31/08/2024: 25 minutes of driving, 2 maxi Best of menus, 2 drinks and two desserts. Result arriving at home only 1 menu and an extra Chesseburger + drinks and dessert, no sauce or napkin. It really is a disaster...
31/08/2024: I don't know if it's a restaurant or a fast food...
I'm not talking about the food, but the extremely long waiting time.
30 minutes for 2 5-ball menus.
And all this with only 2 terminals in service, I can't imagine if all 4 are available.
I think it's time to recruit, there must be a serious understaffing there.

29/09/2024: I order a maxi best off at the terminal. The photo of the double cheese potatoes makes you want it. When I received my order, I had 9 potatoes in my box even though I paid for a maximum. I'm reporting it. They do it again to me, specifying that there was an error. Ok it happens but people talk to me badly while blowing etc. A pseudo manager arrives and asks me what’s wrong. I explain to her and she replies that I have too many potatoes now and that she will be forced to “yell at her teammate because of me, because she put too many”. I hallucinated. She should already review her management. “We don’t yell. Brief. So in summary…. When we see the videos circulating on the networks denouncing their quantity scam. I just had proof of it. That and their zero friendliness
26/09/2024: Impeccable service, warm welcome by a nice dark-haired man.
I stopped by in the evening after 10:30 p.m., no more ice cream but the surprise of having an extra sandwich when I opened my order!

31/08/2024: A disaster that gets worse and worse is missing half of the products, drinks not even fresh for the children, no dessert, really disappointed
29/08/2024: Forgot my order and yet I arrived at the start of service in second place. Finally 35 minutes of waiting and around twenty people passing in front of me.
My meal was served cold and no apologies for the enormous lack of organization.
The music is way too loud inside.
I wouldn't come back.

14/09/2024: Réservation pour 4 personnes. Cadre très agréable dans une rue piétonne du Centre-Ville, personnel sympa. Le patron qui vient voir si tout va.
Sur 4 plats, 2 plats chauds et deux tièdes. On demande de réchauffer les deux plats. Le patron s'en occupe. Les plats reviennent. Un plat chaud, l'autre encore froid. On rend le plat froid, la personne ne veut plus manger autre chose.
Sur 4 plats, deux plats excellents,bien remplis, avec des boulettes et des pâtes délicieuses. Un risotto aux asperges trop salé et en petite quantité. Et le plat refusé, des pâtes à la carbonara.
Geste du patron, on ne paie donc pas le plat refusé.
Donc avis mitigé entre les bons en grande quantité, le salé en petite quantité, et le réchauffé non mangé.
04/09/2024: Rather nice atmosphere but the service and food needs to be reviewed... There were 3 of us and they were all inedible. It just wasn't good at all. The risotto tasteless, the ravioli taste like dishwashing liquid for pity’s sake. The only positive point about the food is the presentation which was very pretty. The waitress is so so bitter and in bad faith. She blows in front of us at the slightest question, is it incredible to be like that?? I can understand that it was a crowded evening but we were there to have a good time and that wasn't the case. In short, in any case I am very disappointed with this restaurant, whether in terms of the service or the food.

It feels like you're feeding pigs...a Big Mac doesn't look like that at all.
Gotta get the steak and salad in the package
It's cold and the view when you open it doesn't make you want it at all.
Potatoes with double cheddar no fork we eat with our fingers while fries with cheddar and crumbled bacon there is a fork
Really need to revisit this concept
For the price it's worth now it's overpriced
Nearby snack bars will gain new customers.....

By asking for my fries hot and without salt
I am given my order quickly even though it takes 3 minutes to cook
To get some fresh ones
I then got full at least 3-4 times
And the good woman gives me the same fries and stipulates that
Customers are not king
And that she won't make me hot again
And if I'm not happy it's up to me to come and do them

23/09/2024: Rarely ate such a bad hamburger first and last time 20 euros for 2 hamburgers an average fries and a glass of water I forgot with extra bacon and if you are curious open them to see the bacon what a surprise next time it will surely be a restaurant and again my words are kind
