The restrooms are in a terrible state: broken soap dishes, ripped trash cans, broken faucets, unusable toilets... and when they finally fix it, it never lasts more than a few days. Do you really think your customers deserve this? In the dining room, there's constant chaos. Some employees are running around, others seem completely lost, without instructions or proper training. Do you really train them? Because frankly, it doesn't show. Despite everything, I want to highlight the courage of those who served me: polite, smiling, and professional despite the pressure and stress evident on their faces. These people are doing their best in conditions that border on indecency. I hope you have a modicum of respect for them, because they deserve it a hundred times more than some of their superiors. Because let's talk about these managers: some give the impression of being even more overwhelmed than their teams, and others allow themselves to be openly rude, aggressive, and disrespectful. This behavior is unacceptable, especially when it's directed at customers. I'm clearly not the first to notice and say it: it might be time to take a second look at yourself. The same problems keep coming up again and again, as if you couldn't care less about your customers. In short, my thoughts go out to these courageous employees. I sincerely hope they find better work elsewhere and leave this place as soon as possible.

05/07/2025: FLIES in a burger?? Is that normal?? The manager replies, "But did you put them in?" Management needs to be reviewed, not even a "sorry" from her. A HACCP inspection wouldn't go amiss.

21/12/2023: Je viens souvent car il est situé en face de chez moi mais dans la majorité des cas il y a un problème… La dernière fois il n’y avait pas de frites dans ma commande, l’autre fois le sandwich était incomplet et ce soir : je paie un McCrispy pour au final me retrouver avec le filet de poulet du McChicken… Le temps d’attente est relativement long et la nourriture toujours froide… Le seul point positif est la gentillesse des salariés qui sont très polis et chaleureux. Possible d’améliorer les points cités ci-dessus SVP ?

20/12/2023: Cela fait 3 fois que je commande et trois fois que la nourriture est froide nous avons des frites froides carrément réchauffer ou les sandwiches pareil. Le personnel qui me regarde et jette un sourire en ce moquant de moi! C’est la troisième et dernière fois que je me déplace pour manger dans ce McDo! Quand j’ai demandé de changer les frites la jeune qui étais au comptoir et reparti mettre les frites froide dans l’huile pour nous servir! Et pour ajouter la quantité de la nourriture ne sont pas du tout pareil! Aucun respect et le travail et pas respecté! C’est honteux.

01/09/2024: One star is the least we can give but it deserves zero in fact. I've been going to this McDonald's for years because it's the closest to my house, but now it's generally fed up. When you eat on site, dirty rooms, in summer no air conditioning so stifling heat, overflowing trash cans, unfriendly staff. And then the worst, which today makes me put an opinion, is that systematically for years I would say around two or three years, with each order something is missing. It's really systematic. It's really painful. They don't give the impression of working properly or being organized. They are always overwhelmed even when there are few people. In short, this McDonald's is getting worse and worse. I will also write to headquarters.
