29/03/2026: Wonderful restaurant. We went there with friends from Tours who are regulars. Our experience was perfect from start to finish.
The appetizers were sumptuous, from the hot dog with asparagus to the pâté en croûte. The service was impeccable, very professional, and friendly. The main courses were as delicious as they were beautiful and generous; everything was meticulously prepared, from the flavors to the presentation.
We couldn't resist the desserts, which were just as good as the preceding courses.
We will definitely be back! Thank you.

Thank you for your warm welcome. Reservations are recommended, parking is limited, and stop by Rodolphe Meunier's at the market across the street for a quick break; he's an extraordinary cheesemonger.

24/04/2026: Waited over half an hour just to have someone take our order, the place wasn't busy at all (us and one other couple sat outside). Staff sat outside eating on the table behind us, while we were clearly waiting to order (same staff sat us down). Had to ask them if we could place our order and felt like we were bothering them (I understand they have to have a break but others had been seated after us and had been served straight away). When our galettes came mine tasted strongly of plastic, it had a really unpleasant flavour and I couldn't finish it. Not a great experience.

23/03/2026: This brasserie offers several meat dishes, all served with the same sauce and unlimited fries and salad.
In fact, it's always good and quick. But it lacks variety to make me want to come back regularly.
The dining areas are large and pleasant.
The service is friendly and fast.

11/04/2026: The main courses and appetizers were good, but the quality of the desserts has declined, including a sundae with two scoops of ice cream that were already half melted.
The service was very slow, about two hours, even though there were only three of us and it wasn't busy. A smile from one of the waitresses seemed to be optional. Overall, disappointed, especially considering the high prices.

The disappointing points: exorbitant (and prohibitive) prices, the temperature of the galettes (the two Norman galettes arrived barely lukewarm), and the chilliness of the dining room. And to top it all off: the owner rather abruptly refused our payment method. Even though it was good, it's only a 3.

05/04/2026: A magnificent restaurant with a super friendly welcome from both the chef and the servers. A huge thank you! We're from Burgundy and we'll be back.
04/04/2026: Everything was good, but the portions were too large. It would be better to serve two plates for the amount of food on one. I ordered cod, and the piece was enormous; it could have been divided in two.
For dessert, I had the floating island, but it wasn't an island, it was an iceberg, it was so big!
Everything was tasty, but there was just too much food!
Afterwards, I had a lot of trouble falling asleep because I'd eaten so much!
And that was without an aperitif or starter... I'll go back, but I'll ask about the size of the garnish next time.
The price is reasonable. The staff is good too!
