08/09/2024: Siamo stati qui perché alloggiavamo al vicino AC hotel.. un po’ in zona periferica, molto bella la zona dentro tipica da pub e la zona fuori nel cortile con piante e luci. Abbiamo preso gli spiedini di pollo e verdure molto buoni, dei medaglioni di farina impanati, alette di pollo fritte e buona birra. Tutto buono, prezzi in linea con la città ma sicuramente più basi rispetto a pub più centrali. Consigliato

deplorable service: the waitress looks down on us when we report a cooking problem with the meat, she carries 4 desserts out of the 5 ordered and the same when we ask for the 5th after a certain waiting time she takes it still high. She ended up wearing it after everyone had finished. Average average….
And shoddy cooks: incapable of making a rare steak the first time. Ordered rare entrecôte only to end up with a well-done one. Service lag for desserts: 1 arrived after the battle!!
In short, I advise against it and I will not go there again!!!!

Excellent and revisited cuisine.
We were surprised to have a parmesan with goat cheese and we didn't like it at all... They were kind enough to change our dishes and not charge for it, which is very appreciable.
Perhaps, mention the ingredients being revisited when this is the case to avoid disappointments/risks of allergies...
The lemon tiramisu was excellent in taste but did not have the texture of tiramisu but it was not disturbing.

26/12/2024: Nous cherchions à nous restaurer lorsque nous avons aperçu « falafels », tout à fait par un heureux hasard. « Alex » nous a évoqué Alexandrie et en effet, nous sommes tombés sur le patron, fils de cette cité merveilleuse. Son accueil, ses falafels, ses crêpes et ses aubergines nous ont autant régalés que sa sympathie, son discours et sa générosité. Un déjeuner bonheur, sur le pouce. Merci Alex, moment rare de bonheur. Nous ne vous oublierons pas.

Il fais aussi super chaud a l'intérieur lorsqu'il y a du monde et c'est dommage.

15/11/2024: Slightly more expensive but it was expected when you get to sit with a waterfront view. The food was exceptionally good! I had the fish and chips and it came with two sides (salad and fries). Everything was very tasty, staff were friendly, and the view is hard to beat.

11/12/2024: We had a wonderful lunch at the Bar Tabac Brasserie in Arles France. Right off the square with lots of atmosphere.
We had butternut squash soup (Veloute' de butternut, Poe'lee' de champignons, lord grille et ses croutons) actually really thick, creamy and rich soup with lardons (small pieces of pork) and divine crunchy croutons.
In the USA this would be a bowl of soup, in France it's a meal and evidence of a dedication to making food a sensuous experience.
07/12/2024: I enjoyed myself, quality of service, quality on the plate, very welcoming and warm person I am not from Arles, but nevertheless I felt at home there I know that when I come back, I will not look for a another address a pleasure to return to this beautiful place of people who put their heart into it and it shows. Thank you very much for this moment and this delicious meal. See you soon.

15/12/2024: First of all, I have been to this restaurant several times. However, today's problem: the mojito was a complete failure, I asked to see the bosses and neither father nor son were present. As soon as they understood that I knew the big boss who took care of us. Another thing was that the waiters were not dressed properly for such a restaurant, which was not the case before. A shame and response made by the big boss compared to my opinion of not even an hour ago while he is in Africa and his son not present.
