03/05/2026: The food was very good. There's no fixed menu. I ordered the Alsatian-style chicken breast, which came with green peas, mushroom sauce, morel mushrooms, and gnocchi. It was better than expected, just a little small in portion.

28/05/2026: This restaurant is very well located in Sélestat with a large, shaded terrace. It offers many traditional Alsatian dishes as well as a wide selection of meats. Beef hanger steaks and rib-eye steaks are available in XXL sizes if you wish. The staff is very friendly and the food is good. The prices are more than reasonable. Be sure to book ahead as the terrace fills up quickly.

12/07/2026: I can't understand the good reviews. I came here specifically for a cocktail, and they couldn't make me one because no one knew how! Then they made us a so-called Long Island Iced Tea, which was served in an Aperol glass without ice or anything. It was just sort of thrown together. No one here speaks English either. And €7 for a small Baileys is way overpriced. Absolutely not recommended.

26/06/2025: A top-notch bakery and pastry shop! The saleswomen are adorable, cheerful, and always offer good advice. It's a real pleasure to stop by. Everything I've tasted so far has been delicious: chocolates, pastries, cakes... You can feel the quality and craftsmanship in every bite. I recommend it without hesitation!

26/06/2026: Fresh sea urchins, fresh oysters, generous plates tailored to each guest's tastes—we had a truly wonderful lunch on the sunny terrace (our preference, though there are also shaded spots). The service was pleasant and quick. Gourmet dishes at brasserie prices. A place we now highly recommend.

25/06/2026: Today, June 25th: Friendly service but the equipment leaves much to be desired. I ordered a 50cl beer and it was lukewarm due to the equipment. Ugh, not even cold and very foamy, with 40-degree heat outside! In short, I won't be back.

26/06/2026: I lived in Sélestat almost 10 years ago, and this was already the place to go, which is why when I was passing through last Sunday, I preferred to stop there rather than anywhere else. I think the quality and price haven't changed much, and the service is top-notch. The lady at the till took the time to prepare my halal chicken sandwich, which was really nice. I also got a chocolate braid from the day before, which was well-wrapped in cellophane, and frankly, it was still very good for €2, if I'm not mistaken. The only thing was that the pretzels were a little dry, but I think that's due to the weather. The shop remains beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. The restrooms are clean and accessible for people with reduced mobility. Parking is fairly easy, although spaces turn up quickly.
