22/08/2026: The products on offer seem to be of good quality (but quite expensive). However, the cashier is rather nonchalant, and what's more, the caramel iced coffee isn't anything special… I even wonder if they forgot the caramel syrup!
12/08/2026: Very good products but sometimes the service leaves something to be desired: a 15-minute wait to buy two drinks even though there were at least 5 servers, an unwashed table with powdered chocolate...

07/08/2026: Very, very, very bad. The owner was tired of running back and forth, and his wife refused to give out chili packets (she preferred to wash her sticky bottle). The table wasn't cleaned; the pizza tasted like nothing but tomato mush. So I complained about all of this, but they didn't care because they were selling. Let's hope the new owners are much better (it won't be hard).

31/08/2026: The quality of service, promotional offers, and friendliness leave much to be desired... A rather unusual experience going to McDonald's Rumilly.
31/08/2026: I went outside of peak hours, and the promotion of a free McFlurry with a Maxi Best Of meal ordered at the table didn't apply because we're not part of the network that offers it... it's a shame about the lack of customer service... the extra ice cream portions are minimal in my opinion, and the fries are incredibly salty. Next time I'll go to the Burger King in Rumilly.

29/09/2026: For a lunchtime birthday party... Far too crowded with children running around, nearly bumping into other customers, but the parents didn't seem to mind... So yes, there's a good selection, good food, and really friendly staff. But if you're looking for a quieter place to eat, head to Ville-la-Grand.
11/09/2026: As a long-time customer, I am extremely disappointed. Prices have gone up, but the quality has become deplorable. You can tell that many of the dishes are yesterday's leftovers.
The food doesn't have the same flavor as before.
Even my 16-year-old daughter, who loves this restaurant, told me it's not the same as it used to be. So, paying €57 for this is very hard to swallow... I won't be going back.

28/07/2026: The tobacco shop is closed, even though online it says it's open until 3:30 PM.
It's exactly 2:15 PM, the place is closed, and there are no signs.
18/04/2026: A complete disaster: the owner is about as friendly as a prison guard, the place is filthy, and the customers stare at you like a wolf eyeing a piece of meat. And to top it all off, they barely stock any tobacco/cigarettes, etc... Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of other places where the owners actually want to work with a smile and in a clean environment.

24/05/2026: Hello, I bought some frozen Bounty bars this afternoon. When I bit into them, I noticed that all the ice cream was on one side, and the other side was just frozen water. This is clearly a sign that the ice cream melted before being refrozen... :-( We tried three other ice creams and had the same result. Everything went in the trash, not wanting to take any risks for our children.
There clearly needs to be better control over frozen products.
Be careful.

13/05/2026: Arrived at 7:55 PM to find the door closed, even though closing time is advertised as 8:30 PM. I can understand a restaurant stopping service at 8:15 PM, but being greeted with a closed door at 7:55 PM is unacceptable.
Please note that closing time is 7:45 PM, if your employees are scheduled to leave at 8:30 PM. We want the restaurant's hours, not the employees' schedules.
27/04/2026: With diabetes, it's impossible to eat at Subau. No nutritional information is displayed, and the staff can't even weigh the bread for simple calculations. Remember that for those with diabetes, their lives depend on what you put on their plates. For your information, there are 400 million diabetics worldwide.

20/09/2026: The menus arrived 15 minutes after the McFlurries… it was more like drinks than ice cream, it's really a shame to have such poor organization.
16/09/2026: I ate there for lunch today, September 16, 2026.
The whole restaurant smelled like farts; I imagine there was a problem with the toilets.
I couldn't add sauce to my fries at the kiosk, and my donut was stale and not the flavor I ordered.
That's a lot, isn't it?

19/08/2026: The welcome was subpar; no greeting whatsoever, the waitress offered us nothing, we felt more like we were bothering them than anything else.
I've been coming to Megève for 25 years, and this establishment has been getting worse and worse for the past few years. I strongly advise against going there.
19/08/2026: Terrible experience with the elder lady who told us that we have to eat for three people if we are in three... then as she was leaving the table she told us (but quietly) that the next time we shouldn't come. Apparently her service is always appalling. If you like to wait forever, get stale bread and be told off then come to this place. If you prefer a regular service go somewhere else. But the meat dishes were pretty good.

03/09/2026: Go somewhere else, today at 6 PM,
no more pastries on the shelves, no more choice, everything already pre-packaged, even though they close at 8 PM.
I bought a Paris-Brest cake with a cream that tasted stale, the cake was way too old.
Very, very disappointed, I don't understand, I'm a regular customer.

07/07/2026: A very bad experience at this fast food restaurant. The waiter was extremely unpleasant, and the hamburgers and crispy rice were not good at all. You lost six customers from Annemasse because of your food and disrespectful behavior… I absolutely do not recommend it.
05/07/2026: I ordered an Uber Eats order and they forgot a burger. When I called, I couldn't understand their explanation, plus they blamed the driver even though the bag was closed. Focus on your orders, especially the first ones of the day.

06/09/2026: The service was very friendly. The buns were quite alright taste-wise, but for my taste they were a bit plain and didn't offer a real highlight. The price-to-performance ratio is still okay for that.
