11/02/2026: Still as good as ever, but unfortunately the portions are getting smaller and smaller. Two spoonfuls of chicken, and you spread it out as much as possible; the same goes for the raw vegetables.
29/01/2026: The staff are very pleasant and helpful; we go there often, and the welcome is always excellent and very warm. I highly recommend it.

15/11/2025: Order placed at 7:30 PM for 8:30 PM
3 giant pizzas with a soft crust.
9 PM, still nothing! I called, and they said my pizzas had just gone in the oven.
9:20 PM, 50 minutes late, and the pizzas are of deplorable quality!!
The crust is incredibly thin, even though I asked for a soft crust, and there's no topping at all!
Too bad I can't attach a photo!

A 50-minute wait for fast food is ridiculous!! And we even had to remind them we'd already placed our order!!
We had to go back twice to get our order, and the waitress didn't seem very concerned about the customers; it was like I was bothering her when she was just trying to do her job!!
No apology whatsoever, except for three free chicken nuggets…
It's truly a disgrace and should be avoided at all costs!!!
22/02/2026: I rarely change my opinion, but in this case, one star is mandatory. First, let's talk about the woman who kept shouting in the kitchen for no reason, because at the time we were there were less than 10 people. It was truly awful. And then there's the sugar tax on drinks—what an idea... So, one star is ridiculous for all McDonald's with this tax...

13/02/2026: McDonald's is well located on the road between Strasbourg and Paris, but it gets very crowded during rush hour. Despite this, the food is good and it's fairly clean, which is quite nice for a McDonald's in this area.

01/09/2024: One star is the least we can give but it deserves zero in fact.
I've been going to this McDonald's for years because it's the closest to my house, but now it's generally fed up.
When you eat on site, dirty rooms, in summer no air conditioning so stifling heat, overflowing trash cans, unfriendly staff.
And then the worst, which today makes me put an opinion, is that systematically for years I would say around two or three years, with each order something is missing. It's really systematic. It's really painful. They don't give the impression of working properly or being organized. They are always overwhelmed even when there are few people.
In short, this McDonald's is getting worse and worse. I will also write to headquarters.
01/09/2024: It's a Sunday afternoon there are 5 people at the table and yet everything is disgusting, no table cleaned, it sticks everywhere... All the trash cans full to vomit.
There are 2 terminals that work, no one is smiling.
However the prices stop increasing, we are soon on gourmet at 14 euros per menu

21/12/2023: Je viens souvent car il est situé en face de chez moi mais dans la majorité des cas il y a un problème… La dernière fois il n’y avait pas de frites dans ma commande, l’autre fois le sandwich était incomplet et ce soir : je paie un McCrispy pour au final me retrouver avec le filet de poulet du McChicken… Le temps d’attente est relativement long et la nourriture toujours froide…
Le seul point positif est la gentillesse des salariés qui sont très polis et chaleureux. Possible d’améliorer les points cités ci-dessus SVP ?
20/12/2023: Cela fait 3 fois que je commande et trois fois que la nourriture est froide nous avons des frites froides carrément réchauffer ou les sandwiches pareil.
Le personnel qui me regarde et jette un sourire en ce moquant de moi!
C’est la troisième et dernière fois que je me déplace pour manger dans ce McDo!
Quand j’ai demandé de changer les frites la jeune qui étais au comptoir et reparti mettre les frites froide dans l’huile pour nous servir!
Et pour ajouter la quantité de la nourriture ne sont pas du tout pareil!
Aucun respect et le travail et pas respecté!
C’est honteux.

20/07/2024: After a meal in a nearby restaurant where we consumed Sadi Malot blanc de blanc with 2 couples of friends, we wanted to continue at the Le Clos bar. The choice fell on Joseph Perrier blanc de blanc. We were disappointed by a green wine that was not pleasant in the mouth. We brought it to the attention of the staff at the bar.... But for them the champagne was good... Price of the bottle €69 which we emptied into the bucket. Too bad that for a pleasant setting the staff at the bar leaves something to be desired.

21/07/2024: Cela fait maintenant plusieurs années que nous nous rendons "Chez Max" chaque fois que nous sommes en Champagne.
Accueil toujours aussi chaleureux par Monsieur. Service aux petits soins. Cuisine traditionnelle de grande qualité. Produits frais joliment préparés. Bon rapport qualité/prix. A la prochaine....nous reviendrons !
19/07/2024: Je komt hier niet bij toeval terecht. Hoewel op loopafstand van centrum van Épernay, ligt het restaurantje een beetje uit de route. Ook de buitenkant wekt niet de indruk dat je hier binnengaat in een prima restaurant met traditioneel Franse keuken met veel liefde voor het vak.
Wij komen om 19 uur als eersten binnen in restaurant en worden vriendelijk verwelkomd door eigenaar Max. Binnen een half uur zitten beide verdiepingen van het restaurant echter vol.
Kaart met traditioneel Franse gerechten. De, door Max aan tafel bereidde, steak tartare is een aanrader (en populair).
Prima prijs-/kwaliteitverhouding.

28/07/2024: Nothing to say about the pizzas 🍕, on the other hand, when you order online and pick them up at the pizzeria, the person at the counter doesn't know where to turn. There should be a counter for people ordering on site and those ordering via the app.
