24/05/2026: The welcome was extremely unpleasant, and the service was truly awful. The staff were haughty and completely out of touch. The total lack of politeness made for a dreadful experience. This hotel/bar does not deserve its reputation. Avoid it.

18/05/2026: The breakfast was very good, I highly recommend it. The rooms are spacious and fairly quiet. The location is excellent. Parking is rather difficult to access if you have a large car. The prices are reasonable.

17/08/2026: The wait at the McDonald's in Rennes is inexplicable to me. On the St. Brieuc road and the Fougères road, I've had several incomprehensible experiences. I'm a regular McDonald's customer. Yesterday, leaving for a short weekend trip, we went to the drive-thru in Avranches. Five or six vehicles were waiting at the ordering kiosk. I thought to myself, "This is going to be a 50-minute wait," because when I order in Rennes and there's no one at the drive-thru, I wait 30 to 45 minutes. I don't even bother going during my lunch break anymore. It's too long. Anyway, all this to congratulate the people of Normandy: 10 minutes in Avranches! Well done to a site manager who's clearly up to the task.

25/08/2026: I haven't eaten anything for two days. I went to get some food and work, but I told them I didn't have any money. They gave me neither work nor a single piece of food. I hope God brings you to a point where no one can even give you a piece of bread.

09/08/2026: A welcoming bar/restaurant with smiling and friendly waitresses and a great sense of humor from the owner. The mussels were excellent and the burger delicious. I recommend it!

06/08/2026: We received a very friendly welcome and were able to choose our own table. However, the terrace was very messy and the seating was unpleasant. The tables were all scratched and dented, and the chairs were plastic without cushions. Two out of the three plates that came with the food were also damaged. The price-performance ratio was poor; the portions were clearly small, but acceptable, nothing special. We advise against ordering a cappuccino afterward. €25 per person was definitely too much!

23/08/2026: We went to the McDonald's drive-thru in Fougères at 11:15 PM. There was a long wait at the first kiosk, at least 10 minutes, even though there was no one there. So we went to the second kiosk to see if anyone was waiting. They could see us from the kitchen, but they didn't ask us anything. We finally left after 11:30 PM. Unbelievable...

22/08/2026: Eatin McDonald's around 6 PM on a Monday. The table was dirty, the floor sticky, and there were trays and trash left on the tables. Some customers have no manners. On the other hand, the fries weren't very hot.

05/08/2026: As with every drive-through order, at least one product is missing, and the products are not those ordered…

01/08/2026: The burgers were very good and piping hot; this time the fries were also piping hot. The service at the drive-thru was friendly and quick.

28/07/2026: It's a really great McDonald's, and I always get good service every time I go there.

17/07/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! LACK OF HYGIENE!!! I was sick for a week after having a milkshake there (headache, fever, severe diarrhea), a bacterial infection that had to be treated with antibiotics. And clearly linked to the milkshake! Never again!!!!! And to top it all off: 20 minutes to get this supposedly infested milkshake! A disrespectful and dishonest waitress: when I politely asked her what the problem was given my wait time, she curtly replied that she serves customers in order of arrival and that "you have to be patient." And when I pointed out that everyone who had been served before me in the last 15 minutes arrived well after me, she replied: "Milkshakes take longer!" Finally, they made me the infamous milkshake in a rather unsavory blender. In the end, the drink was barely lukewarm, just a simple milkshake, no ice cream in it. It really didn't deserve the unpleasantness that followed!

21/05/2026: Ridiculous food, a mere centimeter of cream in the crispy rolls (photo attached), you might as well get a decent croissant from a bakery. The strawberry tea in the €5.50 set menu is ridiculously bad, it's literally just watered-down syrup, nothing more. I absolutely do not recommend it. To top it all off, the muffin is completely bland and overpriced for what it is, with very little raspberry and white chocolate. They're real cheapskates! Avoid at all costs!! P.S.: The blaring music is the highlight; you can't tell if it's a nightclub or a place to relax.

22/08/2026: A disgrace! A 40-minute wait for an incomplete order with instructions ignored, a passive manager who doesn't seem to care, and a team that is clearly untrained and incredibly slow.

22/08/2026: Pleasant service, but many oversights during order preparation.

28/08/2026: Nice decor, but there's a downside: it seems the taste quality has declined at McDonald's. The nuggets are less flavorful and the Big Mac is practically tasteless... What a shame!

27/08/2026: Disgusting restaurant! Avoid at all costs! Overflowing bins, horrible toilets, filthy restaurant! A staff of lazybones like I've never seen! Six customers and an unbelievable wait. Shameful!

27/08/2026: I tried to place a Drive order this Thursday, August 27, 2026. When I arrived at the kiosk, I was the second car. Next to it, another car had been completely forgotten. In fact, the driver ended up leaving without placing an order. In front of me, the car, clearly annoyed at having to wait, also drove off. When it was my turn, I was asked to wait via the intercom, OK. After what seemed like an eternity, she finally took my order. Then I went to pay, and there was no one there! More long minutes of waiting... She finally arrived and took payment. Then came the moment to pick up my order, and I had to wait some more! At one point, I received my order and left. In the end, I still waited more than 35 minutes... When I got home, I discovered that one sandwich and one sauce were missing... Seriously?! They should probably check that everything is there before handing it to the customer, shouldn't they? The fries weren't cooked, and as for the rest, if you don't like salt, forget it... Completely disrespectful to customers! I agree with another commenter who said that this McDonald's in Vern-sur-Seiche was much better a few years ago. They need to ask themselves some serious questions. I won't be going back anytime soon.

27/08/2026: Avoid at all costs! One hour at the drive-thru, fries forgotten, double cheeseburger ordered but only one patty in the burger. The Coke was clearly water; given the wait, all the ice cubes had dissolved. Ugh...

09/08/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the show, it's a shame there isn't a category for that. 45-minute wait for a Happy Meal. They tell me it's coming... then that it's coming... and that it's still coming. At this point, I was practically waiting for GTA 6 before my kids' meal. The best part, though, was the crisis management: 3 employees wanted to reorder my meal, since it had been half-forgotten. But apparently, national priority: whatever you do, don't reorder. The manager was rude to them because they were a little too concerned about the poor Happy Meal that had been sitting there all alone for 45 minutes: 🧍🏻‍♂️ She told them to wait, as if my order had just been placed and it was perfectly normal for a Happy Meal to take an existential pause before reaching its owner. Finally, after realizing my order was clearly never going to arrive on its own, I went to see the manager herself. And then, a miracle: she... remade it for me. 😭 You were so lost that you ended up giving me a cheeseburger and a Croque McDo. So I accidentally won a cheeseburger, thanks for this impromptu loyalty program. And because we have to give credit where credit is due: medium fries instead of small, and two Creamy Deluxe sauces instead of one. In short, a 45-minute wait, a forgotten order, an abandoned Happy Meal, an internal battle between the employees and the manager, and finally, a free cheeseburger. I came to eat, I left with a whole episode of Kitchen Nightmares. Too bad about the losses, but at least I had a good laugh and ate better than expected. 😂

03/08/2026: Very disappointed. The apple pie was cold, and so were the nuggets. When I pointed this out, I was told they were "too hot," which wasn't the case at all. A minimum of quality and consideration for customers would be appreciated. I won't be back.
