07/01/2026: Sixta exceeded my expectations. I read the previous reviews and was excited to find a true vegan restaurant. I ordered, “velouté de carottes et lentilles vertes, granola salé gingembre, huile verte” as an entree. Without exaggeration this was the best meal that I have had during a two week holiday in France. Beyond the excellent food and the cozy atmosphere the staff were warm and welcoming. I highly recommended this to anyone who observing a vegan diet.

It's not good value for money… The taco with guacamole and fruit isn't really a taco at all. It's just a tortilla with a spoonful of guacamole and a sliced ​​apple. It's a shame because with a little more effort, it could be so much better. The chicken is pretty good.

28/10/2025: Super cute and delicious! We walked here and left practically rolling our bikes because the portions were so generous. The service was top-notch, friendly, and fresh. Thank you so much for the experience; we'll definitely be back in Toulouse just for Silex!!

21/02/2026: If you're in the mood to go for a walk, the most iconic landscape of Toulouse is only a few hundred meters away. This cafe is located very close to the metro station, supermarkets and other stores, which is definitely a plus. The place is ok to lounge and chill, prices are reasonable and you're allowed to stay for a while without any pressure to leave. The seating arrangements are not the most comfortable though, sofas and chairs alike. Also, the staff is ok, not particularly welcoming, but not rude either.

04/03/2026: One of the best tea rooms for cakes in Toulouse, in my opinion. The cakes are very good, with a wide selection and prices that are on the lower end of the city center average. Eat in or take away. The servers are always welcoming and friendly. Credit cards accepted for purchases over €5. (Takeaway cakes are €4.50 per slice.)
