15/02/2026: Excellent local kebab shop; whenever the urge strikes, I'm there, never disappointed!!

14/02/2026: I ordered takeout, I live right across the street, and the fries were cold, with a hair in one of the sandwiches. I went back two minutes later and explained to the manager that it wasn't acceptable. She responded haughtily, when the least she could do was apologize. Disappointed. I won't be going back.

20/01/2026: The service was very well done, provided, among others, by Mona, a young brunette who was as friendly as she was smiling.

07/12/2025: We arrived at 9:40 PM but were refused entry because they were closing the restaurant even though it said 10 PM…

14/03/2026: A superb experience! The waiter (perhaps the owner) had a great sense of humor. The food was excellent, and everyone found something they enjoyed. We were there for a birthday celebration, and we were treated to a birthday candle and music 👍 Highly recommended!

10/03/2026: Bad experience at Santa Maria or La Pagaille, we don't know their real name… Very few options for vegetarians to begin with. For starters, they were out of burrata, so we ordered a Caesar salad without bacon (and therefore without mushrooms or other accompaniments). There were no croutons, tomatoes, eggs, or onions in it (even though it was listed on the menu). When we pointed this out (only about the egg), we waited ten minutes for a tiny egg cut in half – if that isn't a rip-off… The salad consisted solely of a huge amount of crème fraîche, a few mushrooms and potatoes, and lettuce, all for €16… The waiter who took our payment didn't even ask if we were satisfied with our meal, so of course we mentioned it, and they gave us the salad for free anyway. How I miss the old Santa Maria, light years away from this restaurant. I won't be back.

15/03/2026: Deplorable establishment, forced to use the men's toilet, women's toilet door closed, no tables cleaned, cleaning done only upon request, I do not recommend this establishment.

08/03/2026: I was a little disappointed with the quality of the food.

23/03/2026: I go there from time to time, but I find it quite expensive and the taste isn't exceptional either. (I'm referring to the pasta/gnocchi, at least, since I've never tried the other dishes/drinks they offer.)

08/03/2026: This is the first time we've been to this chain, and unfortunately, the last. We ordered a Kinder milkshake and a bubble tea. They had absolutely no flavor. My milkshake was simply milk with blended Kinder chocolate. I've never eaten such a watery milkshake with the Kinder chocolate floating on top. The bubble tea was milk with tapioca pearls, and it had no taste at all. I don't know how it's possible to mess up such simple recipes... I'm giving it two stars for the service because the employees are very friendly and welcoming.

24/03/2026: Worst McDonald's in France for portion sizes! A €4.70 ice cream... I'll let you look at the photo; the amount of caramel and popcorn is shameful.

23/03/2026: He's more interested in laughing and running around the kitchen, doesn't wear a hairnet or gloves to prepare orders, and the McFlurry with extra caramel is practically nonexistent even though it costs €0.70 more. Might as well go somewhere else because this isn't great.

20/03/2026: The rice was fine, but the sandwiches... forget it, that's not your strong suit! Plus, there was tomato when I specifically asked for no tomato, and then there was the sandwich itself—they shamelessly threw a steak in the bread!

07/03/2026: Very disappointed. The fries were raw. The chicken tandoori cheese naan was tasteless. The same went for the durum...we didn't even finish our order.

12/03/2026: Really nice restaurant, the kebabs and fries are excellent. It's our favorite kebab place now.

11/03/2026: A kebab and fries and a kids' meal for €21!! And I'm still hungry, and so is my 4-year-old son. Honestly, it's outrageous!!

25/03/2026: Hello, I placed an order, unfortunately the two burgers weren't raclette but regular. I don't usually quibble over a few cents, but the burgers are €1.20 different... that's a bit annoying...

25/02/2026: Such behavior towards customers is unacceptable. The saleswoman was extremely unpleasant and haughty! So much so that I didn't even stay to finish my coffee. If you want to have a pleasant experience at this place, whatever you do, avoid Sandrine!

24/02/2026: A very good experience at Poulaillon. The saleswomen are very friendly, smiling, and welcoming. The service is pleasant and a real pleasure. I highly recommend it!
