17/07/2026: I received a very warm welcome from a saleswoman who gave me information about the bread I chose, which was very helpful. I bought a small spelt loaf and another type. I tasted them. They were excellent.

24/09/2026: €12 for a glass of champagne in a nice setting with good service – it started off pretty well. The only problem was that the champagne chosen from the four selections of the day was undrinkable. Mediocre quality, no distinctive character, and a dreadful amount of bubbles escaping from the wine. A horror. €12 for a glass of a good product is reasonable; in this case, it probably wasn't even the price of the bottle. What a shame.

06/08/2026: I ordered for the first time yesterday after a friend's recommendation; I got the Montagnard burger. Honestly, one of the best burgers I've had in France in recent years. Perfectly cooked, amazing pepper sauce, and a delicious bun. You can go there without hesitation (special mention to their fries).

05/10/2026: Made a visit here having seen some rave reviews. As some say don’t be misled by the exterior!! What’s important is what you find inside. A friendly warm welcoming from the owners. Then the amazing choice of food, all freshly prepared. Chose salad starter which was excellent. Then opted for the steak based on many reviews, WOW a piece of steak that was both plentiful and tasty. The chips were just another level, as everyone says, homemade fresh chips …. AMAZING 👍🫶 Very simple piece of chesse followed by an amazing homemade apple crumble with ice cream ❤️ Preceded by a kir and then some red wine at the table my evening was absolutely amazing. A bill of €28 was well worth it in my opinion. Not open all weekend though a small window of opportunity on a Saturday…. Support this fantastic little stop as we don’t want to see another gem disappear. Parking is limited though ample street parking available…. If you choose to visit I hope your experience is as amazing as mine….

16/09/2026: Good value for money, good food, quick and attentive service. For example, after my wife could only manage half of the large pizza, the server spontaneously brought a takeaway pizza box. You don't experience that every day. So I would definitely go there again.

11/10/2026: What a terrible experience! TAPAS/CHAMPAGNE AYALA €25 per person for 3 tapas + 3 Champagne tastings. The tapas were perfectly fine, no complaints there, but the Champagne... What a joke! A tiny bit in the glass... so little that by the time we got to the table, the amount was so minimal it had lost all its fizz... The Champagne was completely flat. The young woman serving offered 3 glasses or just 1 glass. Same story for the single glass... the quantity was ridiculously small. It's worth noting, however, that people who know the young woman serving (after exchanging a kiss on the cheek, since they know each other) get much more generous tastings.

27/10/2026: Last time I'll ever set foot in their place. Almost an hour's wait for two tacos, and in the end, the tacos were crammed with incredibly runny sauces that were overflowing everywhere. I even had to finish eating them because they were so salty I could barely stand them.

15/07/2026: Passing through the area, we had lunch at this roadside restaurant. Quick service, simple and tasty dish, homemade dessert…Good value for money and as a bonus, the chef came to say hello…I recommend it!
