16/02/2026: There were good reviews, but we were a little disappointed.
The starter was very good (cheese and charcuterie board).
The duck confit was very good, but the fries were very average (either soggy or undercooked) and the salmon was undercooked.
Otherwise, the atmosphere and the location are nice, as is the service.

31/01/2026: Excellent products at this address. We were able to taste the cheese before buying. Very pleasant welcome and service. We went back to bring some back for our family and friends. They also do vacuum packing, which is very convenient.

09/03/2026: A fantastic team, we had a great evening here. The food is pretty good, and the owners and staff are super friendly, they give advice and help you out. A great place in Cauterets, like many others. Go for it, check out the menu and if a dish appeals to you, don't hesitate to try it!

The place is warm and inviting, the welcome is always friendly, the coffee is delicious, not to mention the tea, quiches, and desserts... Here you can chat, daydream, read, have lunch, and take your time.

The welcome and service were excellent!
01/03/2026: The meat, chicken and duck, is free-range and very flavorful, cooked to perfection. The fries are crispy and delicious. And the desserts are, of course, homemade: one rich in chocolate and the other topped with wonderfully creamy whipped cream. Our hostess was very knowledgeable about the different dishes and was able to explain and advise us with a smile. You can also chat comfortably, even though the dining room is small.

03/03/2026: We had a weekend with friends, and this restaurant was recommended to us, but we were very disappointed by the owner who showed us incredible disdain. Luckily, the chef made us eat wonderfully, which made us forget this appalling welcome that we won't soon forget.

01/01/2026: A fantastic restaurant in the heart of Tarbes. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, with a special mention for the two young waiters/waitresses. The food was truly excellent, absolutely delicious; all credit goes to the chef who clearly has a passion for his craft. A wonderful New Year's Eve. Pictured here is the scallop with ginger/lemon sauce and vegetable risotto. A choice I certainly didn't regret, even though I'm a meat lover! Thank you so much!
18/12/2025: Our association, the Rotary Club of Tarbes, held our Annual General Meeting at the La Colonne restaurant. We had a wonderful evening with a very warm welcome, thoughtful touches that made all the difference, and delicious food. I highly recommend them; they are excellent at hosting groups.

22/02/2026: Go without hesitation. The perfect place to unwind after skiing. Everything is delicious. The hot chocolates are to die for. The service is quick, efficient, and friendly. Very reasonable prices. Waffles, crepes, French toast, ice cream sundaes, and hot chocolates in various flavors, including a vegan option. A must-visit.

02/02/2026: I highly recommend this establishment. We spent a week's ski holiday in the village, and from the very beginning of our stay, we were looking for a place to go in the evenings. It turned out that the La Younta bar/restaurant was exactly what we were looking for. We found much more than just a bar; we found friendly and pleasant company.
Whether it was Nico, Coco, Axel, or Benji, they were all fantastic.
The entertainment was excellent, with concerts and karaoke. Nico (the owner) manages his clientele very effectively. It's a place that suits both adults and families!
The food is top-notch! I recommend the mozzarella and chorizo balls! I will definitely be back! Go for it, a fantastic evening is guaranteed!
