20/09/2026: Sophie gave us such a warm welcome, and everything about our stay was lovely from beginning to end. Our room upstairs was very comfortable, and Sophie was exceptionally attentive and helpful throughout. She prepared an extraordinary dinner and a wonderful breakfast spread, going out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She was also wonderfully patient with my limited French. Au Cœur des Monts is a truly welcoming and special place to stay. We highly recommend it.

07/03/2026: A hidden gem - really friendly owners who were very welcoming. Food was delicious. Location is out of the way and therefore quieter than other, more obvious places. And (as far as I know) the only place to find a Bombardino in the Portes du Soleil!!

24/04/2026: We discovered La Table de l'Alpaga during our stay in Megève, and everything was perfect. Delicate and flavorful dishes, a magnificent setting, and attentive service. We had a truly magical time.

22/02/2026: Undoubtedly an excellent restaurant, but I was still a little disappointed by the choice of dishes. A revisited onion soup, endives, beef, and vegetables in the style of a pot-au-feu—certainly extremely well-revisited and elegantly presented—but the ingredients were still simple. The staff was very attentive. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, which I had mentioned when making the reservation, and the chocolate plaque that accompanied our dessert was engraved with "Happy Wedding Anniversary"... what a shame...

31/08/2026: A regular customer, but never tired of it! A wide selection and consistent quality! The ingredients are carefully chosen, and you can taste the difference! There's something for everyone: don't hesitate any longer!

25/08/2026: We tried the "Tasty Crousty." Disastrous value for money... €11.50. The rice wasn't suitable for the "Tasty," undercooked, and not sticky. The cheese sauce was bland, as was the sweet and sour sauce. The signs are misleading; the portion size was disappointing. To top it all off, it wasn't even hot. First time I haven't finished a meal in a restaurant. A real disappointment…

11/09/2026: As a regular McDonald's customer, the one in Sallanches surprised me considerably with its cleanliness and speed. Thank you, McDonald's!

11/09/2026: You place a €70 order (for 4 people) at the drive-thru. They bring you the bag, but three-quarters of the items are missing. You go into McDonald's, and the manager says, "Yes, we saw that some things were missing." But he lets the order go, even though a lot of things are missing.

03/08/2026: A nice little park for children with several activities available (mini-golf, tennis, a small lake with a water course, etc.). There are also places to eat on site offering basic meals.

22/07/2026: A very pleasant place to meet up with family or friends for a relaxing time. The mini-golf course is very well maintained for a fun time. There's also a children's play area that's easy to supervise. Free parking.
