15/09/2024: totally unacceptable, Uber order arrived on time. The 280 burger, the sauces for the children's nuggets, a potato sauce, a happy meal dessert (apples) are missing. Not to mention that a drink was reversed with one of the children's menus... When you call the McDonald's directly, they basically can't do anything. Although they admit to having forgotten half. Complaint about Uber and nothing else. Finished for this McDonald's and Uber at the same time. I will come to check the order directly on site. When you don't know how to work properly, you stay at home.

08/09/2024: Un wrap à faire peur un service lamentable quand vient servir les clients, entraînant des pieds qu’on est même pas motivé en sachant que le McDo est complètement plein les frites complètement froides manquant la moitié de la commande, une catastrophe. C’est bien beau de refaire un McDo à l’état neuf, mais si le service ne suit pas derrière fermer la boutique, ça ira mieux, on ira en face chez le concurrent.

08/09/2024: Flee this place, unpleasant staff, cold fries, hamburger which supposedly was with bacon, I only found two unfortunate little pieces, a very small slice of pickle and yet my menu was a maxi best of whose slogan is. ... stands out for its generosity!!!! We don't have the same concept of "generosity" I also ordered a sparkling water which, between the counter and the table had lost all these bubbles 😅 I won't even talk about the toilets which are in the image of the establishment. Only one piece of advice, cross the road, opposite there is a competitor who I think will meet your expectations.

08/09/2024: It's a McD. Does it's job, the employers are super friendly, even if you don't speak french. The food is meh, but you don't go to McD because it's healthy and quality food. Orders are processed quickly, even if the place is busy. If you ask for a drink without ice, they do it and still fill the glasses nicely. It's not the best looking D I have seen in my life, but you can watch the people in the drive-in while eating.

30/07/2024: Deplorable service, missing several sandwiches! Moreover, when we come to report it, we laugh in our faces, while continuing to talk to each other about their weekend.. ultimately the sandwiches had been placed in an inappropriate place, which earned a few chuckles from the staff!

16/08/2024: The waitress who served us was very haughty and unpleasant, no smile throughout the service. We ordered Viennese chocolates, the glasses were a quarter full, it is unacceptable to send away glasses that are so lightly filled, especially for 5€. I don't recommend it at all. Unpleasant experience.

10/08/2024: Absolutely unfriendly service and bad drinks. I ordered a Gin & Tonic and was served half a fruit salad made from lemons and limes, garnished with marshmallow (!). Our two-year-old daughter played with the chairs a bit. The waitress brusquely forbade her to do this, which made our daughter cry. We'll definitely never come back!

29/09/2024: I order a maxi best off at the terminal. The photo of the double cheese potatoes makes you want it. When I received my order, I had 9 potatoes in my box even though I paid for a maximum. I'm reporting it. They do it again to me, specifying that there was an error. Ok it happens but people talk to me badly while blowing etc. A pseudo manager arrives and asks me what’s wrong. I explain to her and she replies that I have too many potatoes now and that she will be forced to “yell at her teammate because of me, because she put too many”. I hallucinated. 26/09/2024: Impeccable service, warm welcome by a nice dark-haired man. I stopped by in the evening after 10:30 p.m., no more ice cream but the surprise of having an extra sandwich when I opened my order! Thank you.

31/08/2024: 25 minutes of driving, 2 maxi Best of menus, 2 drinks and two desserts. Result arriving at home only 1 menu and an extra Chesseburger + drinks and dessert, no sauce or napkin. It really is a disaster...

And all this with only 2 terminals in service, I can't imagine if all 4 are available. I think it's time to recruit, there must be a serious understaffing there.
