29/08/2026: The dishes and trays were disgusting!!! It's shameful!!! Three Happy Meals, three identical books from the previous collection. No way to exchange them for other books or toys since there's nothing left. What a shame for a Saturday.

25/08/2026: Closed at 11:30 PM About ten people found it closed while I was charging my vehicle at the electric charging station

15/10/2026: This McDonald's only fulfills one out of every two orders. I ordered from them again because I like McDonald's and it's the closest one to my house, but once again, something went wrong. Today: double cheeseburgers without onions or pickles. As if those ingredients were secondary (it's a good thing they don't consider meat as such). Good grief, McDonald's has already become expensive enough for what it is, and something as simple as receiving your complete sandwich has become as rare as finding a banknote on the ground. I'm not a hater, just an angry customer who's fed up with being ripped off almost all the time. And for those reading this, think twice before ordering here. At this particular restaurant, it's more than frequent, and even though it's only 5 minutes from my house, I'd rather go to the one in Saint-Grégoire or any other McDonald's than waste my money here.

13/10/2026: Honestly, a disastrous experience at the McDonald's in Longchamps, Rennes. It really feels like the staff simply don't want to work, especially at the drive-thru. There's never anything available: no veggie wraps, no Croque McDo, no donuts… At some point, it has to stop. It really seems like they don't want to bother preparing the food, even though they're supposed to be able to offer it. The problem isn't just the lack of food; it's the feeling that no one is making the slightest effort to satisfy customers. We go to a fast-food restaurant to order what's on the menu, not to hear that there's never anything available. They seriously need to review the organization of this restaurant and the drive-thru service, because it's unacceptable to have to give up half your order every time you go. Because I came two nights in a row (Monday, October 12th and Tuesday, October 13th) and it was the same both nights. In short, disappointing service, limited selection, and a general impression that customers are bothered. I absolutely do not recommend this McDonald's.

08/10/2026: Nuggets and hamburger completely squashed. Cup not properly closed, so everything leaked into the bag. Also, the dessert from the Happy Meal was missing.

07/10/2026: I ordered a vegetarian takeout meal once. When I got home, I realized my wrap wasn't vegetarian. So I ordered another vegetarian wrap for delivery. I received yet another non-vegetarian wrap. This is unacceptable, especially since the wrap was packaged in vegetarian packaging. A very, very bad experience!

28/07/2026: The manager, staff, bouncer, and their friends are incredibly violent, rude, and aggressive with the customers. Avoid at all costs!! A disgrace!!!

14/06/2026: The bar charged us twice for drinks because my friend had already paid for them, and the cashier charged me the full amount even though part of it had already been paid for. We only realized this afterward. I've been trying to contact them, but it's impossible. So I ended up paying €45 instead of €25. Please contact me and refund the difference.

09/09/2026: I wanted to order inside on September 9th, 2026 at 11:09 PM, and I was told that the dining room was closed for takeout at that time. The app indicated that the dining room closes at midnight with a half-hour wait. As a result, my order was cold, the wrong order, and some items were missing.

06/09/2026: Very bad experience, such a long wait that the food is served almost cold, the dispensers don't work properly, McDonald's to be avoided at all costs!!!!!!

30/09/2026: It was advertised as open, but once inside... we were told that we wouldn't be able to eat. Perhaps that's for the best!

30/09/2026: The only restaurant open on Wednesday evenings. However, we were unable to be served this evening.

06/10/2026: It was stressful hearing everyone shouting and running around, but otherwise it was very good.

04/10/2026: 20-minute wait in the drive-thru line, no one at the payment terminal, no loyalty points, and not friendly at all 😡😡🤬🤬

27/09/2026: Never again. We arrived at McDonald's, there was no one there, we ordered two simple meals, veggie nuggets, and a wrap. They called us over, we picked up our order, started to leave, then checked: five burgers that weren't ours. Out of politeness, we went back to tell them, they apologized and took our order to give to the man who was waiting. They then called our order again: a wrap and veggie nuggets. We picked up our order and left, and to our surprise, we got chicken nuggets. We can't blame them for being rushed or anything since we were the only ones in the McDonald's. This isn't the first time we've had this kind of problem at this restaurant…

15/09/2026: I've been here several times. The first time, a heavyset woman came up to me and my friends and said in an arrogant and sour tone, "It's one order per person. If you order, you're leaving," knowing that the McDonald's was empty. Today I came back, and this same woman came up to me and said, "When everyone's getting takeout, we don't eat in," in the same arrogant and sour tone. I had eaten in to reduce waste and pollution. I got takeout once. She handed me the bag, I took it, and then she wiped her hand as if to say I was dirty (I'm Black). I love coming here, but this woman is ruining my mood.

14/09/2026: I went today and wanted to order a vanilla matcha and a large pistachio cookie. Unfortunately, the woman who served me made a mistake and gave me a small one. It's an error, of course, that can happen to anyone. She may not have heard me say "a large pistachio cookie." After that, we were seated, and the service was quite quick. However, the person who prepared my matcha had forgotten the vanilla I had specifically requested (I had mixed it thoroughly beforehand to be sure; there was no vanilla flavoring). Of course, another woman added it at my request. It's not a big deal, but two things happening in quick succession is quite unacceptable. They should be more attentive to service and customer expectations to ensure a better experience and encourage repeat business. Please take this as helpful advice, not as unconstructive criticism.

27/09/2026: Honestly, McDonald's was pretty mediocre, but I still wanted to leave a review for Fatou because she was really great to me. She was so smiley, welcoming, and kind, and you can tell she cares about her customers. Even though I wasn't particularly impressed with McDonald's overall, Fatou really made my visit much more pleasant. I really wanted to mention this because she deserves to be commended for her hospitality. Thank you, Fatou 🙏

25/09/2026: The old lady in charge is really not friendly.

22/09/2026: I never leave comments, but honestly, this is ridiculous. The trash cans are never emptied, and people leave their trays wherever they can because the bins are overflowing. I've been waiting for my McDonald's for 45 minutes, maybe even an hour. As the kids say! POV! I've never seen anything like it. I wanted to eat quickly, but that didn't work out, and I'm going to be late for my appointment. How can such an old institution serve us such disgusting food?
