07/06/2026: This place roasts their own beans and sells them by the bag. This is the best place we have found in Marseille for stellar coffee for your French Press every morning. They have multiple varieties and everything we have tired is vibrant.

01/05/2026: A rather disappointing experience for an establishment that presents itself as a wine cellar. We were surprised not to be asked to choose a glass or bottle while waiting for our food, which is, after all, the basis of the concept and the expected experience. The wines offered were very disappointing. As for the food, the foie gras ravioli were clearly lacking in flavor: it was difficult to detect the characteristic taste of foie gras. Finally, it would be appreciated to offer more vegetarian options. Currently, the choices are limited for those who do not eat meat or pork. On the plus side, the manager's welcome was pleasant and professional. However, the service could be improved, as the waitress seemed inexperienced.

22/05/2026: I absolutely do not recommend this place. I called this morning to confirm the train's schedule. The woman on the phone told me not to come at 2 pm because there was a school trip, but to come at 3 pm. So we drove for over an hour only to be told upon arrival that it wouldn't be running after all. It's very unfortunate to give visitors incorrect information, especially when they travel a long way specifically for this activity. We wasted time and made a pointless trip due to a lack of communication and organization. Very disappointed by this experience, we will not be returning and do not recommend this establishment.

14/04/2026: I was served by Inaya, I believe, a wonderful waitress who was always smiling, meticulous in preparing orders, and made sure the customer was comfortable. Beyond that, the dining room was clean despite it being the end of service. I highly recommend it.

06/05/2026: You'd expect a great beer selection with a name like that! Well, no! For example, the only beer you can get is 1664 at €5 for 25cl 🙃 And a martini? €8! There's absolutely no service. Customers have to walk from the terrace all the way inside to order and pick up their food, they even clear their own tables, and the glasses are just cheap plastic cups… We're giving it 3 stars for the food because the pizzas were good! We'll definitely be giving it another go, or maybe we'll bring a picnic next time.

26/04/2026: A great spot on the port of Cassis. There are plenty of options in this area, but finding the right place to eat well isn't always easy. Bistro' Quai combines a pleasant atmosphere, efficient and friendly service, and excellent food!

23/05/2026: We clearly came to the wrong place. What's offered here is the complete opposite of what we like, but tastes are subjective: minimalist furniture and tableware, string, burlap, and pottery… it's a deliberate choice. However, certain fundamentals should remain non-negotiable in a Michelin-starred restaurant. It was impossible to park properly, there was no welcome upon arrival, and we had to stand in an extremely noisy room before finally being served. Once seated, we found a tiny table, very uncomfortable chairs, and a rather disappointing view despite the pond, with factories and an industrial park in the foreground. We were finishing a week spent in several Michelin-starred establishments such as Hôtel & Spa du Castellet, Le Mas des Herbes Blanches, and Le Phébus & Spa, which offered truly spectacular views. Here, the comparison is unfortunately difficult to maintain. Thirty minutes to get a glass of wine as an aperitif, two wines unavailable, and very confusing service where the "sommelier" also served the food while we refilled our own wine. Again, surprising for this category of establishment. Only one unisex restroom with a wait, unheard of for us in this price range. On the plate, a lot of concept and minimalism: raw veal and four very, very thin slices of steamed potato. You can sense the effort and passion, but in trying too hard to deconstruct traditional gastronomy, the experience ultimately lacks warmth, comfort, and simply enjoyment. The website, as minimalist as the food, gives no hint of this very radical philosophy. A shame, because despite the obvious audacity of the cuisine, we left more tired than impressed. Just so you know, our favorite restaurants are Bernard Loiseau in Saulieu, Le Taillevent, Louis XIII, and Guy Savoie in Paris, as well as the gardens of the Hôtel de Russie in Rome. Be warned, this is a wide range of tastes, so be prepared—I certainly wasn't.

14/04/2026: Great capucinos! A very nice place to have a coffee on the terrace with friends. The staff is very friendly and speaks English. The coffee is exceptional (we bought some to take home!).
