24/03/2024: A single formula for €35 (starter/main course/dessert). No possibility of taking less. Very good and sought-after starter, simple but good and hearty main course and very good homemade dessert. The food is generally very good but quite expensive. The desserts on the menu are notably priced at €12, which is quite expensive for what it is. Very friendly service but long wait (2h30 in total). It is a very good restaurant but a little expensive.

23/03/2024: It's not cooking, it's art: everything is perfectly organized. A wonderful local cuisine combining the quintessence of flavors, taste, freshness, even perfume. The quality/price ratio is perfectly correct for a MICHELIN star. To add quality service provided by young people, with a constant smile, availability and understanding. We can guess by seeing this what is happening in the kitchen! Hats off to the artists! Above all, don't change anything (apart from the menus of course!) everything is perfect. For this cuisine, we are very proud to be French here. Once again, our congratulations to the FAGEGALTIER-ROUQUIER family as well as to all the staff.

06/04/2024: Entering this La Gargouille restaurant at random, we were delighted with the welcome, the service and especially the offerings of the day. We only ordered two starters and one dessert each: Pea soup with croutons, ham and an old Aveyron cheese used like parmesan Brioche sausage with a light Port sauce For desserts, it was to each their own: Semi-cooked chocolate and pear clafoutis We drank a glass of red Marcillac, very tannic and full of aromas. Excellent lunch in a family atmosphere. The price? I don't know, it was the right price and well deserved anyway. Don’t hesitate to come and discover this delicious place to delight your taste buds.

27/03/2024: Food is ok. The service is also very good. However, the main dishes are a bit pricey for being so basic and rustic, which affects the value for money.

23/03/2024: Reservation for 9 p.m. for 4 on a Saturday evening, no problem with the person on the line. Board offered very well, followed by the wine for the meal and the aperitifs (the order being strange) then the pasta dish for one person 1 minute later (cold at that). Pizzas follow 5 minutes later. They rush us, offer us doggy bags, bring the aluminum foil back to the table: it's up to us to prepare them, completely mind-blowing. We have desserts, we barely touched the wine. It's simple in 1 hour 10 minutes, we had an aperitif board, bottle of wine and main course, dessert, coffee. We ask the waitress what time they close to understand: the service closes at 10 p.m. even on a Saturday evening, no wonder we are almost thrown out. However, we were not the last, some were still having their pizzas served. Simply pitiful, it was enough to ask us to arrive earlier.
