07/08/2026: Disappointed. I placed my Click & Collect order and arrived before the deadline (11:50 PM), which was 11:59 PM. I waited 10 minutes at the counter for someone to finally activate my order (knowing that there were three or four people behind me waiting to pay or pick up orders like mine). Finally, someone arrived at 12:01 AM and told me it was too late and I had to place another order through the drive-through because they were no longer serving customers inside and the kiosks were deactivated. The result: I placed an order, showed up on time to pick it up, but due to staff inattention, I couldn't get my order. Furthermore, the drive-through was full (I assume with people in the same situation as me), so the wait to place an order was close to 25 minutes.

21/08/2026: Arrived at 4 pm, a little earlier than usual. After ordering a Grimbergen amber ale for €9.80, I asked the waitress for a plate of oysters. She told me the oyster shucker wouldn't arrive for another hour, even though the menu clearly stated continuous service. As a regular customer, I found the waitress rather unfriendly. I had to pay for my order immediately upon receiving it. No special treatment for regulars. Yet, this establishment, ideally located opposite the entrance to the Gironde estuary, offers a magnificent setting. It's a shame the friendliness and service weren't up to par. So, I'll go and enjoy some oysters at Viviers Charentais in Saint-Palais, where a dozen is €8 cheaper than here.

16/08/2026: Rude waitress, sighs while you order. Unpleasant for the service and discourages you from ordering certain things. Avoid at all costs; what should have been a pleasant experience was ruined by her behavior.

24/05/2026: I ordered a draft beer and ended up with a warm bottled beer and two Perriers, one of them flat 🥵

11/02/2026: I highly recommend the hot chocolate, which is excellent!

06/08/2026: I think they should take the pizzas off the menu... I'm really not picky, not at all, and this was barely edible. The shortcrust pastry was undercooked and the crème fraîche wasn't great... Very disappointed 😥

05/08/2026: If I had listened to the reviews from the last few months, we wouldn't have booked. Again, make up your own mind. The food, the service, everything was very good. So I recommend it. Thank you.
