Being Canadian, I'm very picky about burger restaurants, but this one meets all my criteria. Excellent quality meat cooked exactly as I wanted. Delicious homemade fries.
I highly recommend this restaurant.

02/03/2026: L'Auberge de Baudemont is a delightful restaurant. The cuisine is original and flavorful. Crispy frog legs, foie gras burger, sweetbreads with snails 😋, Grand Marnier soufflé... A Côte Roannaise wine paired with the meal. During the week, you can enjoy the €20 set menu and take advantage of the lovely terrace when the weather is nice.
