06/09/2024: I am a very regular customer (50x/year), they OFTEN forget ingredients (pickles, bacon, tomatoes, or even a steak...) as soon as you get a basic sandwich. It's really painful...
Updated 05/09/24: arrived at 8:35 p.m., all order terminals are cut off, I ask the counter, response: "we have stopped orders inside, you have to go through the drive"... Good I heard it mentions table service until 10 p.m. on the front door...
Is there still a manager or is everyone freewheeling?
06/09/2024: Horribly slow service whether at the drive-thru or in the restaurant! Allow at least 35 minutes to get your order!
This evening the room is closed due to lack of staff (as is often the case) it took almost an hour at the drive-thru to order and get my meal even though there were 10 cars maximum! Not to mention the recurring errors...
I sincerely think it’s the worst McDonald’s in the region!

06/09/2024: After another disaster at their "colleagues" at the Manom brand, I had the pleasure of having fast, hot, and complete service at the drive-thru. It's becoming rare :)

14/09/2024: Almost 40 minutes of waiting for a click and collect with an order thrown in your face, a big lack of professionalism, I strongly advise against it!
11/09/2024: Because of the long wait for the photos to be collected. I would have been better off going to the drive-thru, I would have had my order faster

Everything breaks in a bag
It feels like you're feeding pigs...a Big Mac doesn't look like that at all.
Gotta get the steak and salad in the package
It's cold and the view when you open it doesn't make you want it at all.
Potatoes with double cheddar no fork we eat with our fingers while fries with cheddar and crumbled bacon there is a fork
Really need to revisit this concept
For the price it's worth now it's overpriced
Nearby snack bars will gain new customers.....

By asking for my fries hot and without salt
I am given my order quickly even though it takes 3 minutes to cook
To get some fresh ones
I then got full at least 3-4 times
And the good woman gives me the same fries and stipulates that
Customers are not king
And that she won't make me hot again
And if I'm not happy it's up to me to come and do them

16/12/2024: A more than warm welcome... given that a concert had just ended, it was impossible to eat inside this mc do... so after 11 p.m. eat outside...
The menu was not complete, menus were missing…
In addition, you had to remember your order number because there was no more paper for tickets (a lady right in front of us was set on fire by an employee of the McDonald's... a shame)
And let's not even talk about hygiene which needs to be reviewed... the toilets are so dirty that it is impossible to use them...
I won't go back there again!
