27/09/2026: I come to this KFC regularly and I'm never disappointed 👍

27/09/2026: Came on Saturday, September 26th in the evening around 9pm, for a takeaway meal for two. I decided to pay in cash. The order total was €45.75. I gave the person at the counter (a fairly tall man) five €10 bills to settle the amount, and he asked for the remaining €5.75. Since I was with someone, I didn't pay attention and gave him the extra amount because I figured a counting error could happen (mistakes do happen). My companion didn't ask for the receipt, but as I stepped away from the counter, I counted the number of bills I had left (knowing I had €100 in cash in €10 bills), and I realized there was more than half the amount, so €50. I went back to the counter to ask for my order receipt, and they asked me to wait while they found it, or some other excuse they gave me. Meanwhile, my companion went to the restroom and found it completely filthy... (I'm starting to understand why train stations...) SNCF (the French National Railways) charges for the toilets (at least theirs are always clean...). Having ordered takeout and ice cream for dessert, and not living in the next town over, we decided to go home to eat our meal. We asked to pick up our order, which had been ready for a few minutes, while waiting for the receipt that never came back... When we got home and it was time for dessert, which was separate from the rest of the hot food order (I feel I should point that out), I found a French fry in my dessert... I have absolutely no idea how it got there, considering the French fry and ice cream sections aren't kept in the same place in the kitchen, so... All of this combined is really a lot for a single order: a waiter at the counter pocketing a €10 tip all by himself, taking advantage of people's carelessness, filthy toilets, and finding French fries in ice cream. It's unacceptable!! I'm never going back there, avoid it at all costs!! And a word of advice: if you do go and pay in cash, make sure you remember the exact amount to pay at the machine (take a picture of it because apart from the receipt with your order number, you won't get anything else at the machine) and carefully count the number of bills and the amount you give to the person at the counter, otherwise they'll steal money right under your nose!!

04/07/2025: We always receive a warm welcome. The food is delicious. It's always hard to choose because all the dishes look so tempting.

27/08/2026: Here's a summary of our last three visits. Always very good, but the other time we came on a Saturday afternoon around 4:00 PM, I think, and they were out of the savory options (four or five!). But then again, before the weekend, it's more about avoiding food waste, which I can understand. We went again late last night, and only one savory option was out of stock—perfect. We were pleasantly surprised by the "croc waf" (a type of sandwich), which we ate immediately. It was already perfectly cooked, which is important because my friend is pregnant. I usually don't order it because I'm afraid it won't be full enough, but this one had such a huge amount of cheese—magnificent, excellent! We bought four other uncooked savory options to take home. The "crousti" (a type of sandwich) was excellent, and the "Sevilla banger" (a type of sandwich) was as good as ever. I have mixed feelings about the burger. The patty was much bigger than usual, which was a pleasant surprise, but it wasn't any tastier than the thinner ones, and there was less room for the sauce, so it was a bit dry. The young woman with glasses who served us was lovely; despite the high turnover, we're always made to feel welcome—that's the strength of young people.

20/09/2026: We had the great idea of ​​organizing my mother's birthday at La Quille and everything was perfect. I thank Mathilde and her team for their kindness and professionalism.

23/09/2026: I received a very warm welcome; the young woman with glasses was incredibly kind and smiling. She gave me all the information I needed and was very pleasant to be with. It's lovely to see such friendly young people. I'll gladly come back.

31/08/2026: Excellent fast-food restaurant, nothing to complain about, welcoming and helpful staff, impeccable food. Hygiene is also impeccable. I highly recommend this establishment.

21/08/2026: The unsalted fries are good. That's all. My kebab stinks and isn't good at all; the sauce is disgusting. My partner's is bland and tasteless.

02/09/2026: Today I used their app for click and collect for the first time, and when I went to pick it up, I waited over 40 minutes for my order (€20). Their organization needs improvement; I expected a long wait, but in the end, going to the store in person, ordering at the kiosk, and picking up my order would have been better.

31/08/2026: Very happy with the small McDonald's deal for €5, it's great: a portion of fries, a hamburger, a drink, and an ice cream. Honestly delighted, it makes me want to come back more often. 👍

09/08/2026: The bar is well located, not far from my place, perfect for a break in the sun, though somewhat shaded by the parasols on the terrace. I had a great time there with my friend.

16/08/2026: Good kebab, very generous portion. The meat wasn't salty, unlike many kebab shops. Good value for money.

05/09/2026: A complete disaster, first and last order!!! I ordered harissa, I got everything except harissa, it was chili flakes. Anyway, I ordered 3 fries, I got 1 fry, and I asked for sauce on the side, I got the sauce mixed in with the fries. And to top it all off, I ordered a chicken platter, I got a kebab platter—a catastrophe.

29/07/2026: Great kebab, I've been going there for a long time and they have a lot of regulars (a sign of a good snack bar!).

25/08/2026: As usual, we get home and things are missing: the toy in the Happy Meal, the fries only half full 😡 In short, always the same!

13/08/2026: 🛑 Appalling experience and unacceptable repeat offense: a failing establishment Rating: 1/5 If you're looking for an establishment that combines disrespect for customers, total disorganization, and hygiene violations, you've come to the right place. After two visits, the conclusion is undeniable: nothing is right. 📍 First visit (2 adults, 3 children): A series of serious problems Endless wait: Our order was paid for immediately, but we had to get up several times to ask for our meals, to no avail. Disastrous stock management: Several menu items were unavailable, demonstrating a glaring lack of foresight. Unacceptable lack of hygiene: All the restrooms were out of order when one of our children asked to use them. For a public establishment, this is a serious breach of basic hygiene and comfort standards. General state of disrepair: Poorly maintained, dilapidated premises, far from the standards expected of a brand of this reputation. 📍 Second visit (August 13): Confirmation of the disaster Naively thinking it was an isolated incident, we returned on August 13. No effort, no changes, still the same contempt for the customer: Meals served cold: Dishes barely lukewarm (or even completely cold), which is absurd considering the restaurant was practically empty. Completely disjointed service: More than 10 minutes between meals for people at the same table. Systematic oversights: A drink requested from three different people, only to never be served. 💬 Conclusion This is no longer just incompetence, it's a complete abandonment. We have every right to seriously question the adherence to health and safety standards, as well as the actual inspections carried out in this restaurant. This establishment has nothing left to offer and deserves to be closed down or immediately brought to heel by management. Avoid at all costs.

18/09/2026: McDonald's was very good, clean, and the food was decent! The welcome was excellent, and the service from Ibtissam was also very helpful and professional!

16/09/2026: Honestly, avoid this restaurant at all costs: the manager is completely absent, the staff are arrogant and disrespectful, Swing acts like he's something he's not and thinks he can get away with anything, the employees are overworked, and the food is raw and cold. Drive 10 kilometers further, cross the border, and you'll be better received and served! Some employees have the courage to work with a management team so detached from respect and customer satisfaction.

17/05/2026: Reservation for a bachelor party. No space. We left.

14/03/2026: A superb experience! The waiter (perhaps the owner) had a great sense of humor. The food was excellent, and everyone found something they enjoyed. We were there for a birthday celebration, and we were treated to a birthday candle and music 👍 Highly recommended!
