11/04/2026: New ownership, but clearly not a change in product quality. Clearly a bakery for tourists. I went back after the change of ownership hoping the new owners would improve the quality. Huge disappointment. There isn't a single decent bakery on Rue Sainte, which is a real shame.

31/05/2026: Absolutely avoid this place. Two weeks ago, we saw the 4-star rating and thought it was okay, but all it took was reading the reviews to see the mess. The organization is disastrous; it's like being in a souk. It's a battle to get your order because they forget everything. We waited a good 30 minutes for a panini that was made in 5 seconds by hand, without gloves, without even washing their hands... In short, we were already terrified. When you finally get your food, it's a disaster: there's more salt than fries, and no effort whatsoever on the panini or the tacos. A friend of mine was actually very sick the next day, so the ingredients can't be very fresh. To organize things, a piece of paper and a pen with names on them is really the bare minimum; it couldn't be simpler. But I realized that hygiene and fresh ingredients were asking too much. Their goal is just to make money; they don't care at all about what we eat. In short: go your own way.
28/04/2026: Had a coffee cream. It was 2 euros, best coffee I have had in France.

22/05/2026: We ordered two pizzas, which were quite good, but on one pizza we were looking for the advertised parmesan, and on the other there was no parsley and the garlic was frozen. A shame, otherwise it was fine.
25/04/2026: Pizza ordered, delivered 1 hour and 30 minutes later and cold. Response: They said they had 3 customers ahead of them.
Next time, it's going back.

28/07/2026: Great, I love this restaurant! Breakfast at Columbus 🐻🐻 The servers are super friendly. Very welcoming. The food is very good, especially the muffins, yum!
26/07/2026: I visited this establishment today and was extremely disappointed by the service.
The staff member, a tall man with a goatee, was very unpleasant. A simple smile doesn't cost anything, and good interpersonal skills are essential qualities in a service industry. His attitude unfortunately gave the impression that he didn't want to be there or do his job.
Furthermore, the young employee wearing a yellow top was working with very long fingernails and without gloves. This raises serious hygiene concerns, which are a crucial aspect of food service and customer service.
This experience was particularly disappointing and falls far short of the level of professionalism one has the right to expect.
I will not be returning! You need to review your staff!

19/07/2026: One of the worst McDonald's in the city, I think. The drive-thru wait is unbelievable, they're often out of sauces. The managers should be more focused on running their restaurants than kissing their partners in the parking lot.

The nuggets were bland, and they forgot the cheese in the burger. Just a bun, a chicken, and that's it 😱... They even got the kids' drinks wrong... All this with a long wait at the drive-thru.
31/07/2026: The reviews are already quite clear regarding the outrageous wait times at this McDonald's. However, this is just one symptom of a truly disastrous organization. Forgetting items in orders is clearly the norm, but forgetting the steak in the sandwich is something I've never experienced before. I checked at the drive-thru, but I didn't think it was necessary to open the sandwich as well...

15/07/2026: I didn't want to leave a comment, but for the sake of other customers, I'll say what I saw:
We came at 5 PM to get ice cream. There were no other customers, and we waited 20 minutes to be served.
The worst part: just as we started eating our ice cream, a cockroach fell on our heads and scurried off to hide somewhere in the restaurant.
Honestly, I've never seen anything like it. We'll never eat at that McDonald's again.
12/07/2026: The worst McDonald's I've ever been to in France, honestly! Disgusting tables, equally disgusting trays. You ask the guy to change them... No thanks, because it's just a nice "cleaning" job for those who like to eat other customers' leftovers! The food was a joke, lol. The fries were literally undercooked; in fact, we threw everything away. €40 down the drain because even my dog's bowl is much cleaner, and I'd rather not let my kid eat that! A disgrace!

02/07/2026: Contrary to some reviews I've seen (perhaps they were too old, or maybe I just happened to be there on the right day), McDonald's is great. I was amazed by the speed of service. Everything was delicious and piping hot. The order was complete and even beautifully presented (I've never seen a wrap so well packaged). I highly recommend it.
20/06/2026: I'm sorry I chose this McDonald's. The burger was cold, it looked like it had been made an hour ago. I don't think the sauce was even the right one, nor was the bun. My son was the same; he only ate half of it because he was freezing. The fries went straight in the bin. It's unbelievable that at another McDonald's just 10 minutes away, the experience is a thousand times better…

18/07/2026: I urge the manager of this McDonald's to better supervise their team, especially the manager, who seems completely out of his depth.
Order placed on July 17, 2026, at 6:37 PM. After a long wait, I had to leave my table to go and ask for our meal. The manager finally handed me the tray, but all the food was cold.
I pointed out the problem to him. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, he turned on his heel and asked a colleague to handle it.
Being a manager isn't just about getting paid; it's also about taking responsibility. In my opinion, he's not suited for this position, and the employees seem to have realized this, since they're doing whatever they want. During the hour we were there, some people took up to three breaks.
A very disappointing experience.
17/07/2026: Disastrous service. I waited for my order for over 40 minutes. They told me they'd thrown it away and were making another one, but they did nothing. 20 minutes later, they finally gave it to us, but it was takeaway and lukewarm, even though we had ordered it in. The manager was unpleasant.
