11/03/2024: We used Le Relais de l'Hermine for our wedding in Maxent, at Domaine des Hayes.
We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of both the service and the food.
A small marriage of 27 people with intolerances respected.
We were served quickly, everything was PERFECT.

07/01/2024: Came by chance to have a coffee. Fast and welcoming service. When we are passing through, we will come back. Young team. The coffee tastes good, but a little stronger would be a nice touch. Possibility of taking it away.
