Impeccable service: quick, friendly, and attentive. The music was a bit loud when we arrived, but they were immediately turned down at our request. Reasonable prices. They offer set menus, which is a plus compared to your competitors 👍 Nice atmosphere. Well done!

31/03/2026: The room was 24 degrees Celsius when I arrived. I had to sleep with the window open, overlooking the boulevard. There was no soap dispenser in the bathroom. Breakfast was a disaster; almost everything was missing. Hygiene was questionable, for example, everyone had to cut their own slice of bread.

30/03/2026: I booked dinner at the restaurant on Sunday, March 29th at 7 pm. When I arrived at the counter, there was a man there. I asked him if the restaurant was open. He replied curtly, without a smile, with utter rudeness and inelegance. I truly don't understand how they could put this type of person in a hotel in the Paris region, where many tourists expect a pleasant and professional welcome and want to project a positive image of the city, but especially of the hotel chain. It's a disgrace! Anyway, he told me it was à la carte and not a buffet, without even looking at me. He didn't even invite me to sit down at a table, which I obviously would have refused, given the reception I received. I left the restaurant; he didn't even say goodbye or anything—unheard of!

22/03/2026: I traveled 40 minutes today after making an online reservation for brunch. Upon arrival, the woman told me she couldn't take my reservation because "it's full" and that she should have, and I quote, "closed reservations earlier." I explained that I had traveled 40 minutes, and she replied, "Otherwise, I can make you wait, but you'll have to wait an hour." I should point out that the restaurant wasn't full at that moment. This would have been a first for me, and it will be my last, even before I've had a chance to try the restaurant. Completely unprofessional.

12/11/2025: This is a place you absolutely mustn't miss. Here, you'll find wines that go beyond the usual fare and standard fare. The welcome is professional, personal, and warm. A far cry from restaurants where the service is inexperienced and impersonal. The food is excellent. The cheese trolley is a must (you won't find one anywhere else). It's truly superb!

10/03/2026: Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to my expectations. I ordered the signature burger thinking it would be a safe bet, but it was incredibly dry. I couldn't finish it because of the meager amount of toppings and sauce. It was difficult to eat almost nothing but a bun, which was slightly burnt in places, and a patty. The fries were also a little overcooked. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish the fries either because I was out of ketchup. I had also specifically requested a napkin by checking the option on the website, and there wasn't one in the bag. If I hadn't checked my takeout order before leaving, it would have been a real problem. It's a shame, but it was the last time I'll be at this restaurant. Further to the restaurant's response: no, there was neither a cutlery set nor a napkin in the bag, so I didn't receive "an extra napkin," but only one, which I had to request. Then, I returned the mayonnaise... only to exchange it for ketchup, so again, it wasn't an extra sauce... which is why the overall experience wasn't up to par. Please be more careful in the future when preparing takeout bags. I would also like you to remove my full name, which you revealed in your response.

08/03/2026: It took 40 minutes to get eggs covered in mayonnaise — even though I specifically asked for no mayonnaise. On top of that, I waited 30 minutes in line just to get into the café. The organization is very poor: waiters rarely approach tables, there is a long queue at the entrance while many tables remain empty, and the manager has to run around serving guests himself. Overall, the experience was frustrating. Mediocre food and a lot of wasted time. I would recommend avoiding this place if you don’t want to spend a couple of hours for an average meal for quite a high price.
