I prefer my bread to be only half open so that everything stays inside! On the other hand, if you want to grab a sandwich for your lunch in the morning when you leave for work, arrive before 7:15 a.m. At the time of hiring there is only one person to serve. Of course she does what she can and with a smile but when you have 3 or 4 people ordering breakfasts and who sometimes only express themselves in broken French + the retirees who are sick if they don't have their baguette 7:20 a.m., you are not ready to be served...

12/12/2024: Friendly staff, clean bakery and above all a well-stocked window with magnificent and appetizing cakes and pastries. For a Sunday evening, there was a choice and we had a blast! The baguette was perfect, I really liked being asked if I wanted it white, barely cooked or crispy and well cooked. The well cooked was perfect.
