30/05/2026: The food was very good and the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The atmosphere is pleasant and the location is excellent.
However, the experience at the beach reception was not so positive. The lady responsible for renting the beds seemed a little rude and the information provided was confusing. We were told that it was not possible to rent beds or towels, despite there being many empty beds at that moment. I understand that there may be internal policies or reservations, but a clearer and more cordial explanation would have made the experience much better.
Overall, I recommend the restaurant for the quality of the food and the professionalism of the service team, but I think the service at the beach reception could be friendlier and more transparent.
29/05/2026: Honestly, if you're really hungry and want a good meal, this is definitely not the place. The portions aren't very generous and the food isn't great at all. Thanks to the dark-haired waiter with tattoos who helped us with the sun loungers in the afternoon. Go there just to get a tan.

14/05/2026: I came in looking for a nice hot chocolate on a cold day, and I was ripped off for €2.80. I wanted to prioritize quality, thinking it would be better than the coffee machine at work, but it was a complete rip-off. See for yourself.
05/05/2026: The staff is awful; you have to beg to even get a slice of pizza or a napkin heated up. And definitely don't choose your baguette or sandwich! 😑

Dirty glasses and a lack of willingness to explain the menu to a tourist.
09/05/2026: Very disappointed on the evening of May 9th! 5 stuffed vegetables with a little mixed green salad for €17.50!! The steak tartare was too spicy, which overpowered the meat! The fries were overcooked and very greasy!! €9.50 for a lollipop crepe is very expensive!!!! Very pricey for what it is!! The cook needs to improve!!

It was frozen (the saleswoman forgot to mention that) and tasted stale (no sugar, bitter).
€36 for such a bad product!
After calling for an explanation, we were told it was the saleswoman's fault for not mentioning that it needed to be defrosted. No apology or compensation offered.
A complete rip-off! This might be due to a change of ownership.
Avoid at all costs!
31/05/2026: My husband just left the bakery, and the flan was disgusting, the bread horrible, and on top of that, they wanted him to pay for the previous customer's baguette. Avoid this bakery at all costs; it's disgusting.

14/11/2025: The owner, Katia, made my wife and I feel like absolute VIPs on our honeymoon. The table service was very attentive and it seemed that other customers were attended to very promptly attended to at the same time. 10,000% recommended and would visit again! I recommend the Nutella, pistachio and mango ice creams.
28/09/2025: Unacceptable service. I simply asked for tea, which was clearly stated on the menu, and the waitress responded in a derogatory manner, calling my request "weird." She then introduced herself as the "boss" and continued to behave arrogantly and disrespectfully toward the customer. This attitude is completely unprofessional and should have no place in the restaurant industry. This establishment deserves to be called "Bad Mood."

20/09/2024: Nous avons vraiment été séduits par cet endroit, tant par le cadre charmant, en bord de nive, que par l’accueil chaleureux des patrons.
Sans oublier évidemment les plats délicieux avec une cuisine maison et des produits frais.
Une super adresse à Bayonne, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

20/08/2024: We had 4 courses - the food was good albeit the bread is not the best. We asked for a wine menu as the menu we were given was it only by the glass I asked if we could order a bottle the waitress who spoke very good English said she would have to check and came back and stated they only serve by the glass so I ordered 3 glasses (which were very small) which cost 24 euros and my partner had 2 beers at 18 euros. At the end of the meal I looked around and noticed that 3 tables all had bottles of wine - they were all French, I called the waitress over and ask why we were not able to order a bottle of wine etc and she said sorry I don’t speak good English I didn’t understand which was totally in correct - please note they do do bottles even though they refuse to give you a menu
04/08/2024: Superbe endroit pour déguster des plats variés la planche de charcuterie était excellente et la sélection des vins est impressionnante même dans les palaces cannois la sélection n'est pas autant varié pour les vins. Le serveur en salle etait top ! Nous reviendrons à l'occasion

08/09/2024: We could walk past it without stopping (very small, few tables, a small terrace on the edge of the semi-pedestrian lane of the old village of Colle sur Loup...) and we would be very wrong because the cuisine is superb (des tasty dishes, with daring but always successful compositions...) a real treat, a real surprise, a real good gastronomic moment.
The 5 flavors menu (with little choice, but all the proposals are exceptionally successful in their flavors) at 65 euros is worth the detour. There are only a few differences with the 3 flavors menu at 57 euros but it would be wrong to deprive yourself of the appetizer and the pre-dessert (what originality, what delicacy!)
One small downside, the wine list does not match the dishes offered (a Languedoc wine and a Graves at more than 40 euros per bottle, it is not good value for money] but that No matter the rest is exceptional, you have to go there.

04/09/2024: I ordered a cannelle and cappuccino while waiting for my train. So, the cannelle was really delicious, but the coffee was terrible 😅 The same happened with my friend - she really liked her dessert, but couldn’t drink the coffee as it wasn’t good at all. I think it would be better if we bought water or tea instead of that cappuccino.
