19/08/2024: Fairly fast and friendly service, lots of places on the shaded terrace, but what a shame it is so dirty! Be careful of the wind, yes the papers fly away......... The people are dirty, it's lamentable! I know it's not the fault of the McDonald's team, but the manager should check his terrace more often and organize more cleaning rounds! It really doesn't look clean.... And thank you to people for picking up their trash, it would be even simpler!

07/09/2024: Very pleasant place, due to its location on the Place des Cardeurs. Trendy decoration, and good products. On the other hand, it's impossible to get a hello from the waiters even if they came the day before... What a shame to push us not to come back!

23/08/2024: I find the comments very harsh! We had lunch one afternoon and we were welcomed with southern hospitality: not proutprout and very friendly. The menu is simple (which is often a sign of freshness) the dishes are very good: we ate a salmon tartare and thyme chicken with fries and mash, we enjoyed ourselves. The prices are correct for a restaurant in the heart of Aix and what we had on our plate.

Passons ce arrive Attente très longue pour être servi Enfin ça arrive mais Manque plusieurs produits Pas de boîtes happy meal servi sur plateau pas grave Par contre très sale il a fallu nettoyer les tables papier et nourriture au sol personne ne nettoie Banquettes en cuir déchiré poubelles pleines on peut pas vider les plateaux très bruyant les enfants courent et crie dans la salle et le vigile est assis à l'entrée le nez sur son téléphone Pour finir je vais chercher les glaces des happy meals en fin de repas et en commander pour les adultes Réponse : non pas de glace la machine a beuguee Heureusement que personne n'a voulu aux toilettes vu la salle de restaurant je n'ose imaginer l'état des toilettes

20/08/2024: Totally agree with the opinion of Éditions GBR ➡️ d—garni, empathé—who uses and abuses donuts and muffins lol Hyper hostile and hyper aggressive. He never smiles, borderline creepy.. We have the impression of disturbing him.. I am a customer at Starbucks for the originality of the lattes, for the matcha but also for the smile. In the USA, they are so welcoming, so smiling! He has no place at Starbucks, this job is not made for him. We wonder what he's doing there lol Several customers no longer come because of him and want him to leave as soon as possible

22/09/2024: Customer at the drive on 09/22/24 There were 2 cheeses missing from the order, they didn't believe me and decided to look at the camera. My wife in tears, the chef finally serves me the 2 cheeses....but I'm still waiting for the video to come back and the apologies...and I point out a young employee who was sure of her, saying that she too was tired when we dared to say that we were tired that we had just come out of a long night and that we had no time for childish things...

17/12/2024: A bar ideally located opposite the Rotonde where I regularly drink my coffee. Always a lot of people but the waiters/waitresses are responsive and it's far from easy, especially on weekends in December when we're just a stone's throw from the Christmas market. Those who offer unpleasant opinions would do well to refrain, especially when their restaurant experiences are limited to watching an almost perfect dinner on TV (hello Dim Dins). 05/08/2024: The horror! In raw state! No toilet at all but since it was horribly dirty, that doesn't surprise me. No hygiene, no gloves, no charlotte, overcooked steak. To flee urgently. It's really a shame...

29/11/2024: Bonjour, je suis passé pr la livraison uber. Franchement c’est une catastrophe ce restaurant. Les produits froid, tout basarder dans un sac sans aucunes présentation. Pas de glaçons, pas de serviettes, pas de paille. 30€ pour un repas. Il serais temps de comprendre votre métier et de soigner vos commandes. Nous ne sommes pas des animaux.

06/09/2024: It's a very well located Starbucks, the staff is welcoming and polite, however the commercial practice that was practiced for my order is really negative: I ask the cashier for a small Americano, the barista looks at the cashier and asks me " this size?" I said yes out of confidence and I realized that it was the size larger... I find this practice a little dishonest and above all disappointing. Apart from that everything went well.

02/09/2024: I went to this Starbucks for the first time. I ordered a large latte (and they didn’t ask me my first name 😅) The girl makes it for me in take-out mode with a paper cup and lid... I then tell her that it's for on-site... she says to me "you didn't tell me", at the same time she doesn't tell me didn't ask what I made him note 😅. She doesn't apologize for anything (it doesn't matter, I'm not touchy!). So then... she transfers it into a real cup...(great...) and gives it to me like that...(I should point out that there weren't many people there, and even one person or one or two from memory...). She doesn't give me a tray... it's up to me to ask... and incidentally it helps keep your tables clean so they don't stick lol... I saw that it bothered her... and I had to asked for a glass of water too… it was heavy… in short I felt that I was annoying him…. And I didn't even say that at the start I was the only one in line and the girl was doing I don't know what behind, not a hello, nothing to keep you waiting, I can understand being busy in a store EMPTY... and I'm very patient but hey... and I would finally move on to the detail where they were almost going to take the tray away from me even though I hadn't finished my coffee... but the waiter who had just arrived made up for it by Asking me if everything was okay, he admitted he was wrong… In short, a bad XP, and it's not the first Starbucks I've had so I'm very familiar with the top level of service in general, especially in the morning when there's not the accumulated fatigue of a whole day of work, like for example at the end of the day, what I could have understood…. In short, modestly, a little briefing is necessary!
