09/12/2024: Friendliness not expected from a brunette waitress. To get a smile that leaves something to be desired. Also regarding the 2 other waitresses. We see that he doesn't like customers to flee!!! And what's more, this long-haired brunette waitress takes customers on high without ever seeing them. And the other waitress with glasses blows to give the dishes to the customer.. and a blonde at the cash register and totally unpleasant she just said to her colleague I'm hungry, hello or nothing!!!! To flee, to flee!!! I recommend Columbus Vitrolles!!!!

07/12/2024: I am posting this review following my visit with my mother who is visually impaired. While my mother was taking her order as she usually does in other stores without worry, here, an employee (or even the manager, I don't know) took the liberty of waving his hand in front of my mother's eyes. mother to make her “react”, rather than just ask her nicely what to do next. The service and welcome there are deplorable. I think that some people should be better trained in customer service because regardless of the person, disabled or not, you don't wave your hand like that...it's neither professional nor civilized and all the more hurtful in our case . 14/09/2024: Perfecto para pasar un buen momento, hemos comido unos crepes muy buenos con la vista perfecta. El servicio es rápido y Paco en el bar te hace dar ganas de quedarte.

19/08/2024: We went a second time (the first time was ok - we only wanted a coffee and a pain au chocolat. The lady was friendly, the price ok). Second time around, we were served by a man who insisted on speaking English, which really irritated me as I like to make the effort to speak French. No menu provided. We ordered 2 coffees and 1 waffle (supermarket bought for sure). On paying, he wanted €16! I asked to see the menu but was given some excuse. Avoid! He must be friends with the Nougat people across the way as they wanted to charge €30 for a small slither of nougat! A pity as lots of the other shops/traders sell beautiful things at a reasonsble price. Reine Jeanne was a very pleasant restaurant in which to have dinner - perhaps try there!!

07/09/2024: Order placed at 8:10 p.m. and received at 8:44 p.m. I find this unacceptable because the concept of fast food is to go quickly and in this case it is very very very long!!!

24/08/2024: J'en ai vu des choses chez mc do mais la une attente horrible , obligé de ce déplacer pour récupérer le plateau après 45 minutes d'attente , on vous parle mal parce qu'il sont dans le jus total et le pires du pires les frites sont froide ainsi que les sandwich . Non merci je reviendrais plus dommage pour les enfants . Surtout passé vôtre chemin allez chez les concurrents .

15/08/2024: 15/08/24 7 staffs pour 5 tables . commande faite a 14h23 a manger sur place. Plateau arrivé a 14h45 ...frites gelées..hamburger froid ...retour en caisse. Encore 15 minutes attente pour les frites..bacon jamais revenu ... Une catastrophe ce Mac do.. , ca va beaucoup mieux !!!😓😓😓

Room closed at 9:15 p.m. with all the employees on a smoke break on the bench outside on a Saturday evening, how is such an event possible on the most profitable evening of the week, McDo Rognac finished for me, heading to Fare les Oliviers from now on. 27/09/2024: What a nice surprise this 12 p.m., a surprising welcome at the drive-thru, I almost believed it was a Relais et château, where I usually go, and yes the contrast MCDO and relay et château and even the starred ones . But after my order at the drive and this beautiful welcome I ask is it new? to be so well received? and yes a new manager (in training) who welcomes you, as long as it lasts, in any case well done because we like the MCDO or not but with this Welcome it's even better, we'll come back only for that

05/09/2024: Terrible experience. Waited 20+ minutes, everything was cold except the fries which had a weird texture as if they were crispy on the outside and raw on the inside. Wont visit again.

03/09/2024: Late arrivals, after 3 p.m. We were able to eat a hot panini. Cold drink, fresh salads prepared in a bowl. There is choice. In addition, the welcome was friendly and the installation was quick. It was very good.

30/08/2024: Lieu très sympathique. Nous nous sommes arrêtés pour le déjeuner et le personnel était tellement sympathique que nous y sommes retourné pour un petit goûter. Et nous avons pas regretté car nous nous sommes régaler.
