01/02/2026: Disappointed. It's been closed for a week now, but the website says it's open, and when you go there it's closed. There's no information whatsoever, not even a sign on the facade, nothing! What a shame!

10/01/2026: This Saturday at lunchtime, a young employee greeted us. We were very pleasantly surprised by the welcome. Thank you for your smile!

15/01/2026: Superb place with a very warm welcome. I especially loved the brookie – it was both generous and delicious. Perfect for waiting for your train or becoming a regular.

06/03/2026: Appalling service. I won't be going back. I used to be a regular customer because, working downtown, I enjoyed going there for a sandwich. Today, the manager was aggressive towards me because I couldn't hear him speak over the noise. Instead of politely telling me it was my turn, he became verbally abusive, calling me impolite because I was on my phone (for work) while waiting my turn. I'm willing to reflect on my own behavior, but being verbally attacked? NO!

25/02/2026: Edit June 25: 45-minute wait with 4 people ahead of us, one server working alone during the evening rush... And poorly trained, making sandwiches one at a time even for people in groups. Incompetent and unfriendly staff. And no more pastrami, it's getting worse and worse! Edit January 31, 2025: Great employee who, despite the crowd, is super efficient, fast, and very professional. Well done, finally a competent employee at this Subway! Edit September 24: 12:45 PM, I arrive, 3-4 people ahead of me. The employee tells me, "I'm stopping service after the lady here! Why? I'm alone with a new trainee." This Subway is ridiculous! Refusing to serve customers in a fast food restaurant at 12:45 PM! 👏🏼 June 2020: 9:30 PM, I arrive to get 2 takeout meals. The guy was tidying up when he told me, "No, it's closed." He sounded really annoyed. It's supposed to close at 10 PM. Great! 👏

09/01/2026: The staff were extremely unpleasant; the goth girl with pink hair should at least respond when we say hello and goodbye.

17/03/2026: Terrible, I don't recommend it. Don't come if you want to have a good time with your friends!!! Unpleasant waiter...

14/03/2026: This is unacceptable: a waitress this Saturday morning spilled hot coffee all over my legs and shoes WITHOUT THE SLIGHTEST APOLOGY. I was sitting still, ready to help her serve. These things can happen when you're serving. But the way she handled this incident was appalling. And along the same lines, she initially refused to bring me anything to clean up and showed no willingness to offer any compensation on the bill. Unbelievable. Almost incomprehensible, it's so absurd. Run away, don't give your money to these people. Kudos to the young blonde woman (and this is just a minor detail, obviously not a sexist remark or anything like that), unprofessional, unpleasant, and lacking in manners. Poor boss, forced to work with people like that. And thanks for the leg and the pants. The table was never cleaned.

14/03/2026: The service was fine, no complaints there, the waitresses were great, but the food was awful. I know I'm not going to a Michelin-starred restaurant, but I still expected something decent, and in the end: the cheese wasn't melted, there was hardly any filling, the wraps were sloppy because they arrived open and unstructured, the burgers were squashed like they'd been run over, and the water tasted like soda... In short, go somewhere else.

10/03/2026: This morning, March 10, 2026, at 7:00 AM for breakfast, only savory options were available! The dining area was cold, no more than 16°C, it hadn't been cleaned, the benches were still covered in grease stains, the toilets hadn't been cleaned, the small garbage room... was empty, the ordering panels weren't working... in short, is this McDonald's even being managed?
