20/08/2024: Beautiful hike with beautiful views and a beautiful lake. It’s a shame that when we returned from our hike at 5:30 p.m. we weren’t able to refresh ourselves with a cold drink because it was already closing 😭 I think it closed early. Especially when you've been hiking all day since 9 a.m.

10/09/2024: This is a great little hotel in the center of town. The staff were friendly and warm. The room was large and provided ample space to dry out our hiking clothes after a rainy day. We were fortunate to get a room with dual aspect, so it was very pretty. The decor isn't updated but it's very charming and certainly of the mountains.
Would recommend!
18/08/2024: I just had 2 perfect nights.
The hotel is great, the rooms very comfortable and equipped. Special mention for the small fridge and the kettle, perfect when you go hiking to keep the picnic and enjoy a herbal tea in the evening.
And what about the welcome! I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a kind, caring and attentive team.
Thanks again to Ambre and the rest of the team for this perfect short stay. I will definitely come back :).

11/09/2024: I challenge anybody in France to find a worse coffee. Undrinkable. Nobody should have to pay for this. And I refused. This was necessary because the business cannot improve if it doesn't get honest advice from it's customers. The owner became difficult and out of control. He which I would have welcomed because he should not be touching the customers in any way. Given the very few customers visiting this place, it is a wonder he can survive in these troubled times, that is why he gives little and fights for every cent. Come here to enjoy the drama for yourself. Avoid the truly terrible coffee.

15/09/2024: So never actually got to ear here. Waited 20 minutes in a queue to get to the front to asked if we had a reservation, which we disnt, to be told to come back in another 20 minutes as there may be a table. Did not take our name to reserve a table if we did come back.
Oddly enough every French person I front and behind us got a table and were not given the same msg, my French is good enough to understand the different conversations.
Wont bother returning …if you go and are English be warned.

01/09/2024: The pancakes were good, but we found the service unpleasant. The person made us understand that we had to consume a lot. It was more about profitability than user-friendliness. Damage!
On top of that, even in the comments they don't care about the customers!

15/09/2024: I was attacked by the waiter...worst experience at the stall...although usually everyone is adorable...I admit that I don't know if I'm going to go back...the waiter is... call Jonathan...avoid him because after observation he attacked two other tables with incredible remarks...like you ask how long to eat and he answers you I'm a waiter not a chef...that will make the time s that will take...
