21/03/2026: A superb restaurant! The welcome was excellent, and the service was impeccable. The menu is refined and as delicious as it is beautiful. The option to pair the dishes with either wines or non-alcoholic beverages is a real plus.

13/03/2026: I simply loved it. I'm discovering the new Strasbourg location (I've known the Schiltigheim and Zuem Yseut locations for years). The decor has been completely redone and it's a triumph: a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is very pleasant. And I was impressed by the sommelier's knowledge and expertise in selecting wines and finding the perfect pairings with the ingredients in the dishes and sauces. We opted for the business lunch menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything was truly excellent, down to the smallest detail. I can't wait to return one evening with more time to savor another menu.

The dishes were sophisticated, an explosion of flavor and quality. The service was attentive and friendly. The dining room was lovely, tastefully decorated in a soothing, beige, and intimate atmosphere. A special mention goes to the incredibly comfortable armchairs. I will gladly return.

02/02/2026: Restaurant in Schiltigheim. Lovely outdoor terrace. Very friendly waitress. Varied menu, but predominantly Alsatian. Excellent tarte flambée. Dame Blanche (Alsatian dessert) too. Reasonable prices. Pleasant place. Second visit in January 2026. The service is still just as friendly, as is the setting. We opted for the pizzas (2 pizzas for €20). They were classic, no-frills, and good. It cost us €20 including an aperitif, pizza, a glass of wine, and a cappuccino. What more could you ask for? A good address in Schiltigheim, one of the few in this neighborhood that still serves traditional cuisine.

17/02/2026: February 15, 2026: Reservation at 7:00 PM, order taken at 7:20 PM, served at 8:15 PM, and only part of the appetizer. This is unacceptable! Making us wait almost an hour and a half only to receive half the appetizer! The staff was overwhelmed and couldn't manage all the customers that evening.

28/02/2026: We ate here after seeing the restaurant's goodies, but unfortunately, there was a hair in my food… and I hadn't even finished eating. (I didn't want to eat anymore, judging by the state of the plate…) We pointed out the problem to the waiter, who offered to exchange it, which I, of course, refused. When the bill arrived… not even a small gesture of goodwill was made, considering the problem. A kitchen mishap can happen to anyone, and that's understandable, but the way this restaurant handled the situation afterward and the solutions offered need to be reviewed… what a shame!

22/12/2025: We recommend visiting the small restaurant Kavkaz, but with a big Caucasian soul. The food is delicious and home-cooked, especially the khinkali and khachapuri, paired with a delicious Caucasian wine. Wishing you health and prosperity.

12/12/2025: A True Japanese Experience in Strasbourg Hibiki is an excellent Japanese restaurant in Strasbourg, already highly rated and clearly deserved. It offers an omakase-style dining experience, run by a Japanese team, with an authentic and perfectly executed approach. The welcome and service are impeccable, attentive, and warm. The dishes are refined, delicate, and well-balanced, with a remarkable selection of appetizers. Special mention goes to the homemade tofu, which is simply exceptional. This is a truly high-quality Japanese restaurant, without any unnecessary frills. The sakes are excellent, and if you've never tasted a truly good Japanese sake, this is definitely the ideal place to discover it. There's also a very nice wine selection. I was with colleagues who were completely unfamiliar with Japanese cuisine, and they loved the experience, from the food to the chef's and the service. A quick personal note: apologies to the waiter for the noise; they weren't used to this type of cuisine and were perhaps a little too enthusiastic… but it was mainly a sign that they were having a wonderful time. Remember to book ahead. Would I go back? Absolutely. A sure bet in Strasbourg.
