07/07/2025: Came to taste the brand new Quebec fries, we pay €2 extra on a €10 best of menu and we are served 4 fries in the tray as if it were a happy meal menu. We are made fun of, as always. I'm not going to mention the maxi best of menus which are served for fries as happy meals too. I don't know if this is a technique to save money after COVID but in any case it's not right especially given the advertisements it's false advertising.

This lunchtime I ordered a taco and fries. The fries were clearly burnt and soaked in oil. We went back in the early evening to report the problem to the staff, and all they did was say "I'll pass it on to the team" and apologize, nothing more—no compensation or anything! As a fairly regular customer, I'm disappointed!
