In addition to the security guard, even the waitress finds it normal to fire a woman because she expresses her dissatisfaction with disrespectful men.
If you want to have a nice, problem-free evening, don't go there, especially as a woman!
Too bad, I really liked this place before this extremely disrespectful evening! Shame on security and the waitress, it's not a safe place.
22/08/2024: Nice little city center bar, with a nice terrace. Interesting choice of beer, as well as their excellent cocktail (tandem...)

10/07/2024: Wir haben hier leckeren Chai Latte und Matcha Latte mit Hafermilch bekommen und die Granola Maison und die Tarte Tatin Ware unglaublich gut! Nettes, alternatives kleines Café mit hausgemachten Kleinigkeiten in Bioqualität. Wir fanden es super und toll gemacht 🙏🏼👍

However, I contacted you on AUGUST 3 and I received NO RESPONSE! Your customer relationship management is SHAMEFUL.
I came one evening around 10:10 p.m.
I order a menu with potatoes and I find a dead fly with the potatoes in the box!!!
No doubt there are hygiene problems at McDonald’s!!
07/09/2024: It's very slow... the waiters going around in circles to find the person to give ice cream to. So much time wasted... Getting a happy meal menu and a Big Mac menu takes 25 minutes..
the people are friendly and it's not bad but way too long for a fast food restaurant.

13/08/2024: The man running the restaurant couldn't have been kinder. And he makes delicious curry. He also makes simple but delicious chicken or ham sandwiches. My husband loved the burger. Very pleased with the warm welcome and hospitality!

22/09/2024: My son went to the McDonald's in La Mézière on Saturday evening, he waited 1h30 for his order to finally never get it and was even threatened by the friend of one of the waitresses who came with a tear gas canister.... The staff was completely overwhelmed, they lost patience and were even rude to customers.....

McDonald's remains a safe bet for a quick meal, but on my last visit, the experience was rather mixed. The burgers are always good, but there is sometimes a lack of care in the preparation: the sandwiches were a little too warm and less tasty than usual.
Price-wise, it's reasonable, but compared to certain promotional offers that can be found elsewhere, McDonald's could be a little more competitive. I always appreciate the wide selection of desserts and drinks, but the wait times were a bit long, even outside of peak hours.
In summary, a decent experience, but there are areas for improvement, particularly in terms of quality of service and speed.
07/09/2024: I found that the atmosphere between the members of the team was particularly friendly and the bm service was impeccable. Bravo to them

08/09/2024: Ashamed, very loyal customer like many, very disappointed on a Saturday evening at midnight with a 30-minute wait, being refused for the third time every Saturday even though it was indicated closed at 1 a.m. Traveling to my favorite restaurant 3 times, being refused 3 Saturdays in a row! Please review your opening hours, we do not close the restaurant before customer opening hours but after. It's not just that! Receiving a bag with several items missing from the order each time is annoying to pay for not having everything! Beautiful evening
07/09/2024: There was almost no one there, we were served after 40 minutes so in the end we were missing things. The sandwiches were all cold. The place to empty the trays was extremely full and dirty.

15/09/2024: We came to the drive-thru today, we ordered 2 cokes without ice, they gave us 2 ice teas with ice, we ordered a happy meal, they didn't give it to us!! We had to go and ask for it and the young man gave us an empty happy meal box, good joke! It's time to see your preparation teams again!
Fortunately the manager was responsive!

05/08/2024: Arriving around 1:20 p.m., we place an order at the terminal and no easel is available!
Long service, the person who placed the order at the table took my receipt!! For what ?!! And fried completely cold on arrival, frankly disgusting, not to mention an error in the preparation of the burger!! The person at the counter not smiling or friendly!!
Extensive training should be expected!!
The toilet code was entered incorrectly, even a gentleman sitting next door gave the correct code to the people who were blocked at the entrance.
A lot of stuff accumulated which explains my rating.
