15/12/2024: I went to this hotel through a weekendesk gift Pleasant and welcoming staff But a real lack of clarity in their explanations: they do not check your file and do not take the gift into account to such an extent that when we left they wanted to invoice us for the sum of €171. I asked them if it was normal even though it was basically a gift. So the reception staff started to check, a controller arrived even though I hadn't noticed that they had called. In the end I only had to pay €23.50. Really disappointed with this attitude, it's not worthy of a 5 star.

01/10/2024: The burger was good. Black bread smelled different from white bread. I'm a little disappointed, because I thought I'd at least have salad inside. The fries were good, but way too much. The oil was not properly absorbed by a paper towel. As for the burger, I find it a little expensive for bread, chicken, two slices of cheddar and a few red onions. On the other hand, the chicken was very good. We just need to review the price! The dessert was excellent, I have nothing to complain about.

17/08/2024: The cuisine is excellent, generous and contemporary. The service is very efficient and pleasant and the atmosphere is excellent. The decor is just great. We will come back.

29/12/2024: No opinion on the cuisine, classic but good beers, pub which has a good atmosphere and great decor. But the Service at the bar when we came on 12/26 was deplorable and disrespectful (and that goes for the two people present that day).

09/11/2025: I ordered a cocktail, but the waiter said it wasn't convenient because it was busy... Okay, never mind, a freshly squeezed lemonade please, but still no, they didn't have any. We finally asked for a Perrier with a slice of lemon, and miraculously, the lemonade reappeared... The area is worth visiting for the view of the Pyrenees, but for a drink, you have to go elsewhere.

18/10/2025: Excessive prices and disappointing drinks We ordered two Cokes and two mojitos: €37 in total… really excessive. The mojitos had very little alcohol, a lot of water, and no flavor. Fortunately, the view is beautiful; it's the only positive aspect. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but at that price, you'd expect much better.

21/11/2024: Very pleasant bar, the cocktails are excellent and generous. The servers are adorable and always remain helpful and smiling even if they can sometimes be overwhelmed by work!

27/10/2024: If on the slate easel it says AT THE HAPPY HOUR BAR THE PINT OF GUINESS €5 and when you are served at the table it is €8 But when the online menu the pint of Guiness is €7 and not €8 as I paid! That’s a big difference and the 3 different prices for the same pint of Guiness still smell like a calculated scam! And everyone accepts because these shameless unscrupulous traders take advantage of the fact that people no longer discuss these scams, because they come there to spend a moment with drinks where the family and no one wants to make a remark for fear of spoiling the evening for all ! And what’s more, €1 doesn’t seem like it but it’s money and €3 difference means 60% more for the same consumption! You will appreciate seeing how “at the Bar” is written. Palois consumers should not let this happen! Even in Paris they respect people more
