06/04/2024: Absolutely pitiful restaurant, employees don't even follow food standards, a lady with her personal clothes and polish on her fingers, picks up something from the floor and never went to wash her hands.
Ordered a chicken bacon wrap, received a tea towel tortilla with two pieces of cooked salad, two old tenders and absolutely nothing else. No tomatoes, no bacon, nothing. Large fries worthy of a children's menu: the box was empty.
I highly recommend that you check your bags or even better: choose any other McDonald's which will always be better than this one.

02/04/2024: Getting worse and worse.... at the drive-thru we ask for a maximum Best office royal deluxe menu and we just get a Burger!!!! The same for the golden menu with a small Burger cheese.... we will go elsewhere

You can sometimes find a succulent Asian dish concocted by chef Catherine, among the other tasty French cuisine dishes.
Pretty decoration of fresh flowers tastefully arranged by her partner.

02/04/2024: I have only one explanation for the number of negative comments: bad faith (although I have not experienced the night service).
I frequently visit this type of establishment and this one in particular, and it is far from being at the bottom of the basket, quite the contrary. I have never had a problem with my orders:
- They always remove the pickles from the sandwiches when I ask,
- There are always easels in the terminals (unlike 84% of McDonald's)
- There is often someone cleaning the lobby, the toilets are relatively clean, soap is present.
-Unlike other McDonald's, the service is fast since it is still based on the old system. I've never had a complaint about a cold sandwich, so I imagine they are relatively strict about storage times.
-Well, I don't talk much with the staff but there's always a "hello" when I come in, "excuse me" if I'm in the way. They are restaurateurs not social workers, so I don't ask for more.
The negative point is the location which lacks charisma. The exterior is a little old, the McDonald's is in an empty area...
Anyway, have a good evening and stay gentle.
So on the other hand:
Edit 04/02/2024: triple cheese no longer exists. I am disappointed.

03/04/2024: A very nice discovery, this restaurant. We received a professional but warm and friendly welcome. From the starter to the dessert we loved everything, special mention for the fig stuffed with foie gras and the frozen nougat which perfectly complemented the lamb shank. Make no mistake, the quantities are generous but good products invite indulgence. 😅
30/03/2024: A French restaurant that honors its country and its gastronomy. From frame to plate, it's flawless!
I came with my girlfriend to celebrate our anniversary together and we both had lamb shank, the restaurant's specialty. We were not disappointed: it was exquisite and you can easily feel the work on the plate. Quality products well cooked and highlighted.
Additionally, I had booked through The Fork and specified that we were coming for a birthday celebration. So the team also brought us candles during dessert. We really appreciated the attention and the gesture. I would add that the team is remarkably caring and kind.
I highly recommend this restaurant and if the opportunity arises, I will return with great pleasure during a future stay in Nantes! ❤️

05/04/2024: I came this evening a disaster!! Hot drinks (no ice cubes!!!), no sauces although they were in demand and I did not have the yogurts to drink from the 3 happy meals!! Something should really be done!!!
04/04/2024: We ordered a big tasty two meats but there was only one in it, a difference of 2€ for the price.
No response from them despite two messages sent and which they read.
There are regularly errors when ordering.

05/04/2024: Definition of incompetence:
Order a Happy Meal (6 items: fries, nuggets, drink, dessert, sauces and book) + 1 raspberry-filled cookie.
Order received: no sauces, no book, chocolate-filled cookie (not raspberry).
We are therefore on a success rate of 4/7.. or error rate of 3/7.
On a Friday evening at 7 p.m., with very few people, it's pitiful.
31/03/2024: Once again no ice cream..... The smile of the staff must have gone with the sun, it's a shame
