22/10/2024: Pour faire plaisir à mon épouse hospitalisée depuis des semaines et rêvait d'un menu bacon/potatoes (désolé je ne connais pas le nom) je me suis rendu dans ce McDo. Arrivée à la Candeloro car sol huilé ?? Commande à emporter, une personne devant nous, parfait ! J'ai pris pour ma part des MC fish et ma fille un vrap et un burger. Après un petit 20mn d'attente nous nous sommes rendu à l'hôpital. Mon épouse nous attendait avec impatience avec le plateau spécial WE des hôpitaux devant elle... On a déballé et SURPRISE !!! Tout était froid, le menu maxi bacon sans bacon, mais pire sans rien dedans à part un pauvre steak et un point de ketchup sous lui. 4 malheureuses potatoes froides. Quand à ma fille, son wrap était tout sec mais je pense de la semaine quand même et le burger comme celui de sa mère. Parts de frites faméliques et à moitié cuites en plus d'être froides. Moi j'ai eu de la chance j'ai eu un mc fish avec du poisson dedans. OUAIS !!! Mais que du poisson... Nouvelle recette peut être, ou nouvelle cuisine qui sait ? Bon, pas de raison d'avoir un régime de faveur, quelques frites pas cuites pour accompagner. Nous avons tenté de manger mais même mon épouse a préféré que je demande qu'on lui réchauffe son Knacki purée. Pendant que ma fille et moi même étions partis chercher de quoi calmer notre faim, le plateau a été débarrassé et les preuves du crime jetées à la poubelle. Dommage, je me serais fait un plaisir d'exprimer mon mécontentement. J'espère seulement que des rats ou des chats ne tomberont pas sur les restes (quoi que ...) J'ai aussi une part de responsabilité, si j'avais pris 3 happy meal on aurait au moins eu les cadeaux (des Puffs certainement...) Ha si, une chose de positif, la sauce des potatoes devait être bonne car non préparé sur place mais jetée avec le reste. Voilà, voilà, la prochaine fois que mes petits enfants me demanderont d'aller chez le clown, ce sera coup pelle et abandon sur une aire de covoiturage. Je me dois de les éduquer un minimum...

05/08/2024: Arriving around 1:20 p.m., we place an order at the terminal and no easel is available! Long service, the person who placed the order at the table took my receipt!! For what ?!! And fried completely cold on arrival, frankly disgusting, not to mention an error in the preparation of the burger!! The person at the counter not smiling or friendly!! Extensive training should be expected!! The toilet code was entered incorrectly, even a gentleman sitting next door gave the correct code to the people who were blocked at the entrance. A lot of stuff accumulated which explains my rating.

04/08/2024: 1 h 10 d'attente pour avoir les frites et les hamburgers et encore presque 30 minutes pour avoir les boissons à fuir absolument

08/09/2024: Ashamed, very loyal customer like many, very disappointed on a Saturday evening at midnight with a 30-minute wait, being refused for the third time every Saturday even though it was indicated closed at 1 a.m. Traveling to my favorite restaurant 3 times, being refused 3 Saturdays in a row! Please review your opening hours, we do not close the restaurant before customer opening hours but after. It's not just that! Receiving a bag with several items missing from the order each time is annoying to pay for not having everything! Beautiful evening

07/09/2024: There was almost no one there, we were served after 40 minutes so in the end we were missing things. The sandwiches were all cold. The place to empty the trays was extremely full and dirty.

10/09/2024: This McDonald's does not deserve more given their more than average speed of serving, the general cleanliness and the atmosphere that may have been there after a certain time of the evening. The staff is nice but the rest is not good.

09/09/2024: Order placed on uber eats; 2 errors (royal deluxe instead of fish deluxe and strawberry smoothie instead of Sunday chocolate) Soft fries Coke without bubble Nothing is going well in this establishment which fully deserves its poor Google rating. When will MC DO France become aware...?

26/09/2024: The pot of fries is half filled, we point out the response "well no that's normal" the same for the drink, it seems that the employees are losing money if they normally serve the portions... To avoid

26/09/2024: Order placed on the internet and come to collect it, order where a sandwich and a box of nuggets of 9 are missing I call I come across a rude girl I come back there she continues her insolence. And don't even want to make at least one fry for free because with the return trip it's cold while this one is wrong to escape

23/09/2024: No, long, and I had the misfortune of wanting to try the salad (which, by the way, costs 10 bucks 🤪). what is supposed to be crispy is soft, and the salad is dry even with the sauce... 3 poor pieces of nuggets fighting among themselves, cheese harder and thinner than the packaging box. Remember to check twice if you don't want to eat with your hands

23/09/2024: A disaster indeed. We were not satisfied at all, we ordered a big tasty 2 meat, there was only one meat, no salad, minimum sauce! The fries were almost cold, you would have thought they were rubber. The fish fillet was not edible, the edges were so hard it was horrible! The wrap like the sauce barely leaves anything to be desired really I don't regret coming to McDonald's it's been a long time since I last came and really no regrets! But anyway, we still had our drinks without ice... We had the impression of having had the remaining ones before the shameful McDonald's closed... McDonald's for a change!

27/09/2024: We come several times but hey I had to leave a review... Once again they forgot our order The last time we wait 1 hour. This time 30 minutes, and there was only one other table of customers so don't blame too many people on me! People arrived 25 minutes after we were served, I went to ask.. They sent me back my nuggets which have been cold for some time... no commercial gesture...

12/09/2024: Nice Caesar salad without chicken and with soft croutons. Yum. I will check my order before leaving, complete. I started my order and arrived at the salad.....see photo.

06/04/2024: Unacceptable state of cleanliness and hygiene for a catering establishment. It sticks everywhere, food on the floor. It smells like urine near the toilets and so on.
