28/07/2026: A wonderful discovery! A very warm welcome, an original amuse-bouche after an aperitif accompanied by tapenade. The terrine was very good, as was the breaded egg. The veal tartare was also delicious, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. An address to remember! We will be back 😊

27/07/2026: Recommend and booked by our Gites owner. Lovely traditional Inn , expect a warm welcome and excellent food. Terrines du Maison, Slow cooked pork and fillet of beef Tataki both served with a fabulous "Paris mash ". Good value wines and excellent cocktails. Merci to Franck for recommending.

21/05/2026: A truly extraordinary place. We were there in mid-May, and the weather was nearly perfect for the short hike along the river and past various pools. Some sections of the trail aren't easy, but with good shoes and a bit of training, you'll be able to enjoy the unique scenery.

06/08/2026: Originally from Brittany, I thoroughly enjoyed the galettes at Shirley's. The bartender makes absolutely delicious cocktails and the service is top-notch! Don't hesitate to stop by if you'd like to have a pleasant time.

We especially wanted to highlight the kindness of the young waitress who looked after us. She took the time to chat with us, demonstrating great warmth and professionalism. Her insightful advice on hidden gems to visit in Corsica proved invaluable for the rest of our stay. It's rare to encounter such genuine and attentive service.
