15/10/2026: October 15, 2026 I arrived at your establishment this Thursday, October 15, at 6:00 a.m. At the self-service kiosk, an employee informed me that he could only serve me coffee, as the cash registers were closed and payment was by card only. This situation is incomprehensible, since your establishment is advertised as being open 24/7. I therefore decided to call around 6:30 a.m. to inquire whether it was possible to order and pick up food, specifically savory items. A woman answered in the affirmative, but in a particularly condescending and unpleasant tone. At the end of the conversation, she simply hung up on me. This behavior is completely unacceptable in a professional setting and demonstrates a blatant lack of respect for customers. I then went to pick up my order. There again, the employee at the kiosk was particularly unpleasant and condescending. Clearly, respect and courtesy weren't priorities for the team on duty that morning. I finally got my order, and the sandwich was in the state you can see in the attached photo. It's truly regrettable to witness such a lack of professionalism. Being open 24/7 means providing decent service at all times, not subjecting customers to the employees' bad mood. Customers shouldn't have to endure condescending remarks, disdainful attitudes, or conversations that end with the call being abruptly hung up on. These are simply basic rules of respect and courtesy, which should be standard practice in any profession involving customer interaction. I want to clarify that I'm not the type to post negative reviews for a minor inconvenience or to gratuitously criticize customer service and employee behavior. When I take the time to report an experience in this way, it's because there's a genuine reason. In this instance, it's not an isolated incident that prompts my comment, but rather the accumulation of disrespectful behavior from several employees during a single visit. The problem here isn't the time I arrived, but rather the staff's attitude. Working early in the morning in no way justifies disrespecting customers, let alone speaking to them condescendingly or hanging up on them. Professionalism shouldn't depend on the time or the mood of those present. I hope management will take note of this feedback and remind its teams that respecting customers is a fundamental requirement, not an option. This experience reflects particularly negatively on your establishment, both in terms of customer service and the quality of service. I sincerely hope that a manager or director will see this report and decide to take the necessary measures regarding their team's behavior. It would be regrettable if such an attitude were tolerated within your establishment. A reminder of the basic rules of respect and professionalism seems essential to prevent this type of behavior from recurring.

29/07/2026: A very bad experience. I ordered a shawarma sandwich, was charged in advance, and then told they were out of fillings. The result was a meat patty with absolutely no flavor. They said I could come back next week for a free replacement, but they failed to mention they were going on vacation that week. So, the service was appalling and the sandwich inedible; I strongly advise against going there.

21/07/2026: A small place for a quick lunch or dinner. The food is good quality. Service is basic but friendly. There's a limited amount of seating inside and a few tables outside for a relaxed meal.
