19/08/2024: I can't explain my concern about mold from a "Henri Raffin picnic" tray which is partly moldy, I just opened it and the expiry date is 09/10/2024, I am referred to various services and no one on the line....it's infuriating

29/07/2024: Very pleasant place to have one or more drinks with friends. On-the-go service and impeccable cleanliness. It is rare to find bars today where each beer is served as it should be: good glass, good temperature etc.... thank you I will come back

02/09/2024: We ate last night, it was very good. The meal was excellent. (Bravo the cook). The very nice server (well done also to the server).

14/08/2024: Very pleasant and attentive server. Unlike the boss who could use some courtesy lessons. Very disappointing pancake and prepared only with industrial products. We had good memories of this restaurant, memories which were put to the test severely. I strongly advise against it, unless you want to have a deplorable welcome from the boss and a stomach ache for your week of vacation.

22/03/2024: We spent a memorable evening at La Pivote as a family. The warm atmosphere of the restaurant allowed us to sing accompanied by an accordionist and share unforgettable moments. The food was delicious, with local dishes that satisfied everyone in the family. The service was also impeccable, we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout the evening. A highly recommended experience for those looking for the perfect combination of good food, friendly atmosphere and family fun.

09/08/2024: Superb bakery with the owner who is very friendly. We are Canadian and we were visiting from August 6 to 8 and it was a very nice discovery. I asked about my daughter's allergies and the owner reassured me. My daughter told me that the pain au chocolat and croissants were even better than in Paris. I recommend this place for the quality of the products and the friendliness of the owner who is worthy of mention

15/08/2024: Endroit sympa et pratique avec les enfants (balançoire, cabane). Néanmoins, service exécrable ! Nous avons rarement vu cela à Megeve. Au manager : il conviendrait de se poser quelques questions…

21/07/2024: Arrived at 11:10 am on a hot day. Said we wanted a coffee and received a look of total disdain and told we could use the picnic table. This was in full sun with about 60 places under umbrellas unoccupied forbidden to us. Ordered cappuccinos and were brought corridors (which were changed) as original serveur clearly could be bothered even to listen - these words are very different and our French is quite competent. Appalling approach to customers and indeed we might have eaten had they not clearly shown their disgust that in the middle of a hot morning we wanted a drink

06/09/2024: Small snack bar by the water. Ideal for eating while enjoying the beach. Price a little high, you pay for the setting of course but the food is good. The fried sausage is a real treat!!

05/09/2024: Great little beach bar where we could have a drink whilst dipping in the lake. Excellent service just be prepared for the queue because it is very popular.

02/09/2024: We stayed here overnight on a bike tour. The wheels are enclosed but get wet in the rain at night. The hotel is getting old. Our room was clean and ok, with a balcony and a view of the river. We didn't use the restaurant, the breakfast was good. Overall, the areas accessible to guests could be cleaned up (there was a lot of stuff lying around) and the general areas and probably the rooms could use a renovation. The service was very friendly and attentive, we can't complain about that.

07/09/2024: We have been coming for at least 5 years and we have regretfully noted the decline of this all-you-can-eat restaurant. The prices have continued to rise while the quality and dishes offered are barely passable now. We won't come back again.

31/08/2024: Finished I have been coming for 4 years and I have only noticed the deterioration of this restaurant Last night 3 kinds of sushi trays all the time empty, salads the same But the price hasn't decreased so I don't understand this lack of choice The heat is not possible and the water is not fresh

16/08/2024: I received a very warm welcome at Bar Tabac Le France! I had come to buy postcards, being on vacation in Annecy. Only one display with the cards intended for tourists, but it was more than enough to cover my needs. The rates were very affordable, which is not common in tourist towns. I just regret that they ran out of stamps, but in these times it's understandable. Anyway, the post office is not far...

23/07/2024: I buy for €20 (cigarettes + sweets for the children), I pay by credit card. I turn around because I forgot to buy a bottle of water for my daughter. And I am told that the minimum per card is €10. I explain that I just bought €20 worth of sweets including €6, I just forgot to add the bottle of water. Bank charges are largely covered. The tobacconist doesn't want to know anything. He suggests I go buy my bottle of water elsewhere. You have the right to not be nice but at least learn to count! Even with bank charges you would have made money on this bottle of water sold for €2 and certainly bought for 40 cents. I will avoid your tobacco as much as possible in the future. (PS: it was Sunday July 21 around 3 p.m., it was hot and impossible to buy water elsewhere)

01/09/2024: The Baps in Annecy is great! Great atmosphere, the burgers are delicious and well stocked. The staff are friendly and welcoming. An address not to be missed!

20/07/2024: This is the first time I’ve come to eat at your place and I ended up getting food poisoning?

15/08/2024: Very disappointed with this fast food. We waited 45 minutes for 2 cheese paninis. When we had the misfortune of asking the staff about the progress of the preparation, we received nothing but condescension (“she just has to wait some more”). On top of that, no napkins in the bag. We are aware that it is a busy day, however we do not have to suffer from the lack of organization. Either way, you only have to see the way the restaurant responds to bad reviews to understand their state of mind.

05/08/2024: Too much waiting (25min) too much sauce (we no longer felt the taste of the food), not enough meat, in short I didn't like the tacos, sorry.
