A huge thank you especially to our server, Diego, who was fantastic from beginning to end: professional, friendly, and very attentive. He truly made our visit even more enjoyable.

22/04/2026: The biggest rip-off of the century! Last night we were served by a nonchalant waitress. If she had somewhere to throw the plates in our faces, she would have… We expressed our dissatisfaction, and she replied with an ironic, "Nothing to worry about." Unacceptable!!! The charcuterie platter consisted of two pieces of ham with toast (no butter), the meat with three fries, and to top it off, it was Tuesday, so they should have restocked after the weekend. We couldn't order a bottle of champagne, so we settled for Jack Daniels… bad luck, it was cheap whiskey. We asked to exchange the glasses immediately… all for an outrageous price… The Buffalo Grill in Thiers has decided to follow the mediocre trend of ripping off the French… as if the price of gas wasn't enough!!! I'm not thanking you at all. If I had to choose, I'd eat on a beggar's head next time…

10/04/2026: Absolutely fantastic!! The portion was incredibly generous and delicious! The meat was excellent quality, the complimentary digestif at the end of the meal was great, and the waiter was super friendly—not only him, but the owner and chef were too! It was excellent value for money, thank you, we'll be back!!!

28/03/2026: We were the second table to arrive at the restaurant after a family of six. There were only two of us. The waiter seated us right next to the large table. The customers arriving after us were all seated around us, even though the dining room is large and there was plenty of space. We ordered two daily specials: veal liver cooked pink, one with mashed potatoes and the other with mushrooms. The plates arrived. We had the impression that the mushrooms had been thrown onto the plates, and both meats were overcooked and charred. There was no effort put into the presentation. The restaurant is deteriorating, both in terms of the food and the decor. The blinds are damaged and left on the windows.

19/04/2026: Good evening, the meal was very good and the service was good. However, regarding the loyalty program, we spoke at the register, and the woman forgot to give us our popcorn voucher, which was marked as used on my card.... I recommend this restaurant.
15/04/2026: It's clear that the value for money is declining every time. There are better options nearby for less money.
But the most frustrating thing is the frequent stock shortages on certain dishes. While these are announced at the entrance, that doesn't excuse everything.
And what about the "fruit tartare"? Four pieces of defrosted fruit swimming in a red fruit coulis…

19/03/2026: We stopped by for a meal during our holiday and we really enjoyed it. The wood-fired food was delicious and the service was excellent; the waitress was incredibly kind :) She even brought crayons for our two-year-old :) I highly recommend it for a relaxed, home-style meal; it's the perfect place :)

The first course was served in a typical Portuguese dish, but the cod was completely cold.
We waited an hour.
The rest of the meal arrived almost cold as well. (The rice was cold.) The first person served had almost finished eating before the last person was served.
The fruit juice was 8 months past its expiration date. As a replacement, we were given juice that had expired a month prior.
We hadn't even finished eating when they came to ask us how we were going to pay.
They didn't know if we wanted dessert or coffee.
The waitress was clearly a beginner. She didn't even know what syrup they had. And don't even get me started on the wine.
There was no snack to tide us over during the aperitif. We had to ask for it (they also didn't think to ask if we wanted a starter).
I could have understood if they had been overwhelmed with customers, but there were only two other people in the restaurant. So don't go there... For the price, I think you can find better.
13/02/2026: The cod was of poor quality; I only got the carcass. The fries were far too salty. Furthermore, the prices are much too high. The woman was completely lost, both with the service and when it came time to pay. We will not be returning.

The food is good, the service is a little slow, but the staff seems few.
The map contains too many Anglo-Saxon terms and it takes time to navigate.
The prices are a little too high.

21/09/2024: Nous sommes arrivé à 19h15 et reparti à 21h00 ! Il ne faut Pas être presser car ilya du monde. Nous navons paz eu de couteaux donc pour manger un burger cetait pas mal compliquer , l’eau est aussi en option apparement car il nous as fallu la demander. Bref Nous avons pris chacun une entrée Avocado Toast, qui était bonne sans plus puis nous avons pris nos plats un Burger au bleu et un avocado carpaccio. Le Burger était chaud pour le pain mais la viande était plus que tiède avec beaucoup trop de sauce Roquefort ce qui enlever tout le goût du bleu !
Pour le carpacchio 6 tranche de viande super fine er cru avec de la batavia et des frites c'était bon sans plus
Repas mitigé apart pour la sauce béarnaise qui est toujours excellente ! A noter qu'on a pas failli etre accepter car je cite " ilnya plus de table pour 2"
Mention spéciale au serveur qui n'a Pas dégainer un sourire de tout son service
C'est dommage car l’enseigne n'est pas si mal mais c'est très moyen.

Accueil déplorable, 15 min d attente, serveuse très désagréable. Couverts et verres pas propre, très déçu. On est parti sans commander. 😡
