selection, and the bagels are excellent too. Best cookies ever 🍪

12/09/2026: At the time of this review, the place is "temporarily closed." I'm glad because if you're a foreigner and speak English, you'll be ignored. We were told to choose a table, sit down, and wait for the waiter. We sat down, chose food from the menu, and waited, waving, trying to get their attention. The waitress saw us and just went about her business! We got up and left! I don't recommend this place!!!!

20/04/2026: I asked to drink my coffee there and was given a cardboard cup. I asked to exchange it for a mug, but they refused, claiming I didn't want to have to wash it by hand afterward. This is no way to treat customers. Think twice before buying anything here.

04/03/2026: I wanted to share a glowing review of my favorite tea shop: Coffea ☕️ They have an incredible selection of teas, but what truly sets them apart is the flavor: the taste is exactly what you smell when the sales assistant opens the tin. This faithfulness to the aromas is rare and so appreciated. After trying different brands for years, I've finally found my perfect shop. I've been shopping there for several years now, and the quality is always consistently excellent. It's a wonderful family business: the mother and her daughters are lovely. They always have a smile on their faces, are professional, offer great advice, and are truly skilled in the best sense of the word. I sincerely wish them all the best, because they absolutely deserve it 🌿

23/08/2026: The pizzas were delicious, we thoroughly enjoyed them. However, they were ridiculously small and definitely not the size advertised on the menu (26 cm).

22/08/2026: Excellent pizza 10/10, very warm welcome and served quickly, thank you again, I will definitely come back.

25/09/2026: Fanta that never tastes good, and fries served cold and without salt. Avoid it!

24/09/2026: Still as cold and bland as ever! Disappointing for the price and service.
