20/04/2026: CELIACS NOTICE: Despite the "gluten-free" logos, the restaurant has no idea what celiac disease is. Experience: We sat down and told the waitress we had celiac disease. She looked at us in surprise, saying that it would be a problem, not a good start. Seeing our surprise, after asking for more information, she came back to say that, indeed, the dishes with the crossed-out ear of corn are gluten-free. We decided to order all the dishes with the crossed-out ear of corn, but after a few minutes, the waitress returned to say that one of these dishes still contained gluten! A waitress's ignorance is acceptable, but the fact that the restaurant printed a menu with the wrong allergens was unacceptable, so we decided to leave, fearing for our health.

25/04/2026: Unwashed fondue skewers A fondue served for two was really skimpy, with no sides except a little bread and no plates. We ate in a rush. Many items on the menu were missing; I was really disappointed. I don't recommend it; it's expensive for what it is.

23/04/2026: We usually go to this brasserie for a draft beer during happy hour, and tonight there's something new! The happy hour only applies to draft beers... unheard of! In all the other brasseries, like Les Sybilles in Pennes-Mirabeau, Les 3 Brasseurs in Plan de Campagne, etc., happy hour applies to all draft beers. So Bells won't be seeing us again, which is a real shame, but it's outrageous. Elsewhere, they'll be happy to welcome new customers.

07/04/2026: Last visit to McDonald's Rognac on Wednesday, April 1st, for the Mario special menu. The table service went smoothly until we realized we were missing one drink and a trio of Mario sauces. My husband got up to ask for the missing items: he waited 10 minutes, and other people were in the same situation! (Customers and delivery drivers) No employee apologized except for the table service crew member (a person with a disability) who was the ONLY PERFECT ONE: he greeted us, wished us a pleasant meal and a good day, and even apologized for the delay. The others did nothing! We are once again disappointed by the lack of organization at your establishment! We didn't bother leaving a review the other times!

06/04/2026: Whether it's a regular day or a holiday (with no customers in the restaurant), the food arrives 10 minutes after the drinks. The kitchen is cold and the sandwiches are ripped! How can they produce such poor quality food so slowly, especially when the restaurant is empty? This is a far cry from the basic principles of fast food!

16/11/2025: We usually have our company dinner at Ida's about twice a year, and we always have a fantastic evening. The food and service are excellent. The dance and karaoke night is expertly hosted by Pierre, who immediately puts everyone at ease. We leave around 2 a.m. each time with a little pang of sadness and the desire to return very soon to see the incredibly welcoming owners again. Thank you, Pierre, Ida, and your team.
