19/09/2026: Every time I go to the drive-thru, they forget items. Today it was all the sauces, including the cheddar sauce, which of course had been paid for as an extra.
Update: Stop calling fast food restaurants. The wait time is consistently too long, over 20-30 minutes. And they never offer any kind of compensation.

The products are good, fresh, and high-quality, and the prices are quite reasonable.
The biggest plus is definitely the service! The staff are extremely kind, friendly, and attentive. They're always happy to chat with customers in a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
It's always a pleasure to be greeted with a smile and good cheer!
I highly recommend this bakery!
18/08/2026: Passing by this morning, my husband and I ordered a €6.90 set menu, and he ordered a latte. To our surprise, we were charged extra. When we asked for an explanation, we were told point-blank that we were being ripped off. There was no indication at the time of ordering that there was an extra charge for milk, even though the cocoa and cappuccino were included in the set menu, and both require milk. I cannot accept such an unpleasant and unempathetic attitude from a franchise manager, especially one who allows himself to make such remarks. I would advise him to review the basics of sales, and above all, a smile and a little empathy wouldn't hurt. If I could give zero stars, I would.

13/09/2026: A 20-minute wait for a simple meal, the restaurant closes its doors to customers arriving to eat in... but delivery drivers who come in are immediately taken out again with their takeout orders! I've never seen anything like it, it's outrageous!
13/09/2026: The restaurant was clean, with friendly staff. We were served quickly, which was really appreciated.

24/09/2026: An absolutely unacceptable experience at Subway tonight.
We walked in and received absolutely no welcome: not a greeting, not a glance, nothing. Someone was calmly sweeping behind the counter while their colleagues chatted in the back. We were standing right there in front of them, waiting for them to even bother to acknowledge us.
No one came to serve us, no one spoke to us. We were literally left waiting like idiots while the staff were there, laughing in the back.
This is a complete lack of professionalism and, above all, respect for customers. When people enter your establishment, the bare minimum is to welcome and serve them.
We finally left without being served. A very bad image for Subway. I certainly won't be setting foot in this establishment again.

18/09/2026: The burgers I ordered were surprisingly good. Again, I ordered at the multilingual terminal, but instead of seeing the order number when it was ready, the number was announced in French.
13/09/2026: Order placed at 3:09 PM, received at 3:25 PM. There was a person waiting...horrible, death-defying hamburgers with meter-long pieces of lettuce inside...when they weren't empty...€35 to eat in 10 minutes...terrible service...even worse decor...and the toilets, I'll let you imagine...a totally shameful experience

02/10/2026: First time for us, a very nice, spacious, and very clean place.
The meal was served quickly at the table, the sandwiches were piping hot and delicious, made fresh to order.
I highly recommend it.
We'll definitely be back next time we're in Metz. 😊
13/09/2026: Unfortunately, most of the burgers weren't properly heated or had clearly been sitting around for a while. Same problem with the fries! It just reinforces my decision to drive past...

01/09/2026: I bought a meal deal with a salad on August 21st, and realized (from the smell and then the label) that it was expired the day before… I called for a refund, but of course, there was no one in charge. I finally got an email from the store (with difficulty). As of September 1st, when I'm writing this review, and still having received no response, I went back to the store: the situation is still unresolved. The manager blamed head office (of course), saying they would call me back to get my bank details and couldn't do anything. So I wait… again!
I'm fed up with this widespread incompetence!

12/09/2026: I placed my order at the drive-thru and when I was on the road I noticed that I was given a partially used sauce. This is unacceptable and it's not the first time I've been dissatisfied with this McDonald's.

27/08/2026: The owner needs to learn to treat her employees better. Hearing her yell at a poor waiter, who was also incredibly kind and whose service was impeccable, is simply unacceptable.
Just because you pay your employees doesn't give you the right to yell at them or humiliate them. It's shameful.
Furthermore, this scene disturbed all the other customers. Such behavior is completely inappropriate in an establishment open to the public.

14/09/2026: I order regularly, and almost all my orders are problematic (3 out of 4). Tonight, I ordered 9 nuggets, received 4, but they were so dry they were inedible, including one that had completely fallen apart. So order here knowing what to expect ;)
14/09/2026: Please change your opening hours on Sundays because it says 24 hours and I was kicked out at 10 p.m.
Furthermore, it's terribly expensive and the service is rude.

07/09/2026: A quick meal on Saturday night was finally what we wanted... only one self-service kiosk even though it was busy, the tables were dirty like the rest of the room...
06/09/2026: Very disappointed with this restaurant. I was given a price when I confirmed my order at the drive-thru. When I got to the counter to pay, the price was higher. I pointed this out, and they simply replied that "it must have been for the previous order." I complied, and when I got home, I realized that the product I ordered was not the product I received. I emailed customer service for an explanation, but since I haven't received any response after a reasonable waiting period, I am forced to leave this review.

26/09/2026: As a customer since it opened in 2014, I've witnessed the (slow but noticeable) decline of the restaurant. The first thing that strikes you is the filth: dirty toilets, sinks overflowing with paper, urinals frequently out of order, and tray waste bins always clogged and rarely emptied... resulting in mountains of trash.
I went on Sunday, July 6th at 7:45 PM for a simple Smart Meal, and 30 minutes later, my order still hadn't arrived (yes, this is a fast-food restaurant, a far cry from the chain's promised 3-minute wait). Consequently, I had to cancel my order because I was going to miss my movie. And what about the deteriorating staff? Some are incredibly rude to customers, laughing amongst themselves instead of working, while others are overworked. The manager should definitely take some customer service training. I imagine opening the restaurant at 9:31 PM to pick up an online order is pure torture.
A complete disaster, but hopefully there will be a radical change for customers.
19/09/2026: Maximum wait time, employees completely out of it, no smiles, no friendliness, no courtesy. They didn't seem to care even though many customers were waiting. They didn't even ask why so many people were waiting. The worst part is that it wasn't even rush hour. A very bad experience.
