06/09/2026: Bad experience at the McDonald's in Senas. Many of the kiosks were out of order, resulting in extremely long waits to place our orders. With the loyalty program, we were entitled to a free meal, which we selected in addition to our order. When we were finally served, the meal was missing... We asked a crew member who went to ask his manager. The result? There was a glitch, and we weren't the only ones affected... unfortunately, this wasn't taken into account. We had to go back to the kiosk and order the meal again... there were always people at the kiosks... I wasted 10 minutes ordering again, and my family was served in the meantime... in short, a complete mess!
06/09/2026: The same complaints as always: the drinks taste like water. It's expensive for ice cubes. There are also issues with the quality and presentation of the burgers.

22/08/2026: I ordered a large McDonald's meal at the drive-thru, and when I got home, I only got a regular McDonald's! And it's not the first time. Avoid the two McDonald's in Plan de Campagne.

17/06/2026: I was extremely shocked by the attitude of the employee taking orders at the drive-thru, a dark-skinned man with glasses, of North African type, who was very unpleasant, haughty, even gratuitously aggressive. He didn't let me finish my order. When I arrived at the place to pay, he was actually on the phone talking to a friend 😱 It's a disgrace. This person should be fired, and many people around me have reported the same type of behavior from this individual.
16/06/2026: Avoid at all costs, and I mean it. I'm giving it one star because it's the bare minimum, but not only is the food they serve appalling, but the staff is even worse. They make mistakes, serve inedible food, and are unprofessional beyond belief. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The manager is anything but a manager. Your McDonald's is disgusting, and so is the staff. I've been there three times, and each time it was a stressful experience. The last time, we were treated with disrespect by the staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

05/09/2026: What a disgrace! Saturday night, we arrived at 9:36 PM after the movie, with opening hours advertised until 2:00 AM… and were told the theater was closed, only the drive-thru was available.
Why advertise 2:00 AM if the theater closes well before then? After the movie, it was impossible to eat there. Their customer service couldn't be worse. 👎
31/08/2026: This McDonald's is neglected; they haven't had the "Chicago" burger of the moment for weeks, and they don't have Bug Tasty either. It's a real shame.

24/08/2026: McDonald's lacks hygiene, doesn't know how to serve people properly, and either forgets or makes mistakes. It's a real shame; the toilets are filthy, it's disgusting.

19/08/2024: We went a second time (the first time was ok - we only wanted a coffee and a pain au chocolat. The lady was friendly, the price ok). Second time around, we were served by a man who insisted on speaking English, which really irritated me as I like to make the effort to speak French. No menu provided. We ordered 2 coffees and 1 waffle (supermarket bought for sure).
On paying, he wanted €16! I asked to see the menu but was given some excuse. Avoid!
He must be friends with the Nougat people across the way as they wanted to charge €30 for a small slither of nougat! A pity as lots of the other shops/traders sell beautiful things at a reasonsble price. Reine Jeanne was a very pleasant restaurant in which to have dinner - perhaps try there!!
